28/06/2026: Passing through Putignano while touring Puglia, I found this kebab shop near my home and I have to say it was an excellent choice. We were all satisfied with the quality of the food—the piadina kebab and kebab platters, mainly, were the ones we ordered. The staff were really friendly and attentive, the service was fast, and the prices were great. In fact, we returned another day. I agree with the reviews you read.

19/07/2026: Wonderful dinner at Hosteria Cicirinella in the historic center of Putignano. A clean, quiet place with a welcoming atmosphere. Massimiliano is a super professional and welcoming owner: he passionately explained the wines and all the typical local dishes. We tried the classic bombette with potatoes and peppers and some delicious first courses. The extra touch? He offered us three glasses of wine, each paired perfectly with the dishes. Excellent place, authentic cuisine, and true hospitality. We'll be back!

18/07/2026: One of the highlights of our trip. Traditional Apulian cuisine prepared with great care, high-quality local ingredients, and full of authentic flavors. A special mention goes to our waiter and sommelier, who was passionate, incredibly friendly, and gave us excellent wine recommendations. After enjoying an aperitivo in Piazza Plebiscito, this restaurant gave us one of the most memorable evenings of our holiday. Absolutely worth the detour.

11/08/2026: A historic pizzeria in the area. The pizzas are well-crafted with carefully selected toppings, and the dough is also very good. Personally, however, I come here primarily for two reasons: the Scrocchiarella, which to this day, in my opinion, is unrivaled in the area, and the Crunch, a kind of crispy piadina made with their own dough, a novelty that's definitely worth trying. I'm eagerly awaiting new flavors! The staff is large and always very attentive to detail.

06/08/2026: The more I tour restaurants and pizzerias, the more I realize how fortunate I am to be a regular at L'Acquario. The staff's friendliness, their unwavering helpfulness, and their dedication to customer satisfaction are their strong points. And then there's the insane quality of the ingredients, the best pizza for miles around. It's a regular stop for me whenever I have guests and want to spend a convivial evening knowing I'll eat excellently and receive fast, attentive service. Special mention for the attention paid to and the variety of dietary requirements (I brought vegan friends who enjoyed a wonderful dinner). Great team in the kitchen and dining room, my compliments. The appetizers even included excellent sushi. The cake was exquisite. They even allowed our little furry friend to come in. The staff was impeccable, always available, courteous, and attentive to our every request. They fulfilled all my wishes and those of our fellow diners. The restaurant was perfectly air-conditioned, with spotless restrooms and plenty of space between tables. The tablecloths were pristine white and the dishes spotlessly clean. No need to worry about leaving; I'll be back many times because Donato and his staff NEVER disappoint. Amazing price!

09/07/2026: We had breakfast here and enjoyed a very pleasant stay. The cappuccino was delicious and exactly as you'd expect it to be in Italy. The prices are fair and perfectly reasonable. I'd especially like to commend the very friendly and attentive staff who gave us a warm welcome. You immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. If we're ever in the area again, we'll gladly come back. We can definitely recommend this café.

The fillings are generous yet always balanced: the cream is velvety, delicate, and never overly sweet. The plain version is also excellent, showcasing the deliciousness of the dough. The use of fresh ingredients and non-industrial production are clearly evident, elements that truly make the difference. It's the ideal place for a relaxed breakfast or a quality break. The only small drawback: during peak hours, they sell out quickly... but perhaps that's precisely the key to their success!
