La Libecciata In Viareggio

The food is unusual but good. We need to get back to their mentality to truly feel good. I had a calzone, very filling and delicious mozzarella. I highly recommend the topatas and the rum dessert. The only downside is the location on the road.

I went with my family and we had a great time!! The topatas were excellent, the pizza was excellent, I loved the octopus one... delicious!! Both the owners and the staff were very kind and welcoming!! Try it and you'll have a wonderful evening!!

Very good pizza, with arugula that looked like it came from a garden, not a supermarket! Delicious appetizers. Homemade lemonade, good wine, and beer. However, we left feeling overcharged. We were going to come back again, but we feel cheated. The "menu" we were offered for €20 (one pizza and three appetizers) was charged €20 per person – a fact that wasn't explained to us when we placed our order.

You're in Viareggio, in the summer, you ride your bike and go eat a Pizza alla Libecciata. You're happy and you know it! Light and crispy pizza (you've eaten one, but you're craving a second one) ps... for dessert, artisanal tiramisu forever.

Excellent, very good, welcoming, like family

A somewhat quirky place, reminiscent of the 1970s hippies, but characteristic. The menu is limited, almost exclusively pizzas, but really good if you like thin crusts and unusual combinations. Friendly staff, reasonable prices for this laid-back place.

The pizza is delicious, thin and flavorful. The desserts are also a plus, they're homemade and very good. The atmosphere has changed, I don't know if it's also changed management... the only downside is the price, which is much higher than I remembered.

Great service, yummy pizza, very flavorful!!! I was quite impressed. The wine list is extensive and delicious. Highly recommend, especially the appetizers as the octopus had some spicyness to it and served with warm bread.

A place that makes you feel at home whether you're from Viareggio or just passing through. Excellent food. The "Vini Ganzi" (good wines) name is very nice, and all the wines are local. The restaurant menu could be improved.
