28/06/2026: The staff is lovely, kind, and attentive. The atmosphere is simple and informal, and you can also eat outside. Unfortunately, I wasn't sold on the pizza. I ordered the one with prosciutto and mascarpone, but they put the mascarpone on the side, and the cheese was ruined. The arrosticini, on the other hand, were good; the mutton ones were more flavorful than the wild boar ones.

28/12/2025: Everything was perfect, the food was excellent, as you'd expect from a Tuscan trattoria.

01/07/2026: After a previous unpleasant experience at another restaurant, coming to EDI House was a real treat. We ate truly wonderfully. The swordfish was exceptional, incredibly tender, and literally melted in your mouth. The cod prepared EDI House-style was also a pleasant discovery: flavorful, well-balanced, and cooked with great care. The dessert ended the dinner perfectly, truly delicious. But what makes this restaurant special isn't just the quality of the dishes. The staff was impeccable: kind, professional, and attentive to every detail, making us feel welcomed and pampered from start to finish. I'd especially like to thank a young man named PAL. You can sense their passion for their work and their attention to customer service, qualities that are increasingly rare and therefore even more appreciated. Compliments to all the staff. We will definitely be back and I recommend it without hesitation.

06/08/2026: Sanguigna pizza with 'nduja was truly well-made: light and crispy dough, with a lovely contrast between the crust and the intense, spicy flavor of the 'nduja. Generous portions and quality ingredients. Absolutely 5-star food. Fast and courteous service (4 stars), pleasant and welcoming atmosphere with warm, inviting lighting that creates a lovely atmosphere (4 stars). Excellent value for money. I would gladly return, highly recommended!

31/07/2026: For me, it's truly one of the best restaurants in Florence. My husband and I have been there many times and have always had excellent food. The staff is very friendly. It's not a designer restaurant; you go there to eat well.

04/08/2026: A very pleasant terrace with a fan/mister, much appreciated in August! A spritz for 7 euros with bruschetta is a great deal, the service is perfect, and the food is very good.

22/06/2026: Highly recommended if you want to eat something really tasty quickly that doesn't cost a fortune. The service was very friendly and helpful, and they assisted with explaining the extensive menu. The spaghetti with salted olives, mushrooms in a delicious sauce, and bread was divine; the pizza napoli with sardines and capers was exquisite. To finish, the tiramisu and real Italian espresso. We sat there for well over an hour with a Coke and Fanta, and all for a price that wouldn't even get you a main course in the Netherlands... we are going to do this again this holiday..

12/07/2026: In the summer, you can eat al fresco on the terrace, but it's always crowded and the spaces are very precise.

05/07/2026: Where you least expect it, lies one of the best pizzerias I know. Friendly and fast service, FABULOUS pizza. Galizia and Ramirez are highly recommended, but be careful, they can be addictive. Not to mention the Sacher Torte. If we really want to be picky, the only flaws are the lack of proper parking and the lack of air conditioning inside. Well, what can I say, we'll definitely be back!

30/07/2026: Lovely place, but unfortunately we didn't enjoy the food very much; it was all quite tasteless. The carbonara was floating in sauce, which didn't blend well with the pasta. The tortellini were nothing special, and the cut of beef was a bit stringy. The service was very slow and at times inexperienced.
