12/02/2025: L’Officina del Gusto è un ristorante e pizzeria situato a Lastra a Signa, in provincia di Firenze, precisamente in Via Santa Maria a Castagnolo, 1. Il locale propone una varietà di piatti che spaziano dalla cucina tradizionale italiana a specialità di pesce e carne. Tra le proposte più apprezzate ci sono: • Antipasti: come la “Padellata Mediterranea” e il “Trittico di Tartare”. • Primi piatti: tra cui la “Paella ai Frutti di Mare e Verdure”. • Secondi piatti: come il “Millefoglie di Filetto”. Inoltre, il ristorante offre una selezione di pizze preparate con impasti maturati a temperatura controllata per almeno 24 ore, utilizzando farine pregiate di grano italiano e pomodori pelati bio. Ho consumato una Insalatona Nizarda con tonno, patate lesse, pomodoro, uovo sodo e masticante. Buona. 04/01/2025: Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo sempre frequentato da tantissimi anni questo posto, cibo fantastico, personale fantastico compreso il titolare, ormai é una colonna portante del forte dei marmi, consigliatissimo!!!

20/01/2025: I have been going to Lacona for 30 years and for the first time as soon as we arrived and tired from the journey we went to the pirate, I had never had 2 spaghetti vongole which were not clams as well as smelling the pasta was not al dente but raw inedible and then it smelled to end up in hospital just with the smell. Entire portions sent back, the waiter didn't even ask why we hadn't eaten, paid the bill and off we went, never again.

13/10/2024: Waiter seemed like he‘s bored and doesn‘t enjoy his job. It was the end of the season but it was still a bit underwhelming. Pizza was really good!

13/09/2024: Buon servizio bella la location prezzi bassi cibo da dimenticare, nella maniera più assoluta.. Per noi mai più. Un peccato perché la volta precedente era stara un esperienza tutto sommato positiva.

27/11/2024: This is without a doubt our worst experience in Italy. Already when we arrived, the boss pulled a face like he was not allowed, he barely answered our questions, he was closed, no smile. The two women inside were not wearing hats on their heads. As a result, I ended up with several hairs in the pizza. One of them enters and leaves the restaurant to smoke cigarettes but does not wash her hands and touches the food. In short, this restaurant is not very focused on hygiene, especially since the owner when paying made no gesture to us, he insisted that I pay for the pizza even though I didn't even eat a whole slice. A restaurant attracts tourists. I strongly advise against it

29/12/2024: To flee! Restaurant poorly located, however we chose it for its proximity to Novotel. Endless waiting, almost an hour to wait for the famous Florentine specialty "bistecca alla florentina" which we hastened to taste. Eventually my wife got massive food poisoning and has been bedridden for 2 days now, so we weren't able to visit Florence. The meat was poorly cooked, and the hygienic conditions must be more than questionable for my wife to be so ill...

08/12/2024: Very nice atmosphere... But food to throw away... I took the sliced ​​chicken and it tasted like badly defrosted meat. Undercooked prawns. I absolutely do not recommend!!!!

26/08/2024: Ordiniamo 2 margherite e nella salsa ci mettono il pepe. Perplessi ci guardiamo intorno e anche i tavoli accanto confermano che c'è qualcosa che non va nel gusto. La cameriera, con disinvoltura, ci conferma che il pepe nella salsa di pomodoro è la loro specialità! Peccato che facesse schifo e soprattutto non fosse indicato sul menù. Facciamo presente che si tratta di un allergene e che a qualcuno potrebbe far male, ma loro insistono dicendo che la pizza da loro è così. Non ci ritorneremo più.

19/08/2024: Per un cambio di programma sono rimasto scoperto proprio di sabato sera. Il problema è che era ovunque tutto pieno. Alla fine, questo ristorante mi ha messo a sedere e anche velocemente. Servizio abbastanza veloce a tratti confusionario, ma vista l’elevata richiesta della sera ci si poteva stare. Pizza un po’ salata, ma diciamo soggettiva. Come sempre consiglio di provare, se non altro per la disponibilità e la cortesia dimostrata dal giovane staff, prezzi leggermente più bassi della media.

21/11/2024: Cucina molto valida e servizio veloce. Unica piccolissima pecca, a mio avviso, il costo: ogni portata costa mediamente quei 3/4€ in più rispetto a locali simili e questo alla fine incide assai sul conto. Ma ribadisco: visto e considerato il livello della cucina, ci può anche stare… Consiglio di provare l’insalata di mare!

Ordiniamo una Linguina ai frutti di mare 1 pizza e si voleva proseguire Per fortuna , fermati in tempo Qualcosa e’ cambiato oltre al nome Pasta precotta ,pesce inesistente e di pessima qualità , peraltro l esecuzione del piatto è del tutto sbagliata con sapore decisamente inesistente . Che dello scoglio come direbbero i Toscani un c e’ nemmeno l ombra Immangiabile Detto questo, la pizza., decisamente non lievitata , presumo base surgelata Cotta male ( le basi surgelate se sapute gestire fruttano un ottimo prodotto Credo che oggi la gente ( qualunque essa sia Turista ,individuale o famiglia che paga , perché vi fate pagare debba essere trattata in modo giusto e coerente al prezzo Mi auguro che se dovessi ricapitare per un pranzo di lavoro , la struttura abbia aggiustato il tiro Improbabile Non lo consiglio

13/10/2024: We stayed at this property in mid-October and had a very good time. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and generally well-maintained structure with swimming pool still accessible. Special mention for the staff starting from the girl at the reception up to the chef who is always kind and extremely helpful.

29/09/2024: We have been coming to this restaurant for many years, it was our favourite, then a few years ago it changed management, and the menu also got worse, we continued to go there because we love the location and also some kind and affable waiters from the old management remained, then this year we only went once, as soon as we arrived in Marciana Marina, we never went back, cold waitresses, affected by fake courtesy, even worse menu, exaggerated prices. The only thing left good is the pizza. It's a shame we only have a beautiful memory of what La Fiaccola once was

05/01/2025: Prenotata questa pizzeria per le 21:30, ci presentiamo e veniamo subito messi al nostro tavolo illudendoci che il servizio sarebbe stato veloce, ahimè dopo 1:30h di attesa alla fine abbiamo potuto mangiare le nostre pizze. Il conto finale assolutamente fuori scala per una pizza, birra e caffè ( 40€ ) Peccato, è un bel posto, ideale per tavolate di amici ma non vale questa attesa e questo costo
