Undoubtedly one of the best pizzas in the area, I recommend trying the pita bread (raw, tuna and vegetarian!)

The pita bread and pizzas are very good, but they're expensive. There's no draft beer, and a €2.50 cover charge is too much to eat with just a placemat and paper napkin. There are better options in Pistoia.

Excellent experience. Looking at the place from the outside (it was originally a bakery), you wouldn't expect all the rooms inside (and even a few outdoor tables) to be so charming. The staff was very friendly; before the pizzas, they brought us some really excellent schiacciatina slices, a particularly appreciated gesture that not everyone does. The pizzas were truly exquisite, slightly larger than the average size, and were truly delicious. They even passed the "night test," where we didn't need to drink 14 liters of water to digest them. What can I say? We'll definitely be back.

08/02/2026: We had the pleasure of experiencing the five-course tasting menu, a carefully curated, interesting experience deeply rooted in the local area. Each course was carefully presented by the owner, who explained both the seasonings and the different types of flour used, also telling us about the areas of Tuscany from which they originate. A professional yet welcoming approach, conveying a genuine knowledge of local products and a great passion for their work. We also greatly appreciated the choice to use ingredients sourced from small local farms: an added value that deserves to be recognized and supported. Our warmest congratulations. Simone and Matteo

Le Chiavi d'Oro

19/04/2026: I returned to this lovely restaurant after many years. We had various dishes, including a coccoli appetizer, linguine with scampi, and fried fish, along with various drinks and tiramisu. Everything was delicious, the service was very fast, the staff was knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was lovely.
17/02/2026: I recommend it to everyone both for the excellent cuisine and for the fabulous staff
