Nice place, clean and tidy, excellent service, friendly and helpful.
Excellent cuisine, with the option to choose from various specials specific to each evening or à la carte.
The pizzeria is also excellent.
Highly recommended!
28/12/2025: Pizzeria restaurant located in Via Andrea Doria in Bottegone in the province of Pistoia in a welcoming, clean and well-kept environment where you can enjoy excellent pizzas and focaccias, good first courses and many tasty dishes accompanied by a good local wine with a helpful and kind service and with friendly and hospitable owners.

Two roll out and prepare the pizzas, one bakes the pizza, one serves at the counter. The locals are lacking in courtesy. We ate there. My pizza was missing an ingredient, so whatever. We can do without it.
You go to get two more slices of pizza because the pizza is so thin that you need four to fill up. No one cares about you because you have to wait in line. So if there are ten people waiting for takeout pizzas, what do we do? When the person baking while waiting to take the pizzas out could be serving, it takes 10 seconds to give you a slice. A smile... not at all.
Never again. Goodbye.

30/11/2025: No, I didn't like the pizza, chewy, rubbery, the tomato was sour, actually very sour. Out of respect for those who work, I rarely leave negative reviews, but here I was almost disappointed. I had wanted to go for a long time and I was deeply disappointed. I had a half-meter large pizza, a simple margherita, "luckily." Even my partner left it on the table more than halfway, the crust said it was not edible, cold and rubbery, nothing come on... I always see it full and that's the essential thing for them, I'm happy for them that people go there anyway... I didn't like it at all, but I'm worth a 1 and I think my review, even if negative, remains an end in itself. The coffee was very bad, even that seemed like barley because it was so watery...
21/10/2025: Welcoming place, very noisy, almost impossible to converse. We were there on Saturday 18th October 25th at 8.30pm, it was very crowded, we were 6 people, we took 3 platters of mixed cold cuts and various cheeses and pizzas, all very good, the pizzas are the best, highly recommended.

05/01/2026: I'm hesitant to write this review, but I wanted to point it out. It happened on December 20, 2025, at a birthday party. A waitress fell with the beers and stained my jacket. Okay, it happens, but the laundry is fixed. However, the staff should have been more careful when cleaning the floors, because a girl on crutches from another birthday party next to us slipped and seriously injured herself. Otherwise, everything was fine, except for a small mix-up with the order involving the wrong pizza, but nothing major.

20/09/2025: First class views of the lake but despicable low quality food. Not Italian style. Revolting actually. Both our meals were tasteless. Staff dirty tee shirts and obviously not caring enough to serve quality. Do not recommend. There are many lovely restaurants in the same town.
15/09/2025: Very good food, perfect service. We eat on the shores of Lake Sirio with a magnificent view.

22/10/2025: Our first experience during the Covid period was recommended by friends, offering takeout. Since then, we've tried several dishes: baked fish with potatoes, salt-baked fish, cockerel al mattone, and a special (Livorno-style cod) that can be ordered the day before. All dishes are expertly prepared with expertise and skill. Excellent value for money.

13/11/2025: Paradise exists, and I've been there.... One evening, unable to continue my truck's journey, I found myself needing to find a place to have dinner and perhaps a drink. Googling, I came across Beer House Project. Even though it was more than 2 km from my truck's parking lot, I decided to take a stroll anyway and try it out, and I couldn't have made a better decision! Amazing place, excellent sandwiches and schiacciatas, carefully prepared with quality ingredients, but above all, exceptional beer! Ten taps with beers from Italy and Europe, constantly changing but always offering a unique and unforgettable experience for every beer lover. The staff is super friendly and always ready to offer advice. Barbara is one of a kind!
If you're in the area, stop by and you won't regret it. If you're not in the area, plan a visit to Beer House Project because it's worth it. Guaranteed!

11/09/2025: Not recommended. Terrible experience. Dinner with friends, too bad that so much time passes between the first course and the last one that the first course is already in the cafe. Not to mention the appetizer "seafood salad" if you can call it that, there is absolutely nothing seafood about it, they got the name "garden salad" wrong on the menu.
