05/03/2026: This restaurant was recommended by friends, and is excellent. It's off the beaten path, partly because it's located in a newly built, very nice, clean, and busy neighborhood. The restaurant is very attractive in its choice of materials and colors, and the service is impeccable and very fast. After asking us our preferences, they recommended an excellent Apulian white wine. The appetizers were very good, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients, the cooking method, the presentation, and the quantity. The pasta was also very flavorful and plentiful. My only comments, which are entirely subjective, are the choice of table legs, which, being a block of stone, make it difficult to stretch out your legs during dinner, and the temperature in the room, at least where we were, was too warm.
