05/04/2026: Bar Caprice was like an oasis in the desert for us as we walked towards Baia dei Turchi in Otranto: hot, thirsty, and exhausted. Delicious pastries, excellent coffee, cold water, and air conditioning—everything was perfect! The blonde barista is an angel. You can also top up your Vodafone SIM card. Best wishes 😁

05/05/2026: We chose this restaurant because it's part of the AIC network. The dinner was satisfying. The atmosphere was relaxed, even though we were in a corner. Just a note about the bathroom: a restaurant like this needs a better one.

02/05/2026: Excellent place in every way; if I could, I would have given it more than 5 stars. We're here for a weekend, and we came two nights in a row. The first night we had some delicious, light, mega pizzas. Tonight we opted for a mussel soup, as anticipated, and for our first course we had paccheri with clams and monkfish, and for dessert, the spumone. Everything was excellent; the first course was superb. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The place is beautiful and refined. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations!

24/09/2025: Very good beer, decent focaccia, and a friendly atmosphere that could be improved. It's okay for a quick aperitif... but the price is a bit high for two small slices of focaccia and two take-out beers. They could do better.

21/07/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, escaping the chaos and queues of the historic center. We had a wonderful meal: gratinated mussels, seafood salad, tuna steak, and fried squid—all excellent. The dessert (cheesecake) was also delicious, and the bill wasn't too high. €95 for two people with a bottle of wine. Highly recommended if you want to spend a relaxing evening away from the noise of the city center and enjoy good seafood!

04/07/2026: Reservation for The Fork at 10:15. We were late, admittedly (10:40), and the restaurant was empty except for a couple of tables still waiting to be served. They wouldn't seat us; the owner/waiter was unspeakable and even unpleasant. We sat there until 1:00, toasting with other diners. I don't recommend it. Avoid.

07/06/2026: I highly recommend the bruschetta with fish tartare and delicious sauces! The dishes are beautifully presented and executed! Also commendable are the first courses and the fried fish! Roberta served everything with courtesy and professionalism! A must-see in Otranto!

13/07/2026: Excellent family-run restaurant. Quiet and relaxing location just outside the historic center of Otranto. Extremely kind and friendly owners. Quality food and incredibly fresh fish. Cleanliness is paramount. Cosimo and his staff are always attentive and ready to satisfy any need. Our trusted restaurant. Highly recommended and always a pleasure to return to.

10/07/2026: Fantastic evening spent with friends in this restaurant, we ate very well recommended the menu of the day by the owner at €25, they brought us an appetizer, a first course and a second course of fish with side dish, highly recommended 😋

09/08/2026: Very nice place, too bad the management doesn't know how to handle it!! We ordered two Spritzes and a stuffed focaccia, then we asked if they could bring us some fries with the Spritz and they said no because the fries are extra! Be careful not to get too big for your boots, or people will go to other places where they're treated much better!!

23/06/2026: Eating well in Otranto is easy... Eating badly is difficult, but it's possible, and here's the proof. I'm giving the service a low rating not because it's bad, which it isn't, but because it's insufficient. With the money they earn, they could hire more staff to improve the quality of service and, more importantly, the working conditions of the employees. Furthermore, to put together a decent sandwich, you have to keep adding ingredients (whose quantities, by the way, are minuscule), and in the end, in my opinion, it's not worth it. You can spend much less and eat better anywhere else. By the way: be careful with the menus you fill out to order because they reuse them and might add ingredients you didn't select. I'm not just saying this because of the price, which, incidentally, keeps going up and up, but because not everyone can eat everything. I don't know... I don't like to give bad reviews or belittle anyone's work, but I wouldn't go back here even if I were on a desert island and there was nowhere else to go...

13/07/2026: I'm a longtime customer, having frequented the establishment every year from 2007 to 2019. After 7 years, I returned, and it was lovely to meet the owner Franco and his son Luca again. Passing by to enjoy the sea, we stopped for lunch with friends. What can I say? Everything was delicious and succulent, it deserves 5 stars!

22/04/2026: A very good restaurant frequented by locals. Fresh ingredients, curry risotto, gnocchi alla vongole, grilled swordfish, tiramisu. Impeccable service and a swim at the beach to aid digestion.
