08/08/2025: It seemed like a friendly place with friendly staff until the bill came... €15.50 for three empty croissants and three cappuccinos. The price for tourists is increased, crazy.

28/05/2025: It's a shame I can't give it a 0. An indescribable location with unfriendly, rude, and very impolite staff. €1.50 coffee, and you have to ask for a receipt because they don't do one. A poor presentation for the city. It's 2025, and they don't even have plant-based milk 😱 I'd like to remind the owner that without tourists, they can close.

30/03/2025: I walked in at 9:00 PM with enthusiasm...but it faded after 40 minutes waiting for my order. First of all, the place wasn't busy. They'd do well to call "nightmare kitchens" to fix the situation. It's a shame; in the '90s it was a hotbed of entertainment, now it's a nursing home. At 11:45 PM, my ordered sandwich hadn't arrived.

27/10/2025: Abandon all hope, you who enter. It's a shame because the food was at least edible and there was a shred of will in the intentions of the staff who work there, but unfortunately they lack the basics to manage a restaurant business. Total disorganization, slow service and excessively long waiting times, especially considering a menu with very little choice. I'm sorry to say it, but they need to change jobs if they think they can manage a restaurant like this. In any case, I wish them well. 🤞🏻

16/08/2025: Hotel Belvedere: They claim to be able to handle celiac disease, but in reality they don't even have a suitable dish. Damp and dirty rooms, food that looks like it's just come out of the freezer, and guests who run away during mealtimes... more of a nightmare than a vacation!

16/08/2025: It was disgusting, I would never go back there again, how can you say it was a beautiful place, almost as if there were mice at lunch with us, the octopus stank, I won't tell you about the rest, the welcome was disgusting, I wouldn't go back there even if they gave me €1000 a day

11/10/2025: I was very disappointed by the attitude of the staff at Bar Tentazioni. In particular, the lady at the cash register was rude and arrogant, treating customers with little attention and zero friendliness. A simple hello or a smile can change your day, but here there seems to be a complete lack of respect for those who enter. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the customer experience was truly awful.

13/10/2025: Tasty food, this is my third time there, and I've always had a great experience with the seafood tourist menu. The linguine with scampi and shrimp cream and the grilled swordfish were delicious. The seafood salad was tender and well-seasoned. Also noteworthy are the generous portions at a great price. The place was spotless, with impeccable restrooms. Friendly staff.

24/09/2025: A pathetic salad, a completely burnt focaccia. At 5 euros, they don't present the wine list and... they recommend charging 25 euros for a bottle of very common wine, to be avoided.

06/09/2025: It is not possible to pay the additional service, even if we are talking about one euro, just because the bartender had the foresight to bring us the beers to the table, without even the glass, exorbitant prices and endless wait, to order I had to ask the waiter if I could order.

25/08/2025: Interminable wait, cold food (a potato croquette and half a pizza), inedible, I'd say. Two euros for service charge, what? Two plastic cups? The service charge wasn't even listed on the menu. Despite my complaints, the only response I received was... I'll tell the owners.

21/10/2025: I frequent this bar often because I stop for lunch for work. A few weeks ago (in the evening), I asked the counter to please hold some paperwork that I couldn't bring the next day. Two young men, one of whom, Martino, was really kind and offered to help me by calling the security guard, while the other girl (blonde with curly hair) was very rude, indifferent, and even annoyed by my presence, claiming she wouldn't help me because she was taking a stand, even going so far as to scold her colleague for doing the opposite. I understand that there may be rules that must certainly be respected, but there's also a human side that should never be overlooked, and as a customer of the bar as well, this behavior didn't sit well with me at all. When you're in the public area, you can't behave hostilely.

24/07/2025: We stayed at the end of July with temperatures exceeding 35°C: the refrigerator didn't work, an unacceptable situation, especially with a 9-year-old in tow. We attempted to contact the property several times, but never received a response: a total lack of assistance! Regarding hygiene, the situation was equally disappointing: ice cream stains behind the front door, dust and hair in the corners of the mezzanine. Unacceptable for a hospitality facility. An unrepeatable experience in the worst sense of the word. We won't be returning and I strongly advise against this accommodation.

24/07/2025: The room overall is really nice, small and reasonable for the price. I recommend it for those passing through; the location is excellent; just outside the building are several places to visit, including various trattorias and pizzerias. The only downside is the blankets; they don't seem very clean.

26/10/2025: Disgusting cappuccino! Please choose another place for coffee; there are plenty of them in Ostuni. 5.50 euros for a cappuccino and cornetto. I don't understand why. For a cappuccino that tastes like it's made of water and cream.

17/10/2025: Came in just for some drinks and ended up having a great time. Cozy little spot with a nice atmosphere — perfect place to escape the rain. We met a few other travelers and had a good chat over drinks. They’ve got draft beer on tap, which was a must for me. The wine was decent, just oddly warm? The outdoor umbrellas leaking onto the tables and chairs and no toillet paper or toilet seat. Otherwise good time people watching and enjoying a cold one. There was a table service fee, but only 1 Euro for 2 people.

24/09/2025: Worst food we’ve eaten in Italy. The staff couldn’t speak a single word of English so it was difficult to even order. My lunch took an hour to make when there were only 4 customers there. The waiter spilled my hot pasta on my feet & didn’t even say sorry. The food we we served looked nothing like the menu. Unfortunately they changed the name of the restaurant to “Mu l ave” so I couldn’t see the reviews until we got the receipt & I saw it was called Freaks Bar. Do not eat here.

03/09/2025: I spent a terrible 15 minutes and made a bad impression on a dear friend I invited to this place for a chat, a drink, and a quick chat. As soon as we arrived, we asked the waiter for a bottled beer (he told us there was no draft beer), a non-alcoholic drink, and a trio of drinks. We had to insist because he wanted to force us to buy a sandwich we didn't want. We were served a glass of beer (if the beer is bottled, bring the bottle I asked for and open it in front of me), but we glossed over that. After 10 minutes, our conversation was interrupted by the bill. After another 2 minutes, he came back and interrupted us again to ask for payment. I asked to pay by card, and he told me to come to the register. I asked if I could finish speaking or if I had to leave immediately, and he said, "No, I have to leave immediately." Perplexed, I got up with the intention of going to pay, then returned to the table, where he took away our half-finished drinks. At that point, I asked him why he was rushing us, and he told me he wasn't rushing us. At that point, I went to pay. Returning to the table, and seeing my friend also irritated and white, I decided to leave without even finishing our drinks. Don't let the elegant location fool you, because otherwise, there's nothing elegant about it... quite the opposite!

20/10/2025: We stopped by with our children for a quick coffee, but the man told us that making just two coffees wasn’t worth it for him. Very disappointing experience — not a welcoming place for families.

17/10/2025: The bar was empty and we were asked to leave, as the owner believed we had ordered too few coffees.
