04/10/2025: Excellent pizza, even the kids love it. Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review because I called for a delivery and, having no vocal cords, I speak with a throaty voice. Maybe they thought I was joking. I said I have no vocal cords and they hung up on me. I had my twelve-year-old daughter call and they hung up on her too. I tried harder to call back and they heard me, but coincidentally, they didn't deliver to my building today. Honestly, as loyal customers as we have been for years, I don't think we'll ever go there again. If they can't hear me, I'll go somewhere else where they can hear my voice, like the wonderful lady who, at another pizzeria, made me feel almost normal and not disabled this evening. Have a good evening.

15/10/2025: Authentic family pizzeria. We bought takeout pizza three times in one week. Delicious every time! Reasonable prices, and the man working the oven was very friendly even though we don't speak Italian. 100% recommended.

12/10/2025: Strategically located to entice tourists passing through to visit the nearby Royal Palace: right next to it are the Bastions, which protected the city of Palermo. The entrance to the indoor restaurant leads into a small room, which is connected by a staircase to a larger room. Outside, parallel to the road, is a large gazebo covered with clear plastic. We sat inside in the small room. The waiter wasn't prompt in taking our orders, and it took a while to bring water. The first courses finally arrived: marinara risotto with too much pepper, and not enough empty mussels; the fried squid with tough, not to mention 🍰: an indefinable flavor. In short, we won't be returning. Mm

01/10/2025: I stayed at this campsite and had a wonderful time! The prefabricated cabins are truly charming, meticulously designed and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. A welcoming and functional environment, perfect for both a short stay and a longer vacation. The staff was extremely kind and always available, ready to meet every need with a smile. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

The wait was interminable: the pizza arrived after over two hours, while an eight-year-old girl had to wait in vain for a simple plate of pasta, which still hadn't emerged from the kitchen at 10:30 PM. The appetizers, called back several times, were only served after an hour and much insistence. The pizza itself was average, nothing exceptional, but since we were bringing two guests, we felt uncomfortable with the situation. Furthermore, despite having specifically requested a table inside, we were seated outside, in a semi-open area, with temperatures already too low for mid-September. Unfortunately, an experience we won't repeat.

24/08/2025: Friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. A historic place in Bagheria, founded by my father and two partners. It's heartwarming to revisit the places of my childhood. Outdoor seating in the summer, and a spacious dining room inside. A quiet and relaxing atmosphere, this is undoubtedly the right choice for those who don't want the chaos of trendy venues. We celebrated a 16th birthday; the table was for seven guests who chose their favorite appetizer, pizza, and soft drink. The cake was brought by us but served at the table by the staff. The bill? A pleasant surprise, more than reasonable. An experience to repeat.

17/08/2025: Super nice place... The staff is friendly but above all professional. We ordered two pizzas and in less than 5 minutes they were on the table, delicious and especially rich in toppings. What can I say!!!! The best in Bagheria... Compliments to the owner, a super kind person.

05/10/2025: The Neapolitan pizzas were burned, while the calzone and the stuffed crust pizza were raw. The restaurant lacks soundproofing, and it's impossible to talk at the table without shouting.

02/10/2025: For my first time, I tried the 1/2 chicken with baked potatoes. The chicken was very good, and the salmoriglio sauce on the side was a good idea, so everyone could add as much as they wanted. The potatoes weren't as good, I found them a little too soft, almost boiled. The bill was reasonable. The staff was very attentive and friendly. There was plenty of seating, although when I called, they told me I wouldn't be able to reserve the table with seven people.

08/10/2025: The place is small and cramped, with cramped, uncomfortable spaces. It certainly doesn't help you enjoy the evening, especially when you're forced to wait a long time: our pizza arrived after an inordinate wait, despite the limited number of customers in attendance. When it finally arrived, the disappointment was even greater: the dough was raw in the center, hard to chew, and indigestible. Added to all this, the prices are decidedly too high for the quality offered. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this experience, neither for the food nor the atmosphere. Considering the ridiculous way you've blocked replies to this review, continue here!! I thought it was humiliating for you to add that the takeaway pizza box was for our beloved dog, who unfortunately also refused to eat it. Furthermore, the reservation was for 8 people, there were no changes. Regarding the pizza, it was actually not raw, it was anemic, it was dripping with water from the mozzarella, considering that pizzas with whole mozzarella in the center should be drained in the morning. I would like to add that our restaurant in Rimini is among the most renowned, with average prices, and since the product is very high quality, it would never cross our mind to offer a fork. That said, it would be enough to be more humble and accept criticism, especially constructive criticism!

14/10/2025: It was late evening and we dined alfresco. The food was just outstanding. Probably these best cheeseburger ever. The whole experience was memorable. The menu offered it all and then some.
