22/05/2026: Amazing ice cream! I've never had ice cream like it! Made with fresh fruit, we saw it being delivered in the morning and went back at the end of the day. The price is reasonable, €5 for 3 scoops, and the taste is fabulous!

12/06/2026: We tried almost 10 varieties and they all tasted very good. You can tell that good ingredients are used. We especially liked the chocolate.

24/10/2025: Superlative dinner in a spectacular setting. The family is incredibly hospitable, helpful, and incredibly kind. You can watch the pig being carved and sit by the fire while it cooks. The more you look at the sheepfold, the more you discover; every corner holds a surprise, from the wooden sculptures to the fossils embedded in the rock, to the ancient tools. A magical place immersed in nature. Reservations are required; follow the directions rather than Google Maps: 3 km of well-maintained dirt road, but still difficult for very low cars. An ABSOLUTELY worthwhile experience if you're in the area.

01/07/2026: A wonderfully cozy beach bar set under a beautiful old tree that provides natural shade and creates a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is delicious. We especially recommend the bruschetta! Perfect for stopping by after a day at the beach or if you’re looking for a laid-back place to unwind and enjoy good food.

09/06/2026: Yesterday I went to this restaurant for the first time and was truly thrilled. The location is stunning: right in front of the harbor, and we dined on a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the boats. We enjoyed an excellent seafood appetizer, delicious spicy octopus, fried calamari, and French fries on the side. Everything was delicious, well-prepared, and fast. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and the service impeccable. The staff, with their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness, made us feel truly at ease. They were extremely friendly and attentive: we felt pampered throughout the evening. Excellent value for money. It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended! 😊

The food is made with love and the ingredients are top-quality, the service was excellent and impeccable, and finally, Gianluca carefully explained the history of the wines we drank. 13/06/2026: This restaurant is a must-visit when we come to Sardinia. The roast porceddu served on a cork platter is spectacular. Delicious 😋. We also ordered two bottles of Golgo wine and culurgiones. They also offer a selection of top-quality wines. It's a guarantee! Enjoy your stay.

15/07/2026: This is definitively the best restaurant in Baunei. We are vegetarians and there are so many - really delicious - options. The pizza is among the best we ever had. The food fortunately is not typical tourist food but really well thought out and balanced. During the 14 nights we stayed in Baunei, we had our dinner here at least six or seven times…. and the other evenings we cooked in our apartment…. The staff is really friendly and eager to fulfil wishes. They gave us good advice regarding wines. The view from the back terrace is stunning and if you need shadow, there are also tables under a big roof which gives shelter. There is also a smaller terrace at the front from which you can watch the village life on the street below. Next year, when we come back to Sardinia, we will definitively pay you a visit. Thanks for the nice hours we could spend there!

13/07/2026: We went for dinner and breakfast. Italians take quite a while to serve and prepare food, so we waited about 30 minutes for scrambled eggs and about 20 minutes to order dinner, but otherwise it was fine.

26/05/2026: Calling this a restaurant is a joke. It's full of convenience food. The schnitzel was frozen. The hamburger was just a meatball with fries, nothing more. The only alternative was lamb and goat. Never again!

07/07/2026: We were waiting to sit down but we were told that they were fully booked. After waiting for confirmation they decided to let us dine. As the time went by none of the tables were occupied, so it made us think that they really pick the people who are going to eat there. On the food, you probably would cook better at home. Highly overpriced, with a "fancy sauces" that looked like kids drawing. Very disappointed from start to finish.

17/07/2026: The waitress was pushing us to order more, offering a salad to accompany the meat. This wasn't included in the price. Given the price of the dishes, we expected better side dishes. We found it expensive compared to other restaurants in Sardinia.

11/11/2025: I rarely leave poor reviews but I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. I had the calamari and it was overcooked and rubbery. The seafood that the others had was not as fresh as one would expect from a restaurant that specializes in seafood. We were a party of 4 and we had all eaten our meals and the table had been cleared - we were ready for the bill. A waiter then showed up with my husband's main course and when we told them we were ready to leave they refused to take the food back. The servers did not check on us during the meal. Overall a poor dining experience for a fine dining restaurant.

03/11/2025: Beautiful, spacious, and very popular restaurant. Reservations are recommended. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is excellent. The strangulausu with goat ragù are truly delicious!

02/06/2026: We went without a reservation and found a free table on the terrace, which is separated from the street and the waitresses have to cross to get the dishes from the kitchen. The waitresses were chatting among themselves, and only at our request did one of them come to take our order. We ordered grilled calamari and mussel and clam soup. Both portions were truly paltry. The grilled calamari consisted of a skewer of six lukewarm baby calamari, the innards of which had not been properly cleaned, while the clam and mussel soup had no soup at all! We obviously complained, and they quickly remedied this with a generous helping of soup. I definitely won't be returning!

01/07/2026: The truly wonderful thing is the stunning view from the rooftop terrace. The food was good, but nothing extraordinary. Unfortunately, the service was abysmal. We were there with two children, ages two and five. The appetizers arrived quickly while I was in the restroom with one of the children. When my wife wanted to take a photo on the terrace, all the food was cleared away, even though we hadn't finished eating. When we inquired about this, a waiter argued with us. After more than an hour, we asked about the status of our main courses. We received an unfriendly response that the wait was normal. Then, three waiters, speaking very obviously in Italian, discussed the fact that they had forgotten our order. Afterward, one waiter came back without a word and asked again what we had ordered. The main courses finally arrived another 30 minutes later. By this time, our children had finished eating an hour and a half ago. Several drinks we ordered in the meantime were never brought. After that, the entire staff systematically avoided our table and served everyone else, but not us. Upon leaving, there was neither an apology nor any explanation whatsoever.
