27/02/2026: A very warm welcome. Excellent pizzas, even our picky eaters loved them! Very generously topped, with a delicious thin crust. The desserts were also very good. And thank you to Pietro for his kindness and the complimentary limoncello. 3 pizzas, 1 beer, 1 Coke, 2 apple juices, 4 desserts: €70

08/02/2026: Fabbro Bar and Restaurant is truly beautiful. The restaurant and service are elegant, but you can also stop for a coffee or breakfast. We ate lunch inside, although there's also outdoor seating. My pasta with tuna and zucchini was truly delicious and delicate. I also had the amazing zucchini flowers and fried calamari. Everything was delicious.

28/01/2026: We had some lovely croissants, vegan options as well. Staff were super friendly and some spoke English. I would recommend.

18/02/2026: We had a trio of camponata and two delicious off-menu dishes: pasta with artichokes and cooked/raw shrimp, and a fish soup. The strudel is a must. One of the best restaurants we've tried in Palermo.

31/01/2026: Tourists had to sit outside (in February, in a tent with patio heaters), as the inside was fully booked. Unfortunately, about a third of the restaurant remained empty… The pizza was good, but the fritto misto wasn't fresh.

30/10/2025: Beautiful campsite. Large and spacious. Super clean restrooms. Very friendly staff. Breathtaking views. Beautiful seawater pool in a strategic location. Highly recommended.

27/10/2025: Lovely family run campsite the best in Scilly even Italy. From checking in to checking out amazing.Enzo ,his lovely wife and daughters made are holiday special. We were going to stay in our camper but upgraded to a Igloo shaped bungalow it was fantastic. The sea water pool is huge and it was open unlike anywhere else. We stayed in October. The pizzeria was delicious and chef was so friendly. Lots to do in the area. Eg zipwire.visit Pollina it's amazing. The beach was stoney but beautiful.can also order bakery goods at reception.

18/02/2026: I ordered a pizza and it was delicious, with a perfectly cooked thin crust and flavorful toppings. It was obvious that everything was prepared with care. The service was pleasant from the moment we walked in; the waiter was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The prices also seemed reasonable for what they offer and for the area. The place is simple but cozy, perfect for a quiet meal. Overall, a very pleasant stop if you're craving a decent, well-made pizza.

03/02/2026: When you say "let's just have an aperitivo" but Palermo responds LIKE THIS 🤯🔥 A table that isn't just a table, it's a manifesto of love for Sicilian food. Palermitan appetizers as far as the eye can see: golden arancini on the outside and creamy on the inside, fluffy sfincione, charcuterie boards that smell of tradition, super-fresh mozzarella, endless olives, and a shower of Palermitan mini-pizzerias that make you lose all self-control 😍 All accompanied by colorful, fresh, perfectly balanced cocktails 🍹✨ An explosive mix of flavors, conviviality, and "shall we have another plate?" repeated at least 10 times. Here, we don't eat: we celebrate. We laugh, we toast, we take a photo before gorging on everything (maybe). ⚠️ Warning: It's addictive, instantly nostalgic, and you'll want to come back even while you're still sitting there. Palermo on your plate. Palermo in your heart. ❤️🍽️

22/12/2025: The fish appetizers were excellent. The hot mixed salad and the battered vegetables were exceptional. The pizzas were very good. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

10/03/2026: I returned after a while to eat the paella again, this time the score is 1 almost inedible, dry mussels cooked for a long time and all the other paella condiments also cooked for a long time. Having said that I will never return to that restaurant again.

09/03/2026: A small event in the upstairs dining room was poorly managed by uninformed and unprepared waiters. While we were drinking, they even took away our glasses just before they were supposed to bring the cake to close out the evening. The waiter's response was, "We have to leave, it's getting late. You can't ask me why I took away the glasses." This was the first and last small event there. It's a shame because the upstairs dining room is intimate and charming, and the food was delicious and plentiful. The staff, in my opinion, needs replacing.

14/11/2025: A nice restaurant in the old town, not far from the cathedral. Very friendly staff, good food and house wine, reasonable prices. Unfortunately, it suddenly closed during our visit at the end of October/beginning of November.

10/03/2026: The restaurant has two rooms, and as tourists, we were the only ones seated in the area facing the street. The pasta was fine, but I wouldn't return for it. The service was excellent. We didn't try the fish dishes.

12/02/2026: A really nice restaurant, very clean, and the service is quick and helpful. There was one minor drawback, though: we would have liked a wine cooler to go with the bottle of white wine. The pizzas were delicious and generously topped. Afterwards, the owner even joined us for a pleasant chat. We highly recommend La Piazzetta.
