03/08/2023: On arrival we were met by a small Italian Mama. She obviously had a some kind of overview in the chaotic stituation where some waited to be seated, some wanted to order, others wanted to pay. We waited for 20 minutes for a table when we arrived on a Wednesday night at 21:30. Once seated the staff forgot to bring us menus, didn't understand our order and forgot the wine until we mentioned it. Only one spoke English but all were quite helpful and we communicated in a few Italian words and a lot of gestures. After a while we were told there was a 1-hour-wait to get pizzas as it was a busy night. And we waited for 1 hour. The pizzas came but the starter dish never arrived. To be fair - the starter was deleted from the final bill. Go there for the authentic atmosphere, the nice staff, great pizzas and the experience of eating on the town square. The food was very reasonably priced. We payed 28 euros for 2 bottles of water, 1 bottle of red wine and 2 pizzas.
