01/08/2026: Food was fine, nothing special, not very good value for money. I recommend the skewers. The culurgiones were not very tasty, and the ragu was stingy.

01/08/2026: Passing through the city, we stopped at this address because it was recommended in the "Le Routard" guidebook, and we weren't disappointed! Excellent products, refined taste, and very welcoming staff!

07/08/2026: We ordered a specialty pizza (with meatballs) and a carbonara. Both were delicious! The service was impeccable! We would definitely return.

07/08/2026: There were a lot of people there, including island residents, which already promised a high standard. The service was efficient and friendly, and the pizza was fantastic. I recommend it; it looks great and tastes even better, exactly what I expected from Italian pizza.

28/07/2026: Head out to Ottana and you'll find this super-welcoming pizzeria. No photos, but trust me, it's worth it.

12/08/2026: On July 29, 2026, I had the pleasure of returning to this splendid beach (East Cape), with its white sand and fantastic water. Ideal for children.

11/08/2026: A long beach with white sand and turquoise water—it's spectacular. It's not as crowded as some of the more famous beaches in the area; if you walk north from the entrance, you'll easily find a spot without feeling cramped. I highly recommend it; it's ideal for families with children and for paddle surfing. There's paid parking next to the beach.

18/08/2026: We went to Chiosco Monte Longu on a recommendation because of the great view. It was indeed beautiful. However, we weren't so impressed with the food – we've had better pizzas at other restaurants, in our opinion. The food was served on paper plates, which is obviously not very sustainable and produces a lot of waste. We don't know why this is the case. But in a restaurant at these prices, I prefer to eat from a real plate.

17/08/2026: More than a kiosk, I'd call it an oasis... of goodness, kindness (of the staff), and the beauty of the place. The pizza is very good, the burgers are equally good, and the cocktails are wonderful. The staff is young and very friendly. Congratulations.

10/08/2026: Absolutely worth a visit! The pizza was delicious and really unique — it was my first time trying pizza with such special and interesting flavors. The fish and seafood were also incredibly fresh. The pasta was a little salty for me, but still very flavorful and full of umami, so if you enjoy stronger flavors, you’ll probably love it. And the desserts were absolutely amazing! Overall, a fantastic restaurant with fresh ingredients, creative dishes, and unforgettable flavors. Definitely worth trying!

20/09/2025: A charming place, a little difficult to reach, especially at night as the roads aren't well-lit, but you get used to it. The hotel is well-maintained, in an elevated position that offers sweeping views of the coast and the hinterland. Breakfast features excellent local produce, including gluten-free options. The owner was incredibly kind, waiting for me until 2 a.m. due to a delayed ferry from Olbia. The rooms are clean and spacious. I hope to return; highly recommended for peace and quiet.

10/06/2025: We had lunch here after a visit to the caves. Great service and a good menu, we had grilled calamari and an octopus salad. Took great photos from the restaurant of the view.

21/06/2026: Not only is the hotel absolutely beautiful with incredible amenities and fantastic food, drinks, and programs, but the staff is truly outstanding!! We got a flat tire on a Saturday with only a few hours before we needed to leave for the airport and Massimo and the entire desk staff went above and beyond to find a mechanic to come in site and fix it while we continued to enjoy our stay! I cannot recommend them enough

14/06/2026: This is not a good hotel for kids and honestly dirty and not worth the money, it’s SO expensive for an outdated and dirty hotel with an unheated pool, mediocre food, and aging furniture and grounds. For PARENTS: we checked in to our hotel room and the floors are slick, including in the shower, where my 7 year old daughter fell and hit her head. Over the next two days, my kids fell multiple times on the slick floors. I would also suspect there are mold in the hotel rooms. And there are no duvets - just scratchy blankets. Given the cost of this hotel, I would expect a way higher standard. We checked out early and I asked for my money back for the last night (almost $2,000), which they refused despite the unsafe accommodation for families. Until I requested my money back, the staff was kind, but the manager was unreasonable and rude. I also note the hotel is dirty - the “mini golf” is plastic and dirty, and the offerings on their website are not available. We booked a cooking class weeks before our arrival which was not available when we showed up. The pool and hot tub are not heated, and surrounded by dirty furniture. I would not recommend staying here - 3 star accommodations for 5 star prices. The area is lovely though - stay somewhere else. 10000000% not worth even half the cost of a nightly stay.

29/07/2026: A restaurant in a small village in Barbagia, where the food is excellent, especially the delicious seafood dishes, as well as traditional Sardinian cuisine. The pizzeria offers excellent thin-crust pizzas. The owners are wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend visiting Belvi and enjoying a delicious meal.

28/06/2026: While out on our motorbikes we stopped for lunch at this excellent restaurant where the food and service were top notch.

17/05/2026: Passing through town, I called to reserve a table 10 minutes away on a Sunday, and they very kindly set us up in a quiet room, and we ate very well (I wholeheartedly recommend the fried calamari 😋). The restrooms were spotless and well-stocked, including a baby changing table. Friendly and professional staff.

29/04/2026: I was passing through Macomer. The restaurant was recommended to me by friends who live there, and I was truly satisfied. I only had a starter and a side dish because I was in a hurry and running late. It's a shame, because the menu, with its interesting dishes, made it difficult to choose, but it still met my expectations. When I'm back in Macomer, I'll definitely be back.
