03/10/2025: Beautiful rooms, good location, great pool area. Very clean and friendly. Compared to other B&Bs, the attention to detail was somewhat lacking (e.g., plastic cups at breakfast). However, it's still highly recommended.

27/09/2025: A beautiful location with very friendly staff. You're truly pampered, and breakfast is served at your table, perfectly balanced. Personally, I find it a shame that there's no cozy seating area in the room, just a picnic table. It's also a shame that there aren't decent cushions on the loungers by the pool. That would give the pool a completely different feel. But otherwise, everything was great!

15/10/2025: There were three of us there today (husband, pregnant wife, and toddler) and we wanted lunch. It took about five minutes to get a table. Italian guests who arrived after us were served first. The same was true of the table next to us. We were ignored and had to wait about 30 minutes before we could order—after asking. We also asked for a high chair, which they tried to bring us, but it wasn't. Then it took another long time for our food to arrive. Unfortunately, they didn't have all the dishes listed on the menu (including the calzone). The food tasted okay. We left the restaurant very disappointed.

Excellent value, perfect for anyone looking to eat (excellent sandwiches and platters), enjoy an aperitif, or even just have a drink, all in a cheerful, family-friendly atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable, always friendly, and smiling. Highly recommended!

08/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very good service! They even thought of gluten-free bread – that was a wonderful surprise. The gluten-free Margherita pizza was excellent, and the ravioli and pasta were also a real treat. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The dessert – tiramisu – was creamy and just like you'd expect from Nonna. The panna cotta was also very good. Overall, fair prices for really good home-cooked food. Highly recommended! 🍕🍝🍰

01/10/2025: I’ve been here twice, and both experiences were excellent. While some reviews mention the owner negatively, I found him to be friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The service and food were spot on. I ordered pizza both times, and they were outstanding. I asked the owner to recommend a bottle of wine, and his choice was perfect. Their drink menu is also impressive, with a strong beer selection, great wines, and cocktails. I really enjoy this place and will absolutely be back.

07/10/2025: Asterix's Village, Sardinian Version We hesitated for a long time before booking a stay at this slightly "different" hotel, but what a wonderful surprise! A warm and friendly welcome, independent, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped huts (rooms and bathrooms), a good breakfast, and amazing outdoor spaces full of little surprises. An unforgettable experience, a must-see! Easy access from Orosei, private parking guaranteed. The restaurant is closed in September.

27/09/2025: In Oliena, in the heart of Barbagia: Sa Corte, a unique welcome and excellent cuisine. The chef is brilliant, as is Giovanna, the mother, who carefully and lovingly prepares her amazing desserts, a treat for the palate and the heart.

24/09/2025: Sa Corte restaurant was a wonderful end-of-vacation discovery. We never expected to find such high-quality cuisine: excellent ingredients and dishes deeply rooted in Sardinian tradition, prepared and presented with great care. The young chef's touch is evident and appreciated in his ability to showcase the ingredients and offer traditional recipes with a modern twist, playing with textures and pairings: the cannoli filled with goat cheese, truffle, and myrtle reduction, the onions in Nepenthe, the green culurgiones with orange reduction, and crispy cheese wafers, are fabulous. The desserts are also excellent. Kudos also to the "hostess" for her kindness, expertise, and passion.

12/10/2025: The food was good – although it was served almost cold. However, we weren't served what we ordered at first. The restaurant is incredibly noisy and noisy, so the waiter might not have understood right away. A large flat-screen TV hangs on the wall, which contributes to many guests concentrating on it instead of talking. So, extremely uncomfortable!

22/09/2025: Traveling through Sardinia, we stopped hungry on a sunny Sunday in September, surrounded by groups of motorcyclists on a tour. We were hoping for something good to eat before arriving at our destination, and so it was... they recommended a braised beef with porcini mushrooms, which we decided to mop up with the bread! The grilled vegetables were also delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind! A place we'll keep in our list!

21/09/2025: Rude and unwelcoming – we left before even ordering. We visited as a group of three: two meat eaters and one vegetarian. The two meat eaters were considering the tasting menu, and the vegetarian was planning to order à la carte. Nowhere on the website or at the venue was it stated that the entire table must choose the same menu format – and we were happy to proceed that way. However, Matteo insisted that we either all order the tasting menu—even though one of us is vegetarian—or all go à la carte. When we explained this wasn’t possible, he simply left without offering any alternative or suggestion. After driving an hour to get there, the staff offered us water, which we accepted while looking over the menu. While the other staff members were polite and professional, Matteo’s arrogant and ignorant attitude—judging people without knowing them—made us feel completely unwelcome. He even doubted that we had dined elsewhere, showing a clear lack of experience beyond his own bubble—unlike us, who have traveled the world dining in many different places and countries. To add insult to injury, when my husband—who is a regional manager at one of the leading companies in England—left a reasonable review, Matteo responded dismissively with “stay at home.” We’re not going to stay home, and if the attitude doesn’t change, this restaurant will lose customers in the future. It was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave before even placing an order. What made things worse was that they refused to let us take the water they had just offered us, even though we were happy to pay for it. It was an unnecessarily embarrassing moment that showed a total lack of respect for guests. They didn’t even bother offering an apology, an explanation, or an alternative – nothing. It was clear they only care about those prepared to spend hundreds on a piece of meat. If you’re not there to indulge in their full tasting menu with no questions asked, you’re treated like an inconvenience. Reading their responses to other negative reviews shows a pattern of arrogance and defensiveness. Unfortunately, what others have written is exactly what we experienced firsthand. We came ready to enjoy a meal – not to be spoken down to. A deeply disappointing experience, and absolutely not worth the trip. Don’t worry, Matteo, we have enough money to buy the entire island water.

21/09/2025: "Simply fantastic! Sa Tanca e Bore was a true culinary paradise! The young but extremely professional and attentive staff, without being intrusive. The tasting menu was an incredible experience, with a selection of cured meats and extra fried foods that preceded the exquisite first courses. The suckling pig with its crispy rind and tender diaphragm were the real stars of the evening! And the desserts? Divine! The room was welcoming and spotlessly clean, a true refuge after an evening of good food. And breakfast? Couldn't ask for more! The girl at the counter was kind and smiling, and the croissants, jams, fresh fruit, and traditional biscuits were all delicious. We were treated like kings and queens! I highly recommend Tanca di Bore to anyone looking for a quality evening and a pleasant stay. We'll definitely be back!"

26/09/2025: What can I say? I ate wonderfully. The owners and staff were incredibly kind and made you feel at ease. I had a typical Roman appetizer and tonnarelli cacio e pepe, which were truly extraordinary and very filling. They were truly excellent. I'll be back.

31/08/2025: My partner and I stopped here because we were passing through on our way to our vacation destination. I have to say, we didn't realize it was only takeout, but the owner was simply FANTASTIC. Besides being very helpful, letting us eat inside, even moving the small table inside for us, giving us napkins, and cutting our pizzas without asking, he was truly super kind. We ordered two topped pizzas and a 66cl beer, and besides spending very little, both pizzas were truly excellent!!! Very well topped with quality ingredients and affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, AND IF WE ARE IN THE CITY AGAIN, WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Thank you for everything!
