17/05/2026: I'm sad after eating there. Restaurants like this shouldn't exist in Italy. The cheese on the pizza leaked out in exorbitant amounts. We were served pasta with mussels whose shells weren't open, and my ears are red from the sadness of having eaten there today. The biggest positive was the Cuba Libre drink, which had lemon.

11/04/2026: We ordered 4 pizzas by phone in English, it was ready in 20 minutes without any problem. They are delicious and (as a foreigner) really cheap. 10/10, I'll go here again if I come to Palermo later !

02/05/2026: I'm still sitting in this historic place, I used to come with my father and I have wonderful memories, even today I can say from the service to the product to the staff everything 10!!
23/04/2026: I called to book a takeout, asking to pick up at 9:20 PM, and they said, "Perfect, no problem."
I arrived to pick it up and discovered that, even though I had booked, the order was "physical" on the receipt. I waited 44 minutes for half a chicken.
I think it would be at least CORRECT to specify this option when ordering over the phone—obviously, I wouldn't have ordered. They're very busy, so they're not interested in being serious about this.
The chicken was okay.

06/05/2026: I hate to leave this review, but stopping for lunch at Ragno d'Oro was a terrible choice.
I ordered an appetizer and two first courses, both bland, without seasoning, and awful. I sent back a salmon farfalle; it had no salmon, just cream and tomato. The fish appetizer also had NO FLAVOR.
I'm sorry, but beware of the absentee customer; not recommended.

14/05/2026: We came last night to try this new all-you-can-eat concept. We had a great time, and the guy who accompanied us on this experience was the icing on the cake—very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the length of time we had to wait between orders. I hope it was just a fluke, because the idea is great and seems to be working. Well done!

We were so pleased that after coming back another day for dinner, it's become our go-to spot (while we're on vacation) for aperitifs or to continue with our afternoon gin and tonics! The staff couldn't be friendlier or more welcoming! Thank you!

03/05/2026: We waited a long time for a delicious but, according to reviews, definitely overpriced pizza. I paid an extra 2 euros for mushrooms: there were only a tiny amount of them. Delicious panna cotta.

I highly recommend this place for the quality of the food, the abundance, the reasonable prices, the family atmosphere, the tranquility, the friendliness and kindness of the owners, and last but not least, the sea view.
