17/08/2025: Superb!! The restaurant exceeded our expectations. We wanted traditional Sardinian food and we had that plus exceptional service in an idyllic setting. The hour drive was worth it! Highly recommended!!

It's, first and foremost, a magical place, a space to be discovered that combines art, nature, and Sardinian tradition in a unique and inimitable way. Nestled in the Barbagia mountains, it's the perfect base for those wishing to discover archaeological sites, nature trails, and, with little time by car, even the sea. The rooms are all different and each more charming than the last: each tells a story, with works, fabrics, and details that make it unique. It's like entering a small, open-air museum, capable of surprising you every time. The cuisine is extraordinary, with authentic local dishes and attention to every detail. The experiential dinners organized by Giovanna are unforgettable, in spectacular locations that transform a dinner into a true journey through flavors, art, and nature. With indescribable views! 18/06/2025: Very beautiful white sand beach, magnificent transparent water with fish. Shower, toilets (without keys I think it's a tradition in Sardinia 🤣) and paid parking right in front. Not much wind so it's very hot, bring your umbrella! One of the most beautiful beaches in the upper Sardinia but no 🐮

21/07/2025: We've enjoyed drinks there many times. The prices and quality of the drinks are really good. Unfortunately, some of the staff are completely unqualified and incompetent. With only four tables occupied, the waiter couldn't take another order even after repeated notifications and repeatedly forgot about us or deliberately ignored us. After waiting half an hour, we'd had enough. It's a shame! We would have liked another drink. We've never experienced such behavior before...

25/07/2025: We visited this lovely place on the recommendation of two dear friends. We started with a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses that I'd call perfect: pecorino and aged cow's milk cheese were truly delicious. We continued with a meat-based first course (malloreddus with a fresh ragù) and for the second course, donkey with a side of grilled vegetables. We didn't even have time to take a photo of the donkey! The meat was tender and delicate, seasoned with just a drizzle of olive oil: exceptional. To finish on a high note, we had yoddu with chocolate and Malvasia. This shouldn't be Plan B, it should be Plan A!

04/09/2025: The restaurant Su Ninnieri is located at the highest point in Sardinia, 1,400 meters. It has a spacious and welcoming atmosphere, the cuisine offers delicious dishes and impeccable service, and the staff is friendly, experienced, and qualified. It features spacious, welcoming rooms tastefully furnished with paintings and sculptures. Suitable for weddings, conferences, and events of all kinds. Highly recommended.

16/08/2025: What can I say? Sardinian people. It says it all. The workers are professional, kind, self-sacrificing, smiles, cleanliness, and professional. A wonderful place, an oasis of peace. I recommend it to everyone. The food is wonderful and impeccable, with pizza as an alternative for those who want it. Very good. Compliments to everyone, including the professionalism of the entire reception team. Melania and Vincenzo. We've been going here for four years, about three times a year.

26/08/2025: We had pizza for dinner, which was undeniably good, but they made us sit at a table set up outside, across the street, at the tables in the municipal playground that have backless benches. All the pizzas are also served on paper plates. It's better to buy takeout and dine on the beach than to be "squeezed" like this.

26/08/2025: There are long lines for pizzas, so it's worth making reservations. It took 25 minutes to bring our food. Good value for money.

15/08/2025: In the heart of the lovely town of Oliena, we found this unforgettable Italian spot where Mario welcomed us with such great humor and warmth. He was amazing at guiding us through the menu, everything looked so tempting it was hard to choose! We paired our meal with their local white wine from Alghero, which was absolutely delightful. The atmosphere is just wow, the terrace is iconic, and watching the night slowly fall while enjoying dinner there feels pure magic. The food? Spectacular. Honestly, it’s the Italian dream. I had the best ravioli I’ve ever tasted, hands down. If you’re staying in or anywhere near Oliena, this place is a 100% must-visit.

04/09/2025: We had a very nice stay. The complex is beautifully situated and beautifully designed. A highlight is the pool, which is beautifully landscaped, with a bar right next to it and a beautiful view. Our room with a kitchen was okay, with a lovely veranda. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, but we were able to cook well. Highly recommended!

04/09/2025: Very well located, close to many points of interest. The staff is very friendly, cheerful, and has great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The setting is wonderful, and the snacks are very, very good. We particularly liked the attention paid to the pool and bar, which are very charming. It feels like home. In short, we loved our stay!
