02/07/2026: My husband and I stopped by on a Monday evening without a reservation. The dishes were all delicious. We ordered everything from the appetizer to the mussels with tomato sauce, to the fried fish and grilled octopus with red and yellow cherry tomatoes, which I highly recommend. All this was served by a young man named "CICCIO," who was very friendly and intelligent. One thing I have to say: make sure you go through the restroom several times, since it also serves as a beach club. Have a good summer everyone!

30/06/2026: Ideally located with access to a beautiful beach. The large room was very clean but somewhat neglected by the owner (unusable shower head, blinding light, useless bath mat, etc.). The worst part was the air conditioning, which broke down twice, once during the night, without the owner offering a single apology the next day. A beautiful place that deserves more attention from its owner.

04/02/2026: During a lunch with friends, we were unfortunate enough to find a restaurant so beautiful but with such terrible service, which was reflected in the quickly and poorly cooked dishes (undercooked pasta, salty meat) due (according to the staff) to an unexpected crowd arriving for a visit to the nearby Ulassai waterfall. The excuse was the unexpectedly large number of customers (it should be noted that the very spacious dining room wasn't even remotely full), and therefore the staff was unprepared. Unfortunately, it was purely due to lack of experience, so we found ourselves with staff rushing around needlessly, making us wait three and a half hours just for an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. I'm sorry, but if you can't organize yourself to serve all the seats in the dining room you've made available, you're better off doing something else, not a restaurateur. You still have a lot to learn in this industry.

25/01/2026: Restaurant was out of control and couldn't serve most of the lunch menu. Nice people but they were not able to provide a simple lunch meal for only 3 people. I felt sorry for them. Sunday afternoon.

14/07/2026: Let me start by saying I'm a fan of casual dining and I carefully avoid fancy places. This place is cute, it overlooks the beach, and it's basically a beachfront establishment with no frills, and the staff is super young and cheerful! The food is good, especially the colurgiones! I'm only giving it three stars because the bill seemed high: an appetizer with an oyster, a red shrimp, and a fresh scampi cost €15. The seafood first course cost €22. Basically, if you eat fish, you're in a casual place and paying the same as a small, gourmet place... It's a different story if you choose the meat menu: the colurgiones are very good and reasonably priced, and after reading the reviews, I regret not having tried the pizza!

12/07/2026: We happily return to Su Stanco every year when we are in Tortoli. Excellent food, super fast and friendly service and a beautiful view of Lido di Orri! Highly recommended!

REALLY EXCELLENT All this with excellent service, thanks to the girl who helped us choose the pizza and even dessert. She was truly nice and knowledgeable. ☺️

16/09/2025: Great experience at this hotel! The gentleman working the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, the rooms are spacious, the AC worked great, plus there’s free parking included…there’s also free breakfast which was great…location is fantastic, about 10 minute walk to the port for all the Baunei coast excursions…highly recommend this place!

10/09/2025: Beautiful property not far from the beaches and the center of Santa Maria. Free parking is available, and the breakfast is varied and caters to everyone. The room is minimal but fully equipped with everything you need. Their dinner deal with a nearby restaurant is worth a 10+! The shower and towel service could be improved.
