10/04/2026: Today, for a quick lunch, I decided to try Rosticceria Fantasia in Putignano. It was my first time there, and I was pleasantly surprised: the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff friendly and professional, and the service is exceptionally fast. ​Every day, a menu is displayed on a blackboard, but customers can also choose from the many tempting dishes displayed at the counter. A huge plus is the open kitchen, which allows you to observe the preparation of the dishes in complete transparency. ​The quality of the food is excellent, with a focus on Apulian tradition, and the prices are still very reasonable. A place I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area! On my personal scale, I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it's not a classic restaurant, but the experience was impeccable. I apologize! 👍😜

04/04/2026: Typical HOME rotisserie... what you eat is as if your grandmother had cooked it. All good and varied, excellent for takeaway, for those who don't want to dirty their home kitchen... the meatballs, the fried meat and the parmigiana are delicious and everything is good.

12/12/2025: The cappuccino was excellent, and the creamy croissant was truly special, made in their artisanal bakery, as were all the other desserts. Special mention also goes to the extremely friendly staff.

24/11/2025: As always, everything was excellent quality, with the freshest fish and the option of meat dishes for those who don't eat fish. Excellent wines. The appetizers even included excellent sushi. The cake was exquisite. They even allowed our little furry friend to come in. The staff was impeccable, always available, courteous, and attentive to our every request. They fulfilled all my wishes and those of our fellow diners. The restaurant was perfectly air-conditioned, with spotless restrooms and plenty of space between tables. The tablecloths were pristine white and the dishes spotlessly clean. No need to worry about leaving; I'll be back many times because Donato and his staff NEVER disappoint. Amazing price!

19/03/2026: This café's artisanal croissants are a real surprise. The dough is soft, well-leavened, and the quality of the workmanship is immediately apparent. The fillings are generous yet always balanced: the cream is velvety, delicate, and never overly sweet. The plain version is also excellent, showcasing the deliciousness of the dough. The use of fresh ingredients and non-industrial production are clearly evident, elements that truly make the difference. It's the ideal place for a relaxed breakfast or a quality break. The only small drawback: during peak hours, they sell out quickly... but perhaps that's precisely the key to their success!

08/06/2026: We were there for a wedding. A historic Masseria, a fortified medieval village of great presence and charm. The celebration in the vineyard was evocative, with a sweeping view of the valley. The table setting was original and inspired by the local area and nature. They efficiently and expertly managed the impressive number of over 150 people. The food was truly superior, with numerous appetizers, some freshly prepared (the grilled octopus was excellent, along with mozzarella, cheeses, and cured meats of all kinds, fava bean and chicory puree, sausages, focaccia, grilled and fresh vegetables, etc.). We then continued with a delicious beet risotto, the meat was like butter. The bonanotte, the mini pastries, and the wedding cake, before arriving at the rum with extra dark chocolate shavings.
