I had dinner with my family, pleasant place and ordered service, nothing exceptional. The pizza is good, the dough well made, the only flaw is a little bland but that's the taste. A serious shortcoming for me is a limited choice of drinks, few beers to pair with food and the total lack of choice of wine with only one option for a glass of white or red. Recommended for a quick dinner with a good pizza but otherwise without pretensions. Price adequate for what I consumed.

It's always a pleasure to return to Carmen, we live in the area and it's our point of reference when we don't want to go too far from home. Historic pizzeria, they have been very good at adapting to today's times; delicious pizzas with light dough.

Allora fa una caldo bestia posate unte molto buona la pizza ma i bordi troppo grandi ,non riuscivo a respirare dipendenti non so ma rompono le p***e permesso.

Quando torno a Palermo vengo spesso da Carmen. Un locale ben gestito, molto familiare, molto siculo e pieno di scelta. Questa volta ho scelto una bella carne arrosto. È sempre un piacere.

06/04/2024: Perfect food, nice view over the island. They serve handmade pasta, perfect wine and good prices. The service was perfect. Totally recommend it especially if you want to skip the touristy restaurants that run most of the island.
