02/11/2025: I couldn't find a better pizza in Sardinia. Dongali is a sleepy little village in the Sardinian mountains. After 8 pm, there's absolutely nothing going on. We had to search for a long time and finally found what we were looking for on Wikipizza. It's a simple pizzeria, and many people get takeaway pizzas there. The pizza was very good, as was the house wine.

26/10/2025: So very good, well cooked, lots of choice between flavours and instant delivery, very approved for celiacs and other intolerances such as lactose and the edge and also very good the gluten-free one 😍😍

18/11/2025: We went to the very interesting Su Tempiesu archaeological site and, after visiting, asked for a nearby place to eat. Snak Bar Deiana was recommended to us, so after calling to make sure it was open, we showed up. The kind young woman who greeted us told us they had recently moved the restaurant to a nearby space, converted from an apartment into a dining room. So, we ate as if we were in a private home, which seemed a little strange, but very pleasant and welcoming. The food was certainly enjoyable: we opted for delicious fritters with local herbs, typical Orune pasta made with barley, one with artichokes and one with cherry tomatoes and bottarga. For our main course, we had excellent wild boar steaks with chips, and we finished with seadas, which we shared. All this was accompanied by a good house wine from Atzara. We were satisfied with the food, but we especially appreciated the dedication of the young man who cooked this delicious lunch for us. Well done. Keep it up. Thanks, Priamo, Francesco, and Cristian.

26/09/2025: It is the end of our holiday and we have been here a number of times for breakfast. Love the stock and the variety they have. Fond of the pardulas, round sweet ricotta pastries. They have parking and a nice patio with a breeze and coffee tables.

22/09/2025: Our daily breakfast during our vacation. Everything was truly excellent, from the coffee and pastries to the bread and sandwiches prepared for lunch. A special thanks to Simone and the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and gave us tips on the most beautiful beaches. Thank you for everything.

21/01/2026: Amazing pizza! Every time I go to Nuoro from Cagliari, I have no hesitation in ordering Il Pinocchio's pizza... light dough, top-quality ingredients, and perfectly cooked. Friendly and helpful staff.

20/01/2026: I don't recommend this pizzeria, if you can call it that. The place is very small, uncomfortable, and dusty. Unfortunately, the pizzas weren't good. The vegetarian version had boiled zucchini and freshly chopped raw onions. They brought me a bottle of beer and didn't open it for me, and only brought me cutlery upon request (poor service). Plastic cups. There was no paper towel in the bathroom, and the receipt showed the total price, so I couldn't check the price of each individual item or the cover charge.

20/09/2025: A charming place, a little difficult to reach, especially at night as the roads aren't well-lit, but you get used to it. The hotel is well-maintained, in an elevated position that offers sweeping views of the coast and the hinterland. Breakfast features excellent local produce, including gluten-free options. The owner was incredibly kind, waiting for me until 2 a.m. due to a delayed ferry from Olbia. The rooms are clean and spacious. I hope to return; highly recommended for peace and quiet.

10/06/2025: We had lunch here after a visit to the caves. Great service and a good menu, we had grilled calamari and an octopus salad. Took great photos from the restaurant of the view.

24/10/2025: We spent a total of seven days in Cala Gonone. Five of those days we visited this fantastic restaurant. The menu leaves nothing to be desired. The food is of very high quality, and the service is friendly and welcoming. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The price and quality are absolutely excellent. We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Sardinia.

22/10/2025: Hidden gem, stunning pizzas and plenty of local food options (including locally sourced seafood). Great choice of beers and wine. Fair prices - aligned with the quality of the food and the settings - and friendly staff (starting from Ettore, the owner and continuing with the waiters). Highly recommended.

30/11/2025: An excellent restaurant on Via Nazionale in Galtellì. When we initially requested a table for six, it wasn't possible, but the owner was very kind and accommodating. The food was plentiful and excellent.

26/09/2025: What can I say? I ate wonderfully. The owners and staff were incredibly kind and made you feel at ease. I had a typical Roman appetizer and tonnarelli cacio e pepe, which were truly extraordinary and very filling. They were truly excellent. I'll be back.

08/01/2026: My partner and I decided to have lunch at Locanda Sa Corte while we were touring Oliena. We had a wonderful lunch, sampling traditional Sardinian dishes with a modern twist—decidedly delicious!

22/09/2025: Traveling through Sardinia, we stopped hungry on a sunny Sunday in September, surrounded by groups of motorcyclists on a tour. We were hoping for something good to eat before arriving at our destination, and so it was... they recommended a braised beef with porcini mushrooms, which we decided to mop up with the bread! The grilled vegetables were also delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind! A place we'll keep in our list!
