01/06/2026: This boutique hotel overlooking the marina is delightful. Breakfast is served on a lovely terrace above the sea. The staff are super nice and cheerful. My wife and I traveled Salento for two weeks and this hotel was easily our favorite.

05/07/2026: Disappointing experience. I ordered seafood pasta, which arrived cold and with the pasta still raw. When the staff asked if everything was okay, we politely addressed the issue without creating any controversy. Instead of receiving a simple apology, what I believe to be the owner arrived, asserting in a rather intimidating manner that it was impossible for the dish to have been served in that condition. We calmly reiterated what had happened, but the way the situation was handled left us more disappointed than the dish itself. At the end of the meal, we were told that they would offer us amaro (bitter liquor) for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, looking at the other tables, we saw that amaro was offered to all customers, so it wasn't a gesture of consideration for the inconvenience. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant. What really makes the difference is how they are handled. In this case, the ability to listen to the customer and recognize a mistake was lacking.

02/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant while we were at the beach, unfortunately (you'll understand why) on our last day in Otranto. It was the best meal we've had since we've been in Puglia (for 8 days), so since we discovered the restaurant for lunch, we've eaten there once more in the evening. First of all, I want to give all the credit and congratulations to the dark-haired, bearded waiter, from July 2, 2026, who served us at both meals, and was very professional, attentive to details and on top of his job. He made us feel very good and certainly deserves all the praise and a raise 😁. The location is right on the beach and offers a wonderful view. The interior looks luxurious, clean and well-kept. The food is very good. For lunch I tried entrecotes with truffle mayonnaise, which were brilliant and made me regret that I don't have at least one more day to eat again. I chose the beef cooked medium well on the waiter's recommendation, so it was perfect. Also, on the waiter's recommendation, I chose a local rose wine, very aromatic and tasty. My partner had gnocchi with pistachios, shrimp and clams, which were also very tasty and a large portion. In the evening we chose to eat sushi, and shrimp tempura. The soy sauce was very good, and the sushi rolls were tasty and aromatic. This time I chose a very good local white wine. Also, the dessert was very good, I had panna cotta and my partner had tiramisu, both very tasty, but here I want to note again the waiter who was very attentive to details and gave us a pleasant surprise. Although the prices were a little higher than in other restaurants (~75€ per meal, with main course + wine + dessert) it was the best restaurant I ate at in all of Puglia.

11/08/2026: Well, what can I say about the atmosphere...we had dinner overlooking the sea at sunset in the beautiful Bay of Otranto. All the food was delicious, and the food was quick and clean. The fryer has a disc system that tells you when to pick up your food, so the food is easy to find. It's certainly not for restaurant-goers, but it's truly excellent, and you can even save a bit. The prices are fair.

We spent a bit because we didn't want for anything, but the quality of the food and wine was worth every penny. The fish was incredibly fresh, and they recommended the right wine to pair with the dishes. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! High quality, definitely recommended.

The breakfast deserves a special mention: rich, abundant, with many authentic local products and prepared with love. It's a true pleasure to start the day like this every morning. The location is perfect: immersed in the tranquility of nature, far from the chaos, yet just minutes from the splendid sea of ​​the Alimini Lakes. The ideal place for those seeking relaxation without sacrificing the convenience of reaching the most beautiful beaches in Salento. 31/10/2025: Absolutely delicious cakes and pasticciotti! The cakes are soft, flavourful, and beautifully decorated, while the pasticciotti have the perfect balance of creamy filling and crisp crust. The staff are welcoming, and the place has a warm, inviting atmosphere.

13/05/2026: We were on holiday, the hotel and the staff were extraordinary good. They have own parking place front of the hotel. The breakfast is great. The castle and the port are near, and the centrum and beaches aren't far. We would come back if we could.

They offer products from their garden and beyond, including stone-ground flour, homemade butter, and more. The 10-course set menu is generously portioned, and with the orecchiette, you can ask for seconds—trust me, you will! They're delicious! 😋 Plus, the menu changes based on what the garden produces that day. This agriturismo offers a unique, intimate, and peaceful experience. The dishes are amazing, and the owners are wonderful people. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, unusual, and truly special experience!

05/05/2026: My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant in the heart of Otranto. We were impressed by the warm welcome and the authentic atmosphere. We sampled traditional Salento cuisine, prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients: the flavors were bold and true to local tradition. The house wine was also excellent, and the service was always attentive and never intrusive. The value for money is absolutely fair, considering the location and the quality of the dishes. A must-visit for anyone who wants to eat well and feel at home. We'll definitely be back!

16/06/2026: For my main course, I ordered spaghettoni with Negroamaro wine (a red wine from Puglia), tuna, and caramelized tomato. For dessert, I had milk chocolate ice cream with poached pear and lemon crumble, and a crunchy chocolate semifreddo with caramelized orange. To accompany it, I chose a rosé di Primitivo from the San Marzano winery. Everything was wonderful, and the service was excellent. The place has a beautiful view of the sea in Otranto, and the background music perfectly complements the relaxed, beachy atmosphere.

11/06/2026: Worst meal in the whole trip. I’ve ordered the seafood skillet and at first they brought the skilled with two baby langoustines and around five small fishes which when eating you’ll experience only the fish bones that you have to pick out and zero taste. After saying that the meal was supposed to include mussels, squid and shrimps they took it back brought the dish back submerged in watery sauce. The seafood seemed not fresh but rather out of freezer - the squid was just a gooey inedible mass. Overall the dish was flavourless and not worth 30 Euros. Giving it two stars as angus steak was ok. Service appointed as three starts because the wait for food in almost empty restaurant was about an hour which is long for this type of meal and Italian speaking customers that arrived after us got their food faster.
