One of the best pizzas we’ve had in ages. I genuinely can’t stop thinking about it. The base was so light with the perfect crispy crust, the toppings were unbelievably fresh, and every mouthful was just so good. The prices were such a nice surprise too. Don’t expect anything fancy inside, but that’s part of its charm. It was packed with locals rather than tourists, which is always a good sign in my book. Whenever I visit Fasano again, this will be my first stop, can’t wait to go back

We were here last night and the service was unacceptable. The place wasn't even full, but the wait was endless. At one point, I had to get up and get my own drinks from the refrigerator because no one was serving us. The wait was so long that we almost canceled our order. They give absolute priority to takeout, completely ignoring customers sitting at tables. We ordered a plate of zucchini alla poverella and some pizzas/schiaccine. After more than an hour of waiting, they told us they were out of zucchini. As for the food: 4 of the pizzas were okay, but the one with capocollo, stracciatella, and zucchini was terrible. The ingredients were put in while still hot: the heat of the schiacciata practically cooked the capocollo, making it very salty and bad, and the stracciatella practically turned into mozzarella 😅.

I visited this pizzeria in Fasano on Sunday evening and can only offer my sincerest compliments. The pizza was simply exquisite: top-quality ingredients, a light and digestible dough, and truly perfect cooking. But while the cuisine deserves praise, the real added value of the evening was the staff, especially Jacopo. He provided truly excellent service, distinguished by: -Overwhelming friendliness, capable of immediately putting you at ease with a sincere smile. -Chivalry and old-fashioned manners, a customer service rarely found these days. -Accuracy and precision in every detail, from recommending off-menu items to making sure everything was going smoothly. Finding such a good pizza combined with such a warm and professional welcome made the evening unforgettable. Heartfelt thanks to Jacopo for making our Sunday special. Highly recommended! Tried it for the first time. Excellent service, polite and smiling waiter. Very good pizzas, especially those made with whole grain dough. Delicious bread balls and fritters with spicy sauce. Fair prices.

I've tried almost every pizzeria in Fasano, but only one has truly satisfied my culinary tastes, and that's this one. Real dough, top-notch staff, I highly recommend it to anyone.
