15/03/2025: Shameful and totally inattentive, almost sloppy service. The drink orders were totally wrong, with almost total inconsistency with what was actually ordered, but there could be a mistake and we got over it. Poor starter, then paid an amount that was decidedly out of place in the final bill. Not to mention the order of pizzas, even the wrong one. On the third attempt in which we received a pizza that was totally different from what we ordered, we gave up and were satisfied with what arrived in order to eat in an acceptable time. It's a shame that the wrong pizza was also added to the bill. Total disappointment for a place that has been open for years and has proven to be worse than an amateur restaurant.

11/03/2025: A place that sadly remained in the 90s. Good and easily digestible pizza dough. Tomato and other condiments very disappointing.

28/03/2025: Excellent dinner Menu choice between fish, meat and pizza. The dishes offered are very well presented and of excellent quality. Wide choice of wines. Excellent service thanks to Asia.

It's always better to book because there aren't many places. However, I go there very often because for me it is simply the best for an informal evening, excellent pizza and minimal expense!

05/03/2025: One of the best pizzas in the area, I've been going there for at least 2/3 years. Very digestible pizza, cooked well and seasoned well. The choice of various flours is appreciable, I love the rice and oat flour. If you've never been there, I recommend the tasting... it's worth it. Very kind owners.

25/02/2025: The pizza is really good. Kindness is always at home. The environment is quiet and original. Definitely worth trying. For me it is one of the best pizzas in Pistoia in terms of taste and digestibility. The place is always full, especially on Saturday evenings. It is always advisable to book on other days too. Takeaway pizzas, always before dinner time, 8pm. Final score 10 cum laude. Prices are not affected by inflation and do not follow the madness of charging 16 euros for a pizza.

16/12/2024: Artisans of taste hidden in a small elevated village, a convivial and welcoming environment accompanied by the simple yet affectionate service of the very nice owner. Crispy, crumbly, tasty and appetizing pizzas and flatbreads, at a more than modest price compared to the experience offered. FABULOUS!

03/03/2025: Pizza tour for birthday: vegetarian people present, they brought ONLY two margheritas and a pizza with tomato and salad (when there were many more ingredients on the menu). Given the insufficient quantity of pizzas for vegetarians, we asked for an extra margherita and were told that we had to pay a surcharge. The other pizzas were not very varied: sausage, frankfurters and ham. Plus cold and not very tasty. Uncourteous staff: when the cake arrived, napkins and teaspoons were placed on the table and we were told "I'll leave the task to you". To remove the dishes the waitresses practically came upon us. Price too high for the service provided. Never again!
