02/05/2025: Recommended by the host of the b&b where we stayed, it did not meet expectations. The restaurant menu is limited, only one type of starter, a first course and a second course of meat. The meat (cut) is tough, stringy and poorly cooked. Sufficient service. The traditional sweets (seadas) and myrtle liqueur are good.

23/05/2025: Kind and courteous. Raw materials of the highest quality. Pane lentu e purpuzza exceptional. The sausage with a recipe passed down in the family is pure pleasure. Seadas very, very good and a special mention to the mother's liqueur as a gift at the end of the meal. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back!!

16/09/2024: Beautiful clean sandy beach, clean clear water, pleasantly warm. The Granirò Beach bar has a nice atmosphere and offers good food, I can really recommend the tuna. During our stay I lost my cell phone, the bar staff and many visitors were very helpful, the next day a family found my cell phone in the sea while snorkeling and called me. I am very grateful to this family from Varese (Italy). Despite the fact that my cell phone was in the water for about 12 hours, it still works perfectly. A lot of happiness and a thank you to these honest people!

22/04/2025: A truly authentic experience on Easter Monday, in the heart of Barbagia, the Bignà e Carru restaurant is a little gem in Belvì and an unmissable stop for those seeking authenticity, warmth and real flavours. The welcome is kind, sincere and full of pride for one's land. The place is small but well-kept, intimate, with an atmosphere that smells of home and tradition. The menu is a journey through flavours, from local cured meats to homemade first courses, each dish tells a story, while the desserts - especially Is Caschettes, a typical dessert reserved for special occasions such as parties and weddings - are a final treat not to be missed. The quality of the ingredients, the passion that can be felt in every detail and the respect for traditions make this place unique, an experience that goes beyond simply eating. Highly recommended, we will definitely return, with a full heart and a happy stomach. A dear greeting and thanks to the owners, Salvatore and Francesca, Giovanni and Pina, Marco and Antonietta.

19/05/2025: A wonderful beach with white sand. A must-visit when traveling around Sardinia :)

19/05/2025: After about 4 km of dirt road you arrive at the large parking lot, free for the moment, which is accessed by an avenue of oleanders served by a small bar and toilets (including showers) that leads to the beach. This is very large, has very fine white sand, the water is spectacular, it looks like a swimming pool. To keep you company under the sun there is an unusual and unique presence, in fact halfway down the beach you can find a herd of beautiful cows. Accustomed to the human presence, they are peacefully lying in the sun, you are allowed to get close (not too close) without bothering them (rightly so), however a good part of the sandy expanse is undermined by the major needs of our splendid friends 😅 Just a note, I don't know if it's because it's still relatively early, but the walkway that allows wheelchairs to reach the beach is not continuous and not in perfect condition

Situato nel cuore di Nuoro, si distingue come un ristorante capace di raccontare la Sardegna attraverso una cucina che guarda al futuro senza dimenticare le proprie radici. L’atmosfera è intima ma moderna, con un design essenziale che mette al centro la qualità della proposta gastronomica. I piatti sono un connubio raffinato tra ingredienti locali e tecniche contemporanee: ogni portata è curata nei minimi dettagli. Volendo, e non si sbaglia di certo, si può scegliere anche un’ottima selezione di carni nazionali e internazionali da cucinare alla griglia. Anche i dolci meritano una menzione speciale per l’originalità e l’equilibrio dei sapori. Il personale è giovane, competente e accogliente, pronto a guidare l’ospite in un’esperienza che va oltre la semplice cena. La carta dei vini, ricca di etichette sarde e nazionali, completa un’offerta che colpisce per coerenza e personalità. Molto buono il vino della casa. Per noi, Piano B è stata la scelta ideale e lo consiglio per chi cerca una cucina identitaria ma mai banale, capace di sorprendere con eleganza

25/04/2025: We had burgers and pizza and can fully recommend both. Great, creative pizzas that we had never eaten before (with mortadella and pistachios) - the taste was top notch and the service was also great. It's a shame that we only discovered the restaurant on the last day of our vacation, otherwise we would certainly have visited it a second time.

30/12/2024: Siamo rimasti veramente entusiasti dell'esperienza al ristorante! Appena arrivati, siamo stati accolti con calore e professionalità, una vera coccola fin dal primo istante. L'atmosfera familiare e la simpatia del signor Bachisio ci hanno subito conquistato. Abbiamo iniziato con dei salumi deliziosi, accompagnati da un ottimo vino, che ci hanno fatto subito sentire a casa. I ravioli erano perfetti, ripieni con una delicatezza che li rendeva irresistibili. Il risotto, cremoso e saporito, ci ha conquistato, mentre la pecora in umido, tenera e ricca di sapore, è stata una vera delizia. Per non parlare della grigliata di carne, cotta alla perfezione e servita con patatine fresche fritte. Speriamo di ritornarci presto. Gioia
