11/06/2026: I haven't had such a good pizza in years! Light, crispy on the bottom, quality ingredients, perfectly cooked. And as if that weren't enough, you can enjoy it with a breathtaking view of Cala Gonone! Fair and average prices. 24/10/2025: We spent a total of seven days in Cala Gonone. Five of those days we visited this fantastic restaurant. The menu leaves nothing to be desired. The food is of very high quality, and the service is friendly and welcoming. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The price and quality are absolutely excellent. We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Sardinia.

22/10/2025: Hidden gem, stunning pizzas and plenty of local food options (including locally sourced seafood). Great choice of beers and wine. Fair prices - aligned with the quality of the food and the settings - and friendly staff (starting from Ettore, the owner and continuing with the waiters). Highly recommended.

02/06/2026: I went for pizza yesterday with my partner. The staff was friendly and professional, except for one person, the cashier, who was incredibly slimy and allowed himself to be too familiar, and above all, completely unprofessional. If I were to find myself in Cala Gonone again, I would definitely never go to this pizzeria again, and above all, I would not recommend it to anyone.

17/06/2026: The scenery is beautiful. It looks like a desert... but it has everything you need, even for people with disabilities, because it even has a wheelchair and a covered walkway over the sand. You have to bring absolutely everything you need because when I say it looks like a desert, I mean there's nothing nearby. The only business sells a Margherita pizza for 14 euros... It's good, yes, but a bit pricey. The sand is white and reflects the sun a lot, so bring plenty of umbrellas or something to cover yourselves. We went hoping to see the cows, which is why the beach is famous, but we didn't see them. We've been told you can see them in winter...

17/06/2026: Beautiful beach with a beautiful sea in the middle of nowhere, spectacular mountains in the background. It deserves one less star for the condition of the dirt road, which is sometimes full of potholes, but let's turn a blind eye...

17/05/2026: Passing through town, I called to reserve a table 10 minutes away on a Sunday, and they very kindly set us up in a quiet room, and we ate very well (I wholeheartedly recommend the fried calamari 😋). The restrooms were spotless and well-stocked, including a baby changing table. Friendly and professional staff.

29/04/2026: I was passing through Macomer. The restaurant was recommended to me by friends who live there, and I was truly satisfied. I only had a starter and a side dish because I was in a hurry and running late. It's a shame, because the menu, with its interesting dishes, made it difficult to choose, but it still met my expectations. When I'm back in Macomer, I'll definitely be back.

15/11/2025: Capo Comino beach is one of the many pristine spots in Sardinia that I absolutely recommend visiting, even in summer. It's a fairly private spot, the preserve of few tourists. There's enough space on the beach for everyone, except for the entrances, which get crowded.

19/10/2025: Very large beach characterized by the famous talcum powder white sand dunes...the sea is obviously transparent with shades of various colors...spacious so I don't think it's ever very crowded!!!!! Worth it!!!!

15/06/2026: A green Oasis in Orosei. The food was incredible, the staff very friendly and acommodating. They also had the most beautiful babychair for our son. 10/10 place Grazie!

20/09/2025: A charming place, a little difficult to reach, especially at night as the roads aren't well-lit, but you get used to it. The hotel is well-maintained, in an elevated position that offers sweeping views of the coast and the hinterland. Breakfast features excellent local produce, including gluten-free options. The owner was incredibly kind, waiting for me until 2 a.m. due to a delayed ferry from Olbia. The rooms are clean and spacious. I hope to return; highly recommended for peace and quiet.

10/06/2025: We had lunch here after a visit to the caves. Great service and a good menu, we had grilled calamari and an octopus salad. Took great photos from the restaurant of the view.

14/06/2026: This is not a good hotel for kids and honestly dirty and not worth the money, it’s SO expensive for an outdated and dirty hotel with an unheated pool, mediocre food, and aging furniture and grounds. For PARENTS: we checked in to our hotel room and the floors are slick, including in the shower, where my 7 year old daughter fell and hit her head. Over the next two days, my kids fell multiple times on the slick floors. I would also suspect there are mold in the hotel rooms. And there are no duvets - just scratchy blankets. Given the cost of this hotel, I would expect a way higher standard. We checked out early and I asked for my money back for the last night (almost $2,000), which they refused despite the unsafe accommodation for families. Until I requested my money back, the staff was kind, but the manager was unreasonable and rude. I also note the hotel is dirty - the “mini golf” is plastic and dirty, and the offerings on their website are not available. We booked a cooking class weeks before our arrival which was not available when we showed up. The pool and hot tub are not heated, and surrounded by dirty furniture. I would not recommend staying here - 3 star accommodations for 5 star prices. The area is lovely though - stay somewhere else. 10000000% not worth even half the cost of a nightly stay.

14/06/2026: This is promoted as a "posh" hotel, but it is not. It's too big and crowded, with difficult access to the rooms. Our suite (#103) was very special, with lots of space (extra day beds for kids, an outdoor bath, and an outdoor bed), but it was uphill, up three sets of outdoor stairs. Also, no matter how careful you were, the bathroom was flooded each time you showered. Breakfast needs some improvement: coffee is horrible and there is no cut fruit for yogurt. I shouldn't have to chop/peel whole fruit with a basic table knife. Finally something, the gym has good equipment, but it's about 24C/75F in there, so it's very uncomfortable to workout.
