10/07/2024: We discovered this restaurant when they only cooked fish. Now that they only cook meat we tried it again, we were once again very satisfied 🤩 small but very welcoming place. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Battistina described to us everything about the food we ordered. Congratulations 😘Great attention to the dishes, presented in an innovative way. 04/07/2024: We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 12 nights. We really didn't miss anything. Rooms were very spacious, clean and typically Sardinian furnished. Great breakfast, beautiful, well-kept pool and grounds. And not to forget the incredibly nice, courteous and always helpful staff. We will definitely come back 😊! Grazie Mile ♥️♥️♥️

27/06/2024: We are currently at the Hotel Sa Contonera and feel very, very comfortable here. A very well maintained house with a beautiful pool and outdoor area. At times we would have liked a few more loungers by the pool. The breakfast is great and the friendly staff, some of whom even speak German, would get 15 out of 10 points. The rooms are beautifully furnished and kept sparkling clean by the cleaning ladies who are always in a good mood. If we fly to Sardinia again in the fall, we will choose this hotel again.

27/03/2024: Delicious coffee, a wonderful place with the atmosphere of a small cafe and you feel the authenticity because everything is made on site and you can see everything. The prices are very fair and the cakes are amazing. Moreover, very nice service! A real Italian cafe with soul! Thank you

20/03/2024: The very best cafe in Arbatax. We discovered it by chance and went there every day for a really delicious cappuccino. The pastries, the cookies and the ice cream. Everything is a dream. The employees are super friendly and the price is right.

19/07/2024: Restaurant located in front of the Trony of Tortolì, on the top floor of the building, also equipped with a lift and inside the restaurant. There are ramps for disabled people. The restaurant is large and has a panoramic terrace where you can eat and enjoy the view of the Ogliastrine mountains. If like us you have children, we also recommend it for the beautiful play area available to the little ones, located in a visible but not intrusive way for the diners. The food is EXCELLENT, you can find dishes of the land and sea tradition. There are also menus to make it easier for the customer to choose, or you can also request different dishes and Patrizia's staff will satisfy you without any problem. Excellent food, perfect location, not least the professionalism, the kindness and smiles of all the staff, p.s. the portions are generous and the price/quality ratio is superb. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place

I thought I'd leave a review because it's a place that really deserves it, and for no other reason but I read here among the many rightly bad reviews, I say everything is fine but contesting the quality of the food this restaurant is disingenuous! 07/07/2024: Almost empty at lunchtime. The pizza was good, and the fritto misto was tasty. For dessert, we had a tiramisu, which was amazing. The bianco house wine was great and at a very good price.

19/07/2024: Je commence par le point positif : viande fraîche et très bonne. Points faibles : une serveuse nous dit gentiment de nous installer et une fois à table une autre (patronne?) nous dit il fallait réserver, nous nous santons pas les bienvenus. Beaucoup d'attente pour la boisson sachant qu'il y a pas beaucoup de monde. Je retrouve dans mon burger (heureusement vers la fin!!!) une MOUCHE MORTE. Nous le montrons à la serveuse qui l'emmène en cuisine. Nous avons eu aucun geste commercial lors du paiement ni d'excuses. Dommage... Pas de clés aux toilettes.

16/07/2024: Children were not allowed to play Uno at the table in supposedly child-friendly Italy. Ordered cocktails for €60, but after that we lost our desire for cocktails. Have gone. The second incident in one day. It seems as if people in Sardinia don't want tourists anymore...

10/07/2024: I love this restaurant/bar. That was the beat bowl i have ever eaten in my life. Its the "Poke 45". Try it!! The tables outside together with the nice music makes everything perfect!!

08/07/2024: Siamo stati attratti dallo Chef statuario all'ingresso del locale. Devo ammettere che è stata una scelta azzeccata. Ottima accoglienza, personale molto gentile e disponibile ad esaudire alcune richieste dei bambini, si sono subito preoccupati per predisporre due seggiolini comodi per i nostri figli. Bel menù rispettoso delle tradizioni locale con un tocco di innovazione. Una pagina del menù dedicata ai bambini. Ci hanno raccontato la storia dei culurgiones e del filu e ferru, per noi la prima volta (deliziosi i culurgiones nella versione ai tre sapori del mediterraneo). Per concludere abbiamo optato per due seadas una tradizionale e l'altra al carbone con caprino e mousse ai frutti di Bosco, e due macedonie con il loro gelato artigianale, nella macedonia abbiamo contato 12 tipologie di frutta differenti, ottima e spettacolare anche da vedere. Insomma cena super, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Lo consigliamo sicuramente.

03/07/2024: Since the star ratings weren't enough... I reply: Food: aperitif and/or aperitif totally free of dishes or appetizers for intolerants. Its employees are not trained in the slightest on the ingredients of the dishes, nor on the differences between intolerances and allergies: a very serious thing when it comes to the administration of food and drinks. Service: the barman, as kind and courteous as he could be, finds himself fighting situations of arguments between the employees themselves who, in a loud voice and in the middle of the room and during the service, snort, shout at each other badly and don't think about serving the tables: reservation taken after 25 minutes-> expected them to stop arguing at the counter. P.s. the other 4 tables had already been served. The menu: unclear and misleading prices. The price of the drink did not in any way reflect the price in the list which, as it was not written in detail (obligation by law) I still wanted to purchase. The price of the house was probably based on sentiment, great sentiment (outside of any cost logic) P.s. I can't show the receipt because it wasn't given to me (evasion) The aperitif buffet is another very unclear aspect: it does NOT specify anywhere that the beverage, included in the €20 package, must "include" drinks at a maximum price of €8: unfortunately this advertising is misleading and unclear to the final consumer. Staff who, in addition to not offering a service and/or entertaining the (non) public, wander with dishes from outside to inside the kitchen without any precautions (I think these are simple HACCP rules that you too must respect and enforce in your restaurant ). I wanted to limit myself to the stars: learn to respect the negative reviews and take advantage of them, because from how I read the responses to the other (negative) reviews, in his opinion they are all jealous, fake and from the competition! And believe me, given the negativity I've encountered.... you can't afford it. Good day
