My pizza tonight was damned perfection: thin crust, but also thick for those who prefer it, crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside. Every bite is an emotional journey: it makes you close your eyes, sigh with pleasure, and think, "This is why life is worth living." Top-notch ingredients, a wood-fired oven that adds that perfect smoky touch—standing ovations are in order! Yes, I've read (and shared) a few reviews complaining about the wait times, especially when it's busy (and it always is, because it's good!). But as a regular, I tell you: those 15-20 minutes are an absolute treat. You sit down, chat with friends or reflect on the day, savor the family atmosphere, and watch the pizza chefs at work with incredible dedication. They don't rush: they cook every pizza "to perfection," with obsessive care, because their true joy is seeing happy faces like mine at the end. It's pure satisfaction for the team—I can tell by the proud looks they give me every time they bring me a steaming plate. In a world of fast food, here the wait is the prelude to a genuine emotion. 10/04/2026: We spent a night at the restaurant and came with our camper through AgriCamper. Honestly, we were very happy with both the food and the service. Since we were traveling with our two-and-a-half-year-old baby, we really appreciated that they served her first. Contrary to what some Americans have mentioned here, for us that was great, especially since we didn’t even ask for it. It was truly wonderful and one of the highlights of our experience. The service was consistently excellent, and the food was delicious, extremely delicious. I highly recommend the pasta, especially the seafood spaghetti. I enjoyed every single bite. Bravo to the chef. Another thing we loved and highly recommend is ordering a local digestive at the end of the meal. We found out it’s made by the father of the owner or manager, who only speaks Italian. It’s definitely worth trying after dinner. It’s a shame we couldn’t buy a bottle since they only have large ones for the restaurant, but it was incredibly good. 100% recommended.

05/05/2026: We were lured by a 20% discount offer on burgers, but when the bill arrived, they didn't offer it because we had ordered the burger menus. They pointed out that it was written (which is true, but it was written in tiny letters at the bottom). A stupid deception (for a single burger, yes; for the entire burger menu, spending more, no) and a very poor trick for a large company like this. Never again. Good, high-quality burgers can be found in Florence, even in many small places that we will continue to prefer.

02/05/2026: What is it about sight seeing in Florence that makes people so hungry? We sat down and ordered salad and focaccia with Spritzer aperitifs before buying tons of stuff inside the store. Our return flight to Thailand was 3 hours late, so we’re anxiously awaiting all those phenomenal regional Italian products when our baggage arrives from Suvarnabhumi airport tonight. 30/10/2025: Discovered by chance, but what a find! The place is small but clean, and the staff are very welcoming. The food—in this case, pizza and Neapolitan pastiera—are exceptional. We'll be back for the traditional Neapolitan pasta dishes.

The dough is simply among the best we've ever tasted: light, well-leavened, and highly digestible. You can immediately taste the quality, and every bite confirms the attention to detail. The ingredients are also top-notch, perfectly enhancing the final result. Both pizzas were exceptional, tasty, and perfectly balanced in flavor. Plus, the staff was very helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a pizzeria we'll return to often—highly recommended.

21/03/2026: Thank goodness this delightful little place exists in Calenzano! The round pizza is delicious, from the dough to the quality ingredients and the many flavors to choose from, along with many beautiful and delicious desserts. Plus, the girl at the cashier is incredibly kind, really nice and helpful—well done!!! I'll be back to try many more flavors of pizza, both round and sliced, and various desserts!
