04/03/2026: Wednesday 7:45 PM - The room was completely empty - we asked for a table for two to eat pizza - we were told "sorry, there's no room" 🤦🏻‍♀️ - I won't add anything else. Next time I'll think twice about not disturbing anyone.

19/02/2026: Our dinner at New Garden exceeded our expectations. The food was divine. A special mention goes to the tuna in a carasau bread and sesame crust, simply delicious. We'll definitely be back.

22/01/2026: A very well-kept and pleasant restaurant, chosen while we were in Nuoro for the New Year's Eve celebrations. The atmosphere is welcoming and the initial impression is decidedly positive. We arrived at 12:20 for lunch on December 31st, but the dishes were not served until 2:10 PM. The wait was therefore quite long, probably influenced by the unusual day. During the wait, we were offered a small mashed potato, which was much appreciated, along with some unique and tasty toasted bread. Meanwhile, we noticed that the dishes were being served to other tables, even to guests seated after us, giving the impression for a moment that there was a simple oversight in the dining room management. When the dishes finally arrived, we were already a bit full and were unable to appreciate them as they deserved. The linguine with mussels and cherry tomatoes is excellent, truly well-executed. Overall, the menu is refined; as for the mutton ragù, however, the flavor seemed particularly intense and dominant, too strong for our tastes. We're also mentioning this because we're used to strong flavors, such as those of sheep, goat, or wild boar ragù, but in this case the flavor profile was more pronounced than expected. For this reason, we decided not to order the main courses. Overall, the restaurant has great potential and interesting cuisine. We'll gladly return, confident that the experience on a different day might be more in line with our expectations.

18/11/2025: We went to the very interesting Su Tempiesu archaeological site and, after visiting, asked for a nearby place to eat. Snak Bar Deiana was recommended to us, so after calling to make sure it was open, we showed up. The kind young woman who greeted us told us they had recently moved the restaurant to a nearby space, converted from an apartment into a dining room. So, we ate as if we were in a private home, which seemed a little strange, but very pleasant and welcoming. The food was certainly enjoyable: we opted for delicious fritters with local herbs, typical Orune pasta made with barley, one with artichokes and one with cherry tomatoes and bottarga. For our main course, we had excellent wild boar steaks with chips, and we finished with seadas, which we shared. All this was accompanied by a good house wine from Atzara. We were satisfied with the food, but we especially appreciated the dedication of the young man who cooked this delicious lunch for us. Well done. Keep it up. Thanks, Priamo, Francesco, and Cristian.

26/12/2025: I'd say it's in a nice location in Olbia. It's a very nice restaurant, beautifully set out, with very, very friendly table service. Fantastic atmosphere and very welcoming customers. High-tech menu, well-curated with quality control. No noise, no smells from the kitchen. Very polite waiters. Honest rating: 10/10 Delicious desserts. I'll be back soon. Very welcoming restaurant, very friendly and polite staff. Food: very good fish and meat. Spectacular atmosphere.

22/12/2025: A beautiful location, a relaxed atmosphere, and uniquely delicious food. The portions are modest, and the prices are high, as is the cover charge.

02/11/2025: I couldn't find a better pizza in Sardinia. Dongali is a sleepy little village in the Sardinian mountains. After 8 pm, there's absolutely nothing going on. We had to search for a long time and finally found what we were looking for on Wikipizza. It's a simple pizzeria, and many people get takeaway pizzas there. The pizza was very good, as was the house wine.

13/10/2025: This area closes at 5 p.m. due to staff shortages. We booked it because it was advertised. The website states that swimming is no longer permitted. However, it doesn't state that you are not allowed to stay in the entire area. We expressed our dissatisfaction and said that we would like to leave under these conditions, as we have no place to relax other than the small room with no luggage rack. With uncomfortable chairs. Every guest sat on the artificial turf in front of the rooms. There are a few sofas and many decorative chairs. After 5 p.m., it feels like you're on a school trip. We asked to speak to the manager because we wanted to cut short our stay. The receptionist refused and asked the owner, who was in the kitchen preparing breakfast for the next day. He also refused to help us. The receptionist then called the manager, Frederice, who didn't answer the phone. Here, you can see that friendliness and customer service are lacking, and that it's more about making money. The tone of the notices in the rooms also testifies to a lack of hospitality. This is all about money. By chance, the booking through Booking apparently didn't work, and we received an email notification (you don't check emails on vacation). Nevertheless, the booking worked on the day of arrival without Booking. Here's how to get around it. The next day, after much arguing, we only received a refund for two nights out of five days. Very unprofessional. On vacation, you don't want to be staring at the closed pool at 5 p.m. in 35-degree heat and sitting on plastic.

05/10/2025: We were absolutely thrilled. We stayed there for three days. It's not easy to stand upright. The pool and bar were amazing. One small downside: the baguettes 🥖 weren't available until around 9:30.

23/12/2025: Excellent place, quality and unique food Prawn in a carasau crust, seafood carbonara (a bit too much at €24), spaghetti with leeks and prawns... All excellent! But... inexperienced staff (wrong bill and poor knowledge of the dishes) And honestly, always excessive prices (as, unfortunately, in almost all restaurants). By usual standards, however, the place is undoubtedly of high quality and worth a try.

20/12/2025: Entering Dea Mama is an experience that speaks of true hospitality. From the moment you enter, from the round table to the carefully crafted tablecloths, you sense you're in a place run by true restaurateurs, where every detail has soul. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and authentic. The squid ink ravioli filled with local shrimp were simply divine, balanced, and of the highest quality. Thank you for your welcome and hospitality. A highly recommended restaurant.

28/10/2025: Didn´t use the rooms, only went there to eat. Very good food, the linguine di gragnano was amazing and full of taste. It was so good I was a little emotional, although the wine might have helped with that 😅 We went there twice and both times the pasta was al dente. 20/10/2025: We followed the recommendations. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food was served in a dog bowl. I had the suckling pig, which had more fat than anything else and was reheated, meaning it wasn't freshly prepared! My partner's fish platter wasn't great either. There are plenty of other places where the food is amazing. This was actually the worst thing we ate on the island in 7 days, and it cost €97.00. The price/performance ratio is absolutely unjustified! Unfortunately, we won't be back!

08/01/2026: My partner and I decided to have lunch at Locanda Sa Corte while we were touring Oliena. We had a wonderful lunch, sampling traditional Sardinian dishes with a modern twist—decidedly delicious!
