16/11/2025: Long waits for those who sit at a table, even when the place is empty. The staff is sullen and doesn't pay much attention to the customers. This morning, after a short wait, our coffees were brought, and the waitress, insensitive, handed us the cups, slapping them across the table like poker cards, as if we were in a Wild West saloon. As a regular customer, I've noticed a deterioration in service and the staff is becoming increasingly rude. They're making us want to return. Too bad...

30/10/2025: The space is too small for large groups, especially when there are a lot of children; you risk leaving with a headache. The pizza is good, though, and so is the service. It needs to be reconsidered.

07/11/2025: Rustic and welcoming atmosphere, traditional Apulian cuisine, all well-made. The road to the restaurant isn't the best, and there's virtually no signage. Recommended for gatherings with friends and/or family.

01/11/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant in Puglia by pure chance while looking for a spot for Saturday lunch — and it turned into an unforgettable culinary adventure. For just €40 per person, we were treated to a true feast. The meal began with two types of fresh bread, followed by two kinds of soft cheese and slices of cured meats per person. Then came a shared selection of delicious antipasti: fried meat, mushrooms, chickpea mousse, and baked eggplant with parmesan. Next, we each received a flavorful cannolo filled with meat, followed by a generous bowl of orecchiette with meat sauce. The main courses included a perfectly cooked beef tagliata with parmesan and rucola and grilled salsiccia served with potatoes and salad. To finish, they brought out a variety of sweets, fresh fruit, coffee, and a shot of amaro. Water and bottle of local wine were also included throughout the meal. The food was rustic, abundant, and made with heart — a perfect example of southern Italian hospitality. Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic, generous dining experience.

29/12/2025: Delicious pizzas and panzerotti, a warm welcome, and a uniquely decorated atmosphere that will captivate both adults and children. Highly recommended!

17/10/2025: For years, this has always been a place with good, genuine products in a warm environment for families and friends. The owners are very welcoming and helpful.

27/01/2026: Unfortunately I can't rate this pizzeria with less than one star otherwise I would have done so. I ordered 1 pc. French fries, 1 pc. of fried pupetti, 1 grilled vegetable, 1 slice of beef and a Valtellina pizza and I politely asked to cook it briefly, I don't like burnt edges, at the table I receive the fried vegetables and not grilled, I call the waiter who brings them back and tells me to wait a few minutes to receive the grilled ones, shortly after, I receive a small plate with two grilled vegetables but cold from the refrigerator, I call the waiter again and point out that frozen vegetables cannot be eaten and ask at least to heat them up a little, then the slice of beef arrives full of parmesan, arugula, cherry tomatoes and glaze even though the menu says only slice of meat, my wife doesn't eat cheese and had to avoid it by serving them on the edge of the plate, finally my Valtellina pizza arrives if we want to call it that, the pizza arrives to me in pitiful conditions, burnt edges, burnt bubbles on the pizza because the sauce was spread poorly and quickly and non-existent mozzarella but covered by arugula, it looked like a green sheet covering this pizza. I pointed it out to the waiter and he just apologized, I thought that at least the pizza would be refunded because it was really DISGUSTING but nothing, and oh well they lost a customer

04/01/2026: A lovely little place located in the center of Gioia del Colle....very quaint....very friendly and helpful staff....the only flaw is that, despite having booked a table for four, we found ourselves seated at a very small table for two right at the entrance to the restaurant.....! Otherwise, everything was excellent....we'll be back soon, but hopefully with better table arrangements!

01/02/2026: An experience to forget, bathrooms with rust and dirty dogs that people used to come after, food to forget, not good in my opinion, it's not worth going there

15/01/2026: The lunch for me was excellent for New Year's Day as well as the wines I took the rosé was decent the red was good for other things I had a lot of fun with the dancing and singing
