09/12/2025: Very disappointed with this hotel!!! We chose this hotel for its location and mainly for its water park with free access for multiple consecutive nights! So we went to this hotel in August for a week!! At first, everything was perfect: the location, the setting, the staff—nothing to complain about there. However, we were quickly very disappointed with this establishment. We arrived on the first day, and everything seemed great. On the second day of our vacation, we discovered that the water park had suddenly closed temporarily and never reopened!!! We weren't informed by anyone, and we had to deal with the consequences. We had a four-year-old daughter who was begging for the water slides; we walked past them every day... How do you explain to your child that you won't be going for the week when you'd talked about it all summer long... and that having a water park was our number one priority?! The hotel refused to acknowledge the sudden closure of the water park. Emails were exchanged regarding compensation, but they absolved themselves of responsibility by claiming they weren't aware of the impending closure. However, we paid for a service, and the vacation fell far short of our expectations! It's understandable that they are independent of the park, but they shouldn't inflate the price and services when you don't get the full package. A gesture of goodwill or something similar would have been appropriate. The hotel was advertised with supposedly privileged and free access to the water park, but in the end, you only got the hotel! So be careful before booking to check if the water park has reopened!

06/10/2025: I find it perfect, kind and good, I feel at home with them, very good cured meats, the lady at the cured meats counter is number one, everything is delicious

15/10/2025: We returned for the seventh consecutive year to this wonderful hotel, which has now become a second home to us. Every stay is special, but this year Stefano—with his usual kindness and helpfulness—enriched our experience even more, introducing us to hidden corners of Sardinia we hadn't seen before. We were fortunate enough to explore incredible places like the Gorropu Canyon and other splendid trekking itineraries, all recommended with passion and precision by Stefano, always ready to share his profound knowledge of the area. Furthermore, this year we brought our mountain bikes, and thanks to his advice, we pedaled along breathtaking trails, amidst pristine nature and spectacular views. A true added value that made us appreciate the authentic beauty of the area even more. As always, the welcome was impeccable. Livio, Gianna, and Giada pampered us every morning with their rich and authentic breakfasts served in the delightful courtyard, while Anna, with her charm, made every aperitif a moment of pure pleasure. The atmosphere at the hotel is unique: professional, yet familiar, intimate, and relaxing. The rooms are always impeccable: spacious, bright, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort, impeccably clean. Comfortable beds ensure a perfect rest after intense days of excursions and the beach. The hotel's location remains one of its strong points: located in a small, quiet yet well-served village, it is ideal for both those seeking relaxation and those wishing to discover the most authentic Sardinia. San Teodoro is just a stone's throw away, but the true treasure is the natural surroundings, perfect for exploring on foot, by bike, or simply enjoying the silence. And let's not forget the beaches: some of the most beautiful on the coast are within easy reach, with crystal-clear waters, white sand, and picture-perfect views that leave us speechless every year. It truly is the perfect starting point for those who love combining adventure and seaside relaxation. We would like to thank all the staff once again, and especially Stefano, for making this holiday so special.
