02/11/2025: We went to this place this evening and were really surprised! The pizzas by the slice are excellent: crispy, light, and with perfect flavor combinations. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Truly excellent value for money! I recommend it to everyone! 🍕👏

14/10/2025: I had a fantastic experience at the Bialetti store near the Lecce Cathedral. After several attempts, I discovered that the 2-cup induction moka pot wouldn't work on my stovetop, simply because the burner is too large for the diameter of the moka pot. Despite the problem, the staff at the store (Giovanna first and foremost) were exceptional: very kind, patient, and super professional. They demonstrated truly rare customer care, working with me to find the best solution. In the end, we decided to switch products: I opted for a capsule machine and paid only the price difference—a truly convenient option! Plus, with my purchase, I received 64 free capsules, with the option to choose the flavors I wanted. An added bonus I wasn't expecting! A truly positive experience. Kudos to the staff for their attention and helpfulness!

04/10/2025: Excellent pizza, but the service leaves much to be desired. The menu at the table is different from the one calculated at the register. Be careful!
