18/08/2025: Summer 2023...my husband and I dream of a reception at a masseria for our wedding, and since we have very little time (we no longer live in Puglia), we focus on the structures that make us feel most at home. Masseria Le Fabriche...the sun, the olive trees, the dry stone walls...the scent of the sea. We get in touch right away and schedule an appointment. What can I say, a wonderful welcome! We're taken on a tour of the property and then we discuss the reception. The planning begins...quotes are drawn up, followed by an exchange of contact details for more detailed information at a later date. We're brimming with enthusiasm, our dreams are taking shape...days and months pass, we contact the Masseria again to confirm the feasibility of the reception, with a positive response, and to await their response. SILENCE. June 2024 is approaching...we're starting to look around...SILENCE. We would like to thank this SILENCE for allowing us to discover a magnificent place where we welcomed our wedding guests on June 29, 2024: Masseria La Grande Quercia. Organizing a wedding from afar is no joke! Transparency and integrity are the foundations of professionalism, and it's not right to mislead a married couple by wasting their precious time!

25/07/2025: And yes, this review is necessary! The sandwiches, panzerotti, and arancini (pistachios are the best) are top notch. And if you have an intolerance, don't worry, they're organized, I clean rigorously, and their kitchen is all yours... the gluten-free sandwich with cheese and octopus. You can't say no, thank you.

29/04/2025: Prezzi altissimi rispetto alla qualità e alla location decisamente "semplice"; per di più non portano il menu, né la carta dei vini... quindi la sorpresa del conto è stata davvero sgradevole. Scelta dei vini limitata; cibo discreto, ma niente di esaltante. Si soo montati la testa, direi... In zona ci sono ristoranti che offrono decisamente un miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo.

06/06/2025: Ci serviamo spesso da Doppio Zero perché il cibo è molto buono (soprattutto i panzerotti), il personale è cordiale e simpatico e i prezzi sono onesti.

14/06/2025: I found out about this BAR through third parties. I had the cake made for my 25th wedding anniversary. Something amazing, I made a great impression. THANKS TO YOU.☺️. I was welcomed by the staff and then by the owner who immediately made himself available and not only that, he sent me photos of some cakes where I took the tart with two hearts. I COULD SAY ANYTHING BUT I INVITE ALL OF YOU TO TRY AND IT'S A SHOW. THANK YOU BAR PANDORA 👍👍

05/04/2025: Good sandwich but not a wide choice, they are the same owners as Basiliano, if you go get the really excellent pizza

31/03/2025: I ordered a plate of chicken tagliata with vegetables and burrata, so I can't comment on the pizza because I didn't try it, but it looked delicious. I tried a fabulous Ciccio to accompany my meat, which was excellent quality and very tender. The ingredients were all excellent, not to mention the burrata, which was simply fabulous. A generous and complete plate of potatoes and grilled vegetables. We ordered fries and battered vegetables. I wasn't a fan of the main courses because they were a bit rubbery. I didn't like the fact that seven of us were seated in a space for six and that we were all crowded together at other tables, but otherwise the service was reasonably fast, and for a main course or pizza each, water/beer, and two portions of fries and battered vegetables in the center of the table, we paid €20 per person.

15/07/2025: Qualche giorno in Puglia con amici, e si sceglie a caso una location per cena, vicina al nostro alloggio. Prenotiamo al volo per 7, scoprendo un ristorante pizzeria bellissimo e molto curato, con un personale simpatico e attento. Degustazione di antipasti eccellente con porzioni abbondanti a prezzi più che onesti. Abbiamo tentato di andare anche la sera successiva senza prenotazione, ma aimé il locale era pieno. Complimenti per tutto 👏👏

15/07/2025: Premetto che il cibo era buono e sicuramente il locale gode di un'ottima posizione vista mare, ma ritengo che i prezzi siano troppo alti. Bisogna considerare anche che cmq si mangia all' aperto, sotto una copertura di canne...abbiamo pranzato in un bagno di sudore.

10/07/2025: TERRIBILE, ti fanno pagare anche il ghiaccio nelle bibite (50 centesimi ogni bicchiere!)!!! Senza servizio al tavolo e pretendendo che ti butti via anche i bicchieri (di plastica) e le bottiglie dopo la consumazione ma il prezzo è lo stesso di un bar con servizio e bicchiere di vetro.

25/07/2025: Buongiorno a tutti Giovedì sera abbiamo cenato qui,tutto molto buono,fegatini e salsiccia sono stati eccezionali, ma la Simmenthal era Spettacolare... Consiglio di prenotare

13/07/2025: ieri sera ho avuto la pessima idea di prenotare qui ( purtroppo altri locali erano pieni e solo ora capisco perché qui l' ho trovato). Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto per due , una tagliata e degli straccetti; La tagliata è arrivata Fredda ed era gommosa, (bocciata) , gli straccetti impalpabili... Naturalmente abbiamo fatto notare alla responsabile il tutto... che devo dire sinceramente che si era prodigata per cercare di risolvere i problemi , ma sinceramente non abbiamo voluto... quando sono andato a pagare il conto , ho fatto notare che è buona usanza cambiare il piatto dopo aver mangiato l'antipasto, ma dalla faccia e dalla risposta seccata della responsabile , ho capito che non era una loro abitudine. Mai più , terribile esperienza . per info : Sì, dopo aver mangiato l'antipasto, è buona norma cambiare il piatto. Questo permette di avere un piatto pulito per il primo piatto, evitando di mescolare i sapori dell'antipasto con quello successivo. Il piatto dell'antipasto viene quindi rimosso e sostituito con un piatto piano, dove verrà servito il primo.  In dettaglio, ecco perché si segue questa prassi:  Igiene e pulizia: Un nuovo piatto garantisce che non ci siano residui dell'antipasto che potrebbero alterare il gusto del primo piatto. Presentazione: Il cambio del piatto contribuisce a una migliore presentazione complessiva del pasto, specialmente in occasioni formali. Galateo: Il galateo prevede che si cambi il piatto tra una portata e l'altra per mantenere un certo ordine e formalità a tavola. maino
