24/10/2025: There are many cafes in the area, but this one surpasses them all, hands down. First of all, whatever you order is delicious. In particular, the croissant dough is damn perfect. My mother is very picky about her coffee, but every time she comes here, she insists on coming back several times. The bathroom is ALWAYS clean. The entire place is kept like a mirror, which is incredible, considering how many people pass through. But the most impressive thing is the service. Whether standing or sitting at a table, the service is impeccable. Friendliness, warmth, efficiency, optimism. You can be having a terrible day, then walk in here and, poof, you're overwhelmed by an unparalleled positivity. If all cafes were like this, the world would be a better place.

28/10/2025: Terrible restaurant. Let's start with the food... Even the rice... sticky, like gum. The fish had a very suspicious aftertaste... as if we'd been given Sunday leftovers... RAW FISH! To cover up the bad flavors and lack of flavor in the fish: very sweet sauces and dressings, as well as the wakame seaweed, which I've never had anything SO sweet. Ravioli, egg rolls, all frozen dishes of extremely poor quality, the worst I'd say. Let's move on to the service. The waiters were ruder than I've ever seen them. Asked for water "with a tablet," then waited 10 minutes with this rubber ball in my mouth that I couldn't swallow. The table was set with chopsticks and a fork... But a fork without a knife is like giving only one chopstick, gentlemen! I'll stop here about the service, otherwise the review would risk being deleted... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. NEVER COME HERE. Don't finance this place. Eat at home instead. But don't go here! Two of our guests felt ill immediately after finishing. From what I've written, you'll think I'm 70, but I'm 30 and I've been to other sushi restaurants outside of Foggia, of all kinds, but I've never found anything worse.

24/10/2025: I was a guest at this wonderful and historic property. I had no complaints, from the service to the food, so I'd definitely consider using it again if needed for an event.
