11/10/2024: Needed a quick stop for a sandwich and a salad, and found this place brought along the waterfront. Everything was fine. The food was good. The beer was cold. The only problem I know that they cannot control all the stinking flies.

09/10/2024: Great location, terrible food. We had two chicken salads - and even that simplest of dish was off. Chicken tasted dry and double fried, watery salad felt straight out a supermarket bag. One of those places that seemingly don’t put any effort on what they serve you.

10/01/2025: Occorre prenotare, altrimenti si deve aspettare fuori dal locale. Ambiente piccolo, con tavoli molto ravvicinati. Servizio attento e pizza/pietanze gradevoli. Prezzi onesti, vista la collocazione sul lungomare di Otranto, nelle vicinanze del centro storico. Rilasciato solo preconto (documento non fiscale)

26/04/2025: The view and the tables outside overlooking the sea are beautiful, with the umbrellas open to protect from the sun, and overall clean and tidy. In our experience, however, we did not find the staff particularly friendly or helpful. Except that the coffee was difficult to swallow (in ice, hot, or cappuccino) and was served without water. There was no glass with ice at the table for a cedrata, I kindly went to ask for it at the counter (so as not to make the kids go back and forth, even though the place wasn't crowded at all) and I was first told that "I can't give you ice because I don't have much of it" by the lady at the cash register, and then after pointing out that the drink had been served without a glass or ice, the waiter made an annoyed gesture before telling the guy behind the counter to give me "this glass". Among other things, the gin frizz which was on the menu at €6, we found on the bill at €7, but we didn't mention it because we understood the behavior of the staff and we preferred to leave... furthermore we saw from the reviews that this is something that happens often, so I would recommend being careful of a possible surcharge before paying. On the other hand, I would advise the owner not to take constructive criticism as an insult and not to respond in a rude manner, especially when expressed in civil tones that can lead to an improvement of the place. Understandable prices considering the view of the seafront, which at the moment remains the only positive thing about this bar.

26/04/2025: If I could put 0 I would, prices not in line with the menu, after having ordered us to pay during consumption, they ordered us to pay only by credit card because according to them it was not possible to pay each one for their own. Not recommended.
