We also asked to take a dessert home which was no issue.

23/03/2026: A very charming place with vintage furnishings that create a very beautiful and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff is knowledgeable and professional.
We stopped for breakfast and complimented the cream brioche, which was delicious and fresh.
Prices are average for Florence, perhaps even less than other places.
It's a place where you can also have lunch, with the in-house cuisine certainly of excellent quality.
If we were to return to Florence, it would be one of the places we would gladly return to.
Highly recommended

18/03/2026: I usually come to this restaurant for fish. Personally, I think it's the best in the area. The mixed antipasto is noteworthy. The wine list is well-structured. Last time, I also tried an excellent rum paired with dark chocolate.

08/04/2026: The food was amazing, especially the “I Pici All’ aglione” (best pasta we’ve ever eaten!). The prices were good, approx 10-11 for the pasta we ordered. The staff was kind and welcoming. Only problem was that there was a cover charge even though no bread was served (2€ per person). But overall great experience!

07/09/2025: We found it by chance on our way back from a weekend in Orvieto. We ordered the mixed crostini, tagliatelle with rabbit ragù and crème brulee. The food was homemade and delicious, and I'd definitely return. The service was neither excellent nor infamous.
06/09/2025: It's a great idea to get off the highway and eat here instead of at a rest stop. It's a small place, but perfect for a quick stop and some typical dishes without breaking the bank.

04/03/2026: The staff were very welcoming. It's a small corner shop, the kind of place that looks delicious because they don't spend a penny on advertising. The cheese pizza was excellent; the cheese portion was generous, and the bread itself was really good. It had a thick crust, about two or three centimeters thick, with a hydrated dough, large air pockets, and a chewy, elastic texture. But underneath, there was a very thin, incredibly crispy crust. In other words, it achieved a perfect balance between the crispy bottom and the moist, chewy interior – a truly outstanding crust. You absolutely must try it if you're passing by!

16/03/2026: For a birthday party. The girls did their best to entertain the kids, even though the venue wasn't the best, as they were playing among the tables. There are slides outside for kids, but they were locked. The venue was clean.

The salmon penne I ordered was very salty (which I found disappointing). My partner ordered the lasagne and was quite happy with it.
Close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella (in English Florence Santa Maria Novella) station - under two minutes walk.
Outside seating is available with plenty of seating inside.
01/12/2025: I still don't understand why they give everyone three cones outside of Bologna. The ice cream is mediocre, not creamy, too sugary, and the quantities in the cup are clearly wrong.

24/02/2026: We had a seafood lunch, and I must say that everything was truly delicious, the fish was truly excellent. The table service was equally good, with attentive waiters. Excellent restaurant, reservations recommended.
