The staff are friendly and professional, the food is top-notch, generous portions, and the price is fair, with excellent quality. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to beautiful Pistoia.

The pasta was truly delicious; you could taste the quality and care taken in its preparation.
The service was impeccable, 10/10: the staff were kind, attentive, and fast.
For dessert, I absolutely recommend the panna cotta, delicious and perfectly balanced.
I definitely recommend it; I would definitely go back!

14/12/2025: An iconic pizzeria, not just in Agliana but throughout the province. The pizza is always as good as the great Signora Gina used to make it. Prices are still almost the same, in short, for those who haven't heard of it yet, it seems impossible to go there!

I've had the pleasure of trying takeout pizza from Pizzeria Il Veliero several times, and I must say it's always been an excellent experience. The pizza is truly delicious; you can clearly taste the care taken in selecting and using high-quality ingredients.
So far, I've always had a great experience with takeout, but the atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff has proven to be friendly and polite. This piqued my interest, and I can't wait to try their seafood, too. I'll definitely be back for a full sit-down dinner.

30/09/2025: I gave everything 5 stars because it's a simple, rustic place that maintains its tradition. I went there often many years ago and recently returned. The staff is very helpful and everyone is very nice.
The pizzas are delicious, and I don't know what dough it is or how long it's leavened, but it's very light. I have a wheat intolerance, so I didn't have any problems, and I ate a lot. The only small flaw is that there's not much variety in the pizzas they serve, but they're still excellent. The dessert is also good! I hope to return soon. 🤗
27/09/2025: The quality of the cured meats is questionable, as are the schiacciatas, but they're still tasty thanks to the generous amount of oil. The platters arrived in abundance for the table size. The sparkling white wine and beer were decent. The tiramisu was definitely not homemade. Excellent place for a table. It's a place stuck in the past, and that's the beauty of it. We paid 25 euros each, and overall it was more than adequate.

05/01/2026: We stumbled upon it last night with our girls, and it was a lovely surprise. The food was truly excellent: quality ingredients, beautifully combined, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We tried the creamy and succulent pumpkin and scamorza risotto, the mouth-watering carboburger, and the pork pluma, a real treat, expertly cooked. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
17/12/2025: I tried a meat and a fish main course, and both were delicious! Excellent quality ingredients and excellent value!
The staff was extremely kind and helpful in offering advice.
I highly recommend it.

08/01/2026: Beautiful, fairytale-like venue, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, drinks for all tastes, good music, a great atmosphere, and lots of games to have fun with friends.
04/01/2026: The atmosphere is charming and very unique. There are also many board games you can borrow for the duration of your stay. You can go for dinner or after dinner.
The food was good, but the service was extremely slow: it took almost an hour before we got our burgers, even though the place wasn't busy.
We were served only a portion of fries much earlier than everything else.
The staff was polite but not particularly welcoming.
