The location is private and with attention to the smallest details, The service is perfect, a pampering and attention that makes the difference, the girl who took care of our table was exceptional. The quality of the products is very high! The tuna tartare is perhaps one of the best I have ever eaten, the first courses are exceptional and there is an important selection of wines. I would definitely go again and recommend it to everyone, a truly great discovery in the heart of Cagliari

28/07/2024: If you love cats you can't miss coming to this place, a place to relax and indulge in a bit of relaxation. The desserts are fantastic, the owner very friendly and the prices low.

13/07/2024: Truly wonderful place. Crazy peace, little cats everywhere, super friendly staff and a well-kept place. We ordered toast and a fruit smoothie, both excellent and at a very fair price. I would say that if I could give more than 5 stars I would immediately!

09/08/2024: I ate the best ice cream I can remember! Piedmont hazelnut and space gianduia, in the cone made by them. For those who don't like butter too much, I don't recommend the cone. Try the cakes

08/08/2024: What can I say? Fantastic ice cream, refined flavors and exceptional flavour. In short, not the usual boring Gelato and three very nice girls at the service, with whom we had a laugh at my slightly Sardinian accent 😂. I took an artisanal cone made by them, very good with a buttery flavour, with Dominican Republic Chocolate and Peach and Basil flavours, highly recommended. My favorite ice cream shop to date 😉

31/07/2024: We have had pizza for dinner and it is very good. What I have not seen well is paying a coperto that cannot be seen on the menu.

29/08/2024: Siamo clienti abituali di Gintilla e continueremo ad esserlo anche se ieri alcuni piatti ci sono arrivati indietro di cottura (le patate, i culurgiones e la pinsa) . Strano perché non era mai capitato. Forse il fatto che il locale fosse pieno... comunque la Seadas è strepitosa! Anche il risotto pere e noci davvero buono!

21/08/2024: Cozy restaurant, even though they were half an hour from closing they served us without problems. Very fast service and very friendly staff. Delicious and soft pizza!

20/08/2024: On holiday in Cagliari we tried again and reconfirmed the excellent culinary experience in this decentralized place. Impeccable service and great care for the customer. Welcomed with a taster offered by the restaurant, we continued with excellent battered courgette flowers and fried mussels accompanied by tomato cream (exceptional). Then the fantastic pizzas, I personally tasted a Sardinian variant of the 4 cheeses (literally an explosion of flavours, irresistible!). Truly a nice place to eat and experience the pleasure of dining, well done.

15/08/2024: Top notch service! Very serious staff is pleasant. In terms of food, nothing to say after tasting several dishes I was very happy to discover this restaurant and I will come back with pleasure.

27/08/2024: Nice location with a nice park, the formula includes the same menu for all diners (apart from any intolerances) with 5/6 appetizers ready on the table upon arrival, 2 first courses, 2 second courses (including porceddu), fruit, biscuits and coffee, water and wine to the bitter end. The price is really honest, children pay reduced prices, the dishes are good (especially the starters). The only note that didn't make us give 5 stars is the time spent at the table, dinner lasts a long time because you follow (more or less) the timings of all the tables and you risk losing your appetite, perhaps it's better Don't arrive too early. Still recommended for dinner.

26/08/2024: I had a great time. Nice and welcoming place, very nice and clean. Fixed menu at an excellent price with generous portions and the possibility of an encore. Excellent quality dishes and also, having a celiac daughter I had the opportunity to have pasta and bread for her too. Price quality above average. I highly recommend it. 🔝

23/08/2024: This restaurant is a gem - by far the best food we had on the island. The people working there love what they are doing and focus on what counts, which is the food. No bullshit like expensive cutlery or comfy chairs but the most creative, fresh and still traditional food we’ve had in two weeks. We came there twice and are still beyond grateful. Best restaurant I’ve been in a long time. Grazie mille!

21/08/2024: With my partner we chose two fish tasting menus (5 courses plus one dessert). Initially enthusiastic about the quality of the dishes, I then realize that the actual quantity of fish in the dishes is truly paltry. In fact, despite the amount of bread eaten with it, I arrive at the end of dinner still a little hungry. Initially warned that the dishes were half portions, it seemed to me that they were approximately a quarter of a 'standard' portion. The only course that corresponded, in my opinion, to a half portion, was the dessert. We're not there. At €67 the cost of a single menu excluding drinks, I expected a quantity of fish at least equal to what we are usually used to eating in other restaurants by ordering even just two dishes, chosen from appetizer, first course and second course. The following judgment follows: Too expensive! In several other restaurants, traveling around Sardinia, we ate very fresh and delicious fish with prices within €45 per person excluding drinks. The place is small and simple, little space between the tables, the decor with vintage film posters is 'nice', but nothing more (it is certainly not the location that can justify such high prices). I express my opinion at the time of the bill and 'open up oh heavens'...an unpleasant discussion arises. Too bad, instead of receiving a criticism from the customer, on the other hand a series of responses as if I were just talking nonsense. Therefore also Zero humility and Lots of arrogance.

06/08/2024: Excellent lunch, very kind... excellent flavours... Sardinian gnocchi with cuttlefish ink at the top

05/08/2024: The restaurant is very well looked after, the open kitchen is beautiful (where you can see the chef and the team cooking), few dishes on the menu but it is synonymous with freshness and seasonal change of raw materials... A friend of mine and I ate some EXCELLENT Sardinian gnocchi with cuttlefish ink with cuttlefish, peas and a fresh aftertaste of lime, all accompanied with a good Sardinian rosé wine and finally some EXCELLENT seadas (I've tasted many and these were truly delicious, the thickness of the pasta, with the tasty sheep's cheese, the perfect frying of the ravioli and the honey as a condiment - typical for this dessert). Very kind and attentive staff/waiters. Very fair quality-price in my opinion. Since the tablecloth/placemat was missing, the cutlery rest was missing. Highly recommended restaurant.
