Excellent pizza. I recommend ordering the giant one since it's so good. Recommended.
Unfortunately, I have to change my mind. I never write negative reviews about mistakes, because we all make mistakes. But this time, there wasn't a mistake. The last two times I've been there (in fact, the first time, I blamed it on a mistake, but the two times, it's just habit), the owners' courtesy has been lacking. Orders were taken "by heart," with a succession of errors in the dishes, without being corrected. And, even more painfully, the bill was steep, far different from what it actually was (listed in the price list, including cover charge). Even when I pointed it out, the owners didn't have the good sense to explain why.
From a reference point, it will unfortunately become a place to forget.
It's a shame, because the quality of the dishes remains consistently good.

But when we go, it's a must... strictly Stefano's, the best in the area...

Two roll out and prepare the pizzas, one bakes the pizza, one serves at the counter. The locals are lacking in courtesy. We ate there. My pizza was missing an ingredient, so whatever. We can do without it.
You go to get two more slices of pizza because the pizza is so thin that you need four to fill up. No one cares about you because you have to wait in line. So if there are ten people waiting for takeout pizzas, what do we do? When the person baking while waiting to take the pizzas out could be serving, it takes 10 seconds to give you a slice. A smile... not at all.
Never again. Goodbye.

16/03/2026: 3 stars for being a historic and legendary place in Agliana from the 1960s and 1970s onwards. Since the 2000s, the pizza has continued to decline, and it's no longer the same. 😞😢

Cliente da oltre 20 anni e devo dire che la pizza che prima era come le ciliegie, un pezzo tirava l'altro,non è più quella di una volta, la schiacciata modello gomma non è più quella di una volta...anche i prezzi non sono più quelli di una volta. La cosa che urta di più è vedere scorrazzare nel locale la colonia di gatti che saltano sui tavoli e mangiano direttamente dai vassoi dove viene servita la pizza, che qualche demente animalista 2.0 gli mette sotto. Mi dispiace se ne va via un pezzo di storia 👋
25/10/2023: Frequento questo posto da un sacco di tempo , in passato non sono mai stato trattato male o schernito da dipendenti o “voci che arrivavano oltre la zona di vendita come stasera ! “ attese infinite e poca serietà da parte di chi attualmente gestisce senza la presenza dei titolari che io personalmente ricordo come persone serie ed instancabili del proprio lavoro. Mi spiace per le pessime scelte di gestione attuale.
