The menu, constantly updated with the week's specials, satisfies both the most discerning palates and those seeking a balance between authentic flavors and the freshness of seasonal vegetables and ingredients. Attentive and impeccable service and a carefully curated, cheerful atmosphere create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our favorite spot in Cagliari's historic center.

11/06/2026: I'm now reviewing this restaurant where my wife, daughter, and I dined at the end of May. We had the honor and pleasure of being served by Renzo (who passed away a few days ago). He was a man of rare empathy and professionalism. The news left us in disbelief. The food was excellent and the service incredibly friendly. While Luca was bringing us appetizers, my daughter turned to me and said, "It's been a long time since I've had gratinated mussels," the expression of a simple desire. As dinner continued, Luca approached us with a plate full of gratinated mussels (not on the menu) and said, "I spoke with the girl and prepared them for you." For this alone, the restaurant is worth a visit because you're treated not just like a customer but like family. 07/02/2026: Drawn by the photos, by the elegance of the back room, seeing the opening hours on Google, I brave the rain to grab something to eat around four o'clock. In true Cagliari style, after I enter, I'm glanced over by an employee. He was busy entertaining the lunch guests with, I imagine, elegant conversations. Continuing to turn his back on me, only turning his torso, he says they're closed and will reopen at seven o'clock. The disruptive customer. Who arrives, unaware that you've forgotten to change the opening hours on Google Business. The atavistic gaze of someone who ancestrally sees the customer as a harbinger of disruption, work as a disaster to be turned away from. As if they were rolling in gold and doing you a favor. The reason why traditional retail has been paved over in favor of more friendly environments. Next time, let's bring a physiotherapist so as not to turn his back on the customer, to greet them as they enter and exit.

18/06/2026: We came for dinner. Truly one of the best meals ever!! Beautiful, rustic location, delicious food and warm staff. We also loved seeing the ranch animals (horses and goats) as well as the owner’s dog Maya! Beautiful views of the mountains.

11/06/2026: First time here, friendly staff, excellent welcome. While the place doesn't look like a farmhouse from the outside, it takes on a special charm inside. There are a few pizza options, good leavening, and no burnt flour residue on the bottom of the pizza. Adequate rating, although the place is designed for meat tasting, the pizza could be enhanced with local ingredients. The dessert is good.

11/08/2026: The location is amazing. Food is delicious. Place is extremely clean. Definitely a must-go place. We had calamari, mixed seafood salad and grilled octopus. All were really good. But, what impressed us the most was the pistachio sufle.

09/08/2026: A nice and welcoming place with plenty of seating in the Piazza della Basilica di Sant'Elena. Personally, I found the prices excessive for what we consumed, considering that most of it was soft drinks and the portions were quite small. As for the courtesy, I can't comment; perhaps I'm used to a different kind of welcome and helpfulness when dealing with normal customer requests.

04/08/2026: A pleasant aperitif in a beautiful location, in the main square of Quartu Sant'Elena. The platter and wines are good, but the coccoi prena is less so. Prices are average for the area during the tourist season.

08/06/2026: Best place ever, but unfortunately we only discovered it on our last evening. Excellent selection of different dishes and the waiters provide information about today's specials, etc.

08/06/2026: We were a group for breakfast. Admittedly, the food was delicious. However, two people went to get ice cream next door after breakfast, and the staff seemed annoyed that they were eating it right next to the sidewalk. I suppose I understand, but shooing away people who had just eaten breakfast there while the rest of the group was still finishing theirs? I don't know, it's a bit debatable.
