11/08/2025: Everything was delicious, from breakfast to dinner. The staff were young and friendly, professional, but with just the right amount of good humor.
10/08/2025: Restaurant with excellent food and a casual atmosphere. The staff is a bit slow but helpful. We ate there twice during our vacation because the price-quality ratio is excellent.
Gluten-free options are also available!

Pur essendo affollato in giorno di festa, ho trovato un buon servizio, una ottima qualità del menù e molta gentilezza.
Lo consiglio anche a persone celiache.

01/08/2025: In pieno centro a Pistoia, puoi trovare La Macelleria, un ristorante con arredamento minimal. I loro primi a base di cacciagione sono veramente eccezionali, la pasta fresca accompagnata da magnifici ragù. Da provare le pappardelle al ragù di lepre, quelle al ragù di cervo e infine quelle al ragù di capriolo. Ottimi anche i taglieri di salumi e formaggi. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
15/07/2025: Locale in Centro a Pistoia, tavoli all'aperto puliti e con apparecchiatura sobria. Le focacce sono favolose, vi consiglio salame e pecorino, veramente squisita. Buona anche la pinsa, prezzi nella media, insomma ve lo consiglio

12/06/2025: Very good and large takeaway pizzas, very kind staff, for more than two years now a must-have choice for a pizza party with friends or family.
They managed to please my son even for his birthday party, with a different "format" and double dough...what can I say, super as usual and a thousand compliments also from my guests.

30/06/2025: Pizzeria that works mainly by the slice and takeaway but they also do table service. We took a real pizza and a thin one....there was practically no difference except for a small, not very pronounced edge. The pizza is crispy, almost hard when cut but still tasty. We waited too long for two pizzas. Excellent prices.
29/06/2025: We speak almost no Italian. They speak almost no English. They worked so hard to help us, and didn’t get frustrated with our limited vocabulary. It’s a big plus that the food was excellent!

26/07/2025: Average pizza, small place, and hard to find parking outside.
But the thing that disappointed me most was the wait time for a pizza—about an hour, with the place half full.
And no one from the pizzeria says anything to you, as if everything was fine.
Definitely not worth returning to; there are better places around, starting with the pizza.

19/06/2025: I do not recommend it for groups of more than 4 people. Spartan environment, average pizza (cheap). Disarming service, 2 hours before we were all served (group of 14 people) even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. I'm sorry but it does not reach sufficiency, I would return only if I knew we were 2/3 people and we did not want to spend more than €10 for a pizza and a water.
