05/05/2026: We wanted to have dinner in San Piero a Sieve during our hike on the Via degli Dei. The friendly man who greeted us asked if we had a reservation. After I said no, he showed us to a table. A young woman took over our table. We were given the pizza menu. Actually, I didn't want pizza, but something else... In short, what bothered me was the assumption from the outset that tourists only wanted pizza and ONLY handed out the pizza menu, and the woman didn't give me much time to decide... afterwards I understood why... quite a few people arrived who had reservations. Nevertheless, the pizza was excellent :), great value for money!

01/04/2026: Nice, quiet place, good food. I really enjoyed the crostini; the focaccia (bresaola and parmesan) was good. The beer was also very good. Prices were average.

09/08/2026: Really nice place! We ordered pizza, bavetti, and fried fish, all really good. Especially the bavetti aglio e olio with clams, absolutely delicious! Very generous portions, high prices, but for the quality they offered, it's perfect!

02/08/2026: It was a pleasant surprise; we'd never been there before, and I must say the food and service exceeded our expectations. Compliments, truly! To the chef, because the food was truly excellent and served in a truly captivating manner. To the waiter, who was attentive, fast, and extremely efficient, despite the restaurant being packed. For anyone looking for a truly delicious meal with excellent value, Zimbo is definitely worth a try!

13/07/2026: A quiet place where you can enjoy not only pizza but also decent seafood dishes. The seafood entrees are very good, as is the Catalan pizza. Even though it's a pizzeria, the times I've been there I've preferred fish, so I think the pizzas are excellent, but I haven't tried them.

18/06/2026: Exceptional takeout pizza, delivered still hot and fragrant, with top-quality ingredients. But the real surprise was stopping to eat the fish right at the table: exquisite dishes, incredibly fresh fish, and impeccable service. Highly recommended for both experiences!

17/07/2026: We were so excited to eat at this restaurant and have authentic Neapolitan pizza. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The waiter did not give us a menu. Instead, he handed us a QR code. We had to constantly go back and forth trying to see all of the menu items. When another group of guests showed up, they got menus. I am not sure if it was our server’s first day but he brought out our second course at the same time as first course (but only for half of us). Does that sound confusing? Well it was. When we asked why, he just put his hands together, bowed, and walked away. Our pizza came out soggy and we left the salad untouched. Not sure if we caught them on an off night but not even the owner/manager was not hospitable. When we walked to the designated pay area, he barely made any eye contact and was totally distracted. There were only 2 tables with guests at this point. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

17/07/2026: I went for pizza with some friends a few days ago. I really appreciated the completely vegan menu, which included appetizers and dessert options, as well as red and white pizzas and calzones. One downside was that it was very hot, and even though there was room in the air-conditioned dining room, they had us sit outside in the tent, where there wasn't a breath of fresh air.

06/07/2026: A superb restaurant where we truly enjoyed our dinner. Located in a quiet area, it offers cuisine made with quality ingredients. We started with fried bread with stracciatella, which was simply excellent. For my main course, I opted for the mussels and clams with fries. The seafood was perfectly seasoned, with a lovely garlic flavor, and the bread was perfect for dipping. The fries were decent, although quite salty. The other dishes were also very good. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. The place is calm, pleasant, and inviting. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning or ventilation on a very hot day, which meant we didn't fully appreciate the delicious food. Our bill came to €72 for three people (one starter, three main courses, and wine), which is quite reasonable. There's also a lovely-looking terrace, but it was reserved for that evening. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

The truffle and cheese pizza was wonderfully flavorful with fresh truffles and smooth cheese. The stewed sea bass had absolutely no fishy taste, and the side dishes were sweet and fresh. The seafood hot pot is €15, the truffle and cheese pizza is €15, the fried seafood is €18, and everything else is under €15. The chef seems to have a story to tell; he prepared each dish with great care and attention to detail. The ingredients are fresh, the seasoning is mild and savory, and the prices are reasonable. I went two days in a row, and all six dishes were delicious. The seafood pot is quite generous—the flavor is based on the natural saltiness and freshness of the ingredients, with a little bit of chili added. The chef pays great attention to detail, such as placing small octopus on the fish to enhance the flavor. In the truffle and cheese pizza, the truffle is aromatic and the cheese is silky smooth. The braised sea bass has no fishy smell at all, and the side vegetables are sweet and fresh. The seafood pot is €15, the truffle and cheese pizza is €15, the fried seafood platter is €18, and everything else is under €15. I feel like the head chef is someone with a story—the dishes are prepared with great care and completeness.

28/06/2026: The staff is lovely, kind, and attentive. The atmosphere is simple and informal, and you can also eat outside. Unfortunately, I wasn't sold on the pizza. I ordered the one with prosciutto and mascarpone, but they put the mascarpone on the side, and the cheese was ruined. The arrosticini, on the other hand, were good; the mutton ones were more flavorful than the wild boar ones.
