30/03/2025: Iniziamo col dire che se valutassi solo la pizza avrei dato 4 stelle, infatti è molto buona e digeribile però, c'è un però, anzi anche più di uno. Locale un po' trascurato e che avrebbe bisogno di un po' di pulizia in più, ambiente con molta puzza di vapori di cucina, quando siamo arrivati a casa avevamo i vestiti che puzzavano di fritto, cameriera che non ha aperto bocca per tutta la sera, non che sia importante dialogare col cliente ma insomma, avevamo preso un antipasto e mentre stavamo mangiando l'ultimo boccone con una mano ti sfilano il piatto di sotto il naso e con l'altra ti porgono la pizza, mentre stavamo mandando giù l'ultimo boccone di pizza sono lì a chiederti se vogliamo altro. Praticamente in mezz'ora poco più (non esagero) abbiamo mangiato, non amo certamente passare tutta la sera a tavola ma così è veramente eccessivo. Dimenticavo, anche il prezzo oltre alla pizza è molto buono, peccato perché con qualche attenzione in più sarebbe un locale veramente competitivo, magari c'è chi non ci fa caso ma io amo valutare non solo quello che mangio ma tutto il resto e questo fa perdere molti punti nella valutazione finale.

04/06/2025: Il nostro ristorante preferito in assoluto. Il migliore di Montecatini assolutamente. Consiglio il menù pesce e la tagliata alla Robespierre. Sono due anni che siamo clienti fissi e non abbiamo lasciato mai una recensione. Era doveroso.

24/05/2025: my boyfriend arrived at the closing point and despite this they were extremely available to make two pizzas on the fly. he knows well from working in the sector how much of a disruption it can be so he was extremely impressed by the kindness! also the pizzas are delicious 🫶🏼

30/06/2025: Quiet B&B away from traffic surrounded by greenery among olive trees, vineyards and flowers...while being in a strategic position close to Siena and the most beautiful villages in the area... Beautiful garden, simple but clean rooms managed by Mrs. Marisa and her husband Aldo. Very kind and helpful people. Good breakfast in the garden in complete relaxation. You feel at home!👍🌞🥰

The restaurant is located on the ridge of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines that divides the rainwater between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Adriatic Sea, and is also 6 km from the sources of the Reno River. This watershed runs for many km in the Tuscan territory, with the possibility of countless excursions. Near the restaurant there is a fountain made by Dalla Martini to celebrate the passage of the Giro d'Italia. It is up to you visitors to discover the rest of the story.

02/03/2025: Spectacular pizza, light dough and excellent quality seasoning. Even if the place is not big but it is really worth it just for the pizza which gives many name pizzerias a run for their money. Nice and kind staff

11/03/2025: 15 - 2-2025 Pizza da asporto buona, ma quando sono arrivato sul posto mi è stato negato che io avessi prenotato, quando, invece, io avevo parlato con uno dei titolari il pomeriggio stesso. Una dimenticanza può capitare, ma ciò che mi ha VERAMENTE infastidito è stato l'atteggiamento della ragazza che impastava la pizza e che ha continuato a negare imperterrita!

06/06/2025: End of school year party, pizza round menu: after an hour 5 pizzas arrive at the children's table (about 20 children), after another 20 minutes 6 pizzas arrive at the parents' table (about people). and so on for another round.. The girl tells us that the oven is small and we have to be patient (that's fine although, in my opinion, if you can't handle such a number avoid taking these tables. Tonight we were 2 classes plus the tables) I wait a bit and then I get up and go to see the oven: the two pizza chefs and do nothing and the owner who justifies herself by saying "we brought the pizzas to everyone". At this point I raise my voice a bit and simply tell her that if for them the service is over they can bring us the bill and at least we are free to go to dinner somewhere else. Magically in less than 10 minutes about ten pizzas arrive! In addition to this they made us pay for the last 2 "special" pizzas and the boxes with Nutella separately. I won't go into more detail because it would be pointless! I don't think I'll ever eat there again, but I promise that if I ever have to go back and find the same service I'll have Delivero come and deliver the pizzas!

18/02/2025: Siamo andati in questo posto per mangiare a casa una pizza. La signora che ci ha accolto, nemmeno un sorriso. Volevamo prendere una teglia ma ci ha fermati subito dicendo che andava prenotata, sinceramente, non mi ha dato nemmeno la voglia di prenotare una pizza a piatto da portare a casa. Veramente troppo seria e disturbata dalla nostra richiesta. Capisco che la teglia va ordinata ma bisognerebbe anche invogliare il cliente a optare per altro, il nuovo cliente va conquistato! Non esiste il cliente come ha sottolineato dicendo, adesso servo il cliente!

28/03/2025: Spritz tastes a bit dull, appetizers are not very inviting, it could be improved.

27/07/2025: It was a very quiet evening... After 30 minutes, the appetizers arrived (the usual amount). From that point on, we were completely abandoned. We waited almost an hour for a pizza to share between 5 or 6 people. The bottom of the pizza was completely burned (help me say black). We waited two hours for four slices of deli meat and one burnt slice of pizza that needed to be thrown away. The most shocking thing was the bill...25 euros! The owner's yelling at the employees was disturbing, and could be heard from inside the dining room. Our Italian restaurant scene is so poor. I hope I never return to this place, not even by mistake.

17/05/2025: On a warm May Saturday night, half of Pistoia - young and old, families, groups celebrating birthdays, couples celebrating love - all come to Cafe le Blanc to eat the best pizza. The food is wonderful, the best crisp, thin base and wide range of delicious toppings - classic and bianco- and the atmosphere quite magical. You can also come here for very good coffee, panini and pastries - all fatto in casa. But the special atmosphere of Saturday pizza nights has to be experienced. Also of note is the lovely service and kind, sympathetic owner and staff.
