25/10/2025: Simply HORRIBLE. I was charged for the most poorly made espresso ever: totally cold and not even prepared with the actual espresso machine. When I politely and repeatedly asked the bartender to taste her “creation,” she refused and came up with excuses like “that’s how the machine does it” or “it’s the cup temperature.” In other words, according to her, it was my fault that the espresso was awful. To make matters worse, she was talking on the phone the entire time and even charged me again for remaking the same terrible coffee. It’s truly sad to see that here in Bari there are still people in the service industry who genuinely seem to believe that “the customer is always wrong.
