11/10/2025: Chapter 1 ​This morning I woke up early, at 12:00, with a sadness in my heart, wounded by the discovery that my girlfriend's name isn't Anna Giulia, but MARIOOO... 🤔🤔 I immediately took a car with driver to Polignano. ​Chapter 2 ​Walking through the alleys of this beautiful seaside village, among couples in love and elderly people with Parkinson's, I found myself in a "long non-place"... My prostate problem led me to this magical place with an incredible restroom. 😍 ​Chapter 3 ​After the moment of ecstasy, I found myself sitting at a table in this delightful little place: "Mint ❤️". ​Chapter 4 ​The first bottle of bubbles. ​Chapter 5 ​The restroom. ​Chapter 6 ​The second bottle of bubbles. Chapter 7 I ate some incredible food... everything was delicious. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Chapter 8 I asked for the owner's phone number. Chapter 9 I went out with Pako... who I don't know. 😅😅 He claims to be my missing son. But that's another story. The end.

17/09/2025: In a sea of tourist traps and overpriced restaurants, this gem truly stands out as the only authentic, local spot with incredible vibes. The service is warm and genuine, thanks to the wonderful gentleman who runs the place, and the atmosphere feels both unique and welcoming. The focaccia is absolutely delicious (and no, it’s not pizza! 😁), making the whole experience feel special, authentic, and pleasantly affordable. A real hidden treasure that I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a genuine local taste.

12/10/2025: I had lunch with my family at this restaurant in Polignano, located just steps from the town square, on the recommendation of a local friend. As soon as I left, I called to thank him for the recommendation. The restaurant is welcoming and clean, the owner, who is also a handyman, is friendly, unpretentious, and never intrusive. Above all, the portions are generous and of the highest quality! The seafood cavatelli, in particular, prepared by the owner's mother, were spectacular! I know for sure that when we return to beautiful Polignano, we'll have no doubts, despite the fierce competition, about where to have lunch! Oh, and I almost forgot...the prices are fair, which further enhance the overall impression, which is overwhelmingly positive! Congratulations!

11/10/2025: Unfortunately, our booking got lost somewhere, but maitre d’ accepted our word and found a table for us outside - which is where we wanted to sit! After a complimentary ‘welcome drink’ we order cocktails ( excellent martini!) and shared a tuna tartare. Beautiful presentation and delicious. The main was a shared risotto, with a local Chardonnay. Very tasty. All through the evening, the service was attentive and friendly. We loved the fella with the large tray of seafood. Thoroughly enjoyable

10/10/2025: Perfect food, impeccable service and great prices

05/10/2025: Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Even though the restaurant was empty, we were seated on the balcony. The place where the air quality is poor and the ceiling is low. The waiter was annoyed because we wanted the next table on the balcony. While the food is relatively inexpensive, it tasted only average, and the bombette were not good at all. They tasted fried and then reheated. Disgustingly dry and carelessly thrown onto the plate. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend it. With so many tourists, they don't need repeat customers. We'll see if this concept really works.

05/10/2025: Very good restaurant away from the tourist hustle and bustle! We eat fresh products, typical dishes and discreet and efficient service. Calm atmosphere, surrounded by locals who come to lunch. Very pleasant moment.

16/09/2025: Went to this small Enoteca with my girlfriend a couple of nights ago. We had some great glasses of wine exactly to our taste. We were also served a little platter of snacks, some olives, some nice Tarallini and (my personal highlight) some amazing Provola. The wine, the cheese, amazing. We wish we could have come back again but sadly I can only recommend this place for others. Also very fair prices.

19/09/2025: Expensive restaurant not worth the hype. Unfortunately, our night ended with being asked to tip on top of learning about a “coperta” charge (5euro per person) being added to our check. This was a first for this charge and being asked for a tip on our trip to Italy. Some dishes were amazing, however our octopus was overcooked. We thought that the patio area lacked character. Just a standard white table cloth experience. We did eat at night when it was dark, I’m sure the views from the patio during the day are gorgeous. Overall, good food but high price for what you get (~30euro entrees). There are more affordable and more delicious options in town (~15euro entrees). The end of the meal experience really left a sour taste. We hope that management will remove this practice from their serving team for the sake of future guests.

19/09/2025: Beautiful setting. Octopus rubbery, tasteless salad with iceberg lettuce, very good raw seafood selection and grilled fish. Service pushy for extra tip.

06/09/2025: Overall, a very positive experience. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent: dishes are meticulously prepared, elegantly presented, and flavorful. The location is charming, modern, and welcoming, and the service was attentive and professional, contributing to a pleasant evening. That said, there are some areas for improvement: the prices, while understandable for the restaurant's quality, are slightly above the market average. In particular, the wine list features local labels that retail for €10-12, but are offered for €28. A markup for table service is understandable, but it seems a bit excessive. One final note concerns the exhaust ventilation: with an open kitchen, we left the restaurant smelling of fried food at the end of the meal. An improved exhaust ventilation system would make the experience even more enjoyable. Despite these issues, the restaurant definitely deserves a second visit: I will gladly return to try other dishes.

20/09/2025: We had a really lovely meal here. The pizza was delicious and the beef orecchiette was really exceptional. I had eaten this dish in a few other places and Bella M’Briana was the best!

16/10/2025: It's a pub like a street cafe, with a boss who looks at the counter indifferently and cool employees. There's no special service, but you should definitely try the special cafe.

27/08/2025: Osteria di Chichibio is the best restaurant in Polignano. I went in different restaurants including Grotta Palaze who is famous in this city but I end up coming twice in this place. The food is just another level. Come to eat first and thank me later! It’s a must guys 🥂

26/08/2025: Clothes don't make the man. I've traveled half the world, I love going to restaurants, both high-end and average, and writing reviews... the important thing is to eat well, but I've never had my wife and I looked up and down by the hostess, asked if there was a table available, and received a response... "Come back in two and a half hours." I noticed many empty tables without reservations written on the table... I noticed all the diners very well dressed; we were dressed normally in jeans and T-shirts, but with full wallets... I hope I'm wrong, but the feeling was that we weren't welcome.

17/08/2025: I stopped in for breakfast. The coffee, cappuccino, and croissants were delicious. The service was top-notch. Fast and helpful. I highly recommend it.

08/10/2025: The venue is welcoming and elegant. The staff is attentive but not intrusive. The food is quality and reasonably priced. The location is also ideal for events, both indoors and outdoors.
