The focaccia is absolutely delicious (and no, it’s not pizza! 😁), making the whole experience feel special, authentic, and pleasantly affordable. A real hidden treasure that I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a genuine local taste.

12/10/2025: I had lunch with my family at this restaurant in Polignano, located just steps from the town square, on the recommendation of a local friend. As soon as I left, I called to thank him for the recommendation. The restaurant is welcoming and clean, the owner, who is also a handyman, is friendly, unpretentious, and never intrusive. Above all, the portions are generous and of the highest quality! The seafood cavatelli, in particular, prepared by the owner's mother, were spectacular! I know for sure that when we return to beautiful Polignano, we'll have no doubts, despite the fierce competition, about where to have lunch! Oh, and I almost forgot...the prices are fair, which further enhance the overall impression, which is overwhelmingly positive! Congratulations!

07/11/2025: It's always packed, so you have to make a reservation. Don't miss the burrata and the tartare. Absolutely delicious. I love that they bring you the fish raw so you can choose which one to eat. The pasta is handmade and cooked al dente. And the risottos are creamy and perfectly cooked. The lamb is delicious. A bit pricey.

23/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, with friendly and professional staff, a beautiful location right in the center. Considering we had a table of 11, the service was excellent, and they served us top-quality seafood. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

16/09/2025: Went to this small Enoteca with my girlfriend a couple of nights ago. We had some great glasses of wine exactly to our taste. We were also served a little platter of snacks, some olives, some nice Tarallini and (my personal highlight) some amazing Provola. The wine, the cheese, amazing. We wish we could have come back again but sadly I can only recommend this place for others. Also very fair prices.

18/11/2025: How do you ensure a smooth flow as a restaurant? Come see for yourself. Super efficient! We had the last table, so the cordon for the terrace closed, but a table quickly became available and new guests could be welcomed. Service is also fast, and the dishes are served quickly. We didn't feel rushed at all, but we weren't particularly welcome either. We opted for the schiaffoni and the pistacchio pizza. They were good and very tasty. We were on our way again in 30 minutes, perfect if you still want to see something in Polignano or the surrounding area.

13/11/2025: A coffee worth trying – you either like it or you don't. The process of creation itself is poetry. The flavor is unconventional – there's lime, a strong sweetness, and of course, strong coffee. It undoubtedly provides a kick and energy for a walk along the rocky coast.

31/10/2025: Located in a clifftop square in a small coastal town, the seafood was all excellent. The service and atmosphere were also excellent. It's worth a quick stop if you're heading to Lecce or Bari, or a dinner spot during a seaside holiday.

27/08/2025: Osteria di Chichibio is the best restaurant in Polignano. I went in different restaurants including Grotta Palaze who is famous in this city but I end up coming twice in this place. The food is just another level. Come to eat first and thank me later! It’s a must guys 🥂
