14/11/2025: A nice restaurant in the old town, not far from the cathedral. Very friendly staff, good food and house wine, reasonable prices. Unfortunately, it suddenly closed during our visit at the end of October/beginning of November.

15/12/2025: Simple atmosphere but exceptional traditional Trapani cuisine. Friendly service, more than fair prices. Watch out for the garlic everywhere...ha, ha, ha.

19/12/2025: Unfortunately, the place is out of date. They took away our unfinished pizza plates. They brought us liquor and asked us to leave because the next shift was coming. We'd been sitting for 45 minutes. Disgraceful, uncivilized, and absolutely not recommended.

28/11/2025: When choosing a restaurant, please note a specific design element: there is a very large and realistic spider figure above the entrance. Those who feel uncomfortable at the sight of arachnids may want to take this into account. Personally, I have decided to choose another place.
30/10/2025: The pizza was good, as it is everywhere in Italy. The carbonara was terrible, and the lasagna was also not recommended.

24/01/2026: This well-known Palermo pizzeria has a new location, now right in the city center. A welcoming place, although unfortunately very noisy (I recommend installing soundproofing), run by young, enthusiastic, and very polite people. They offer a variety of pizzas, from traditional to more elaborate, topped with selected local ingredients. The fresh fries are excellent. Booked through TheFork and the discount was correctly applied. Recommended.

29/11/2025: I visited the Carlo Magno pizzeria and restaurant in Isola delle Femmine and was truly won over.
The pasta alla Norma was spectacular: al dente, flavorful sauce, light fried eggplant, and abundant salted ricotta, one of the best dishes I've eaten in Sicily. The Sicilian cannoli to finish was perfect: crispy shell, fresh ricotta cream, and not too sweet.
Friendly service, a family atmosphere, and fair prices. A place where you can taste the care and attention to detail: I'd go back tomorrow without a second thought.
29/10/2025: We stayed at Casa Chiara on September 22nd and 23rd.
Highly recommended, both for the quality and the price.
Excellent service, high-quality food, and especially the pistachio dessert.

10/01/2026: My favorite pizzeria forever, I would never change it, always good pizza, you can never go wrong, but unfortunately they have changed the prices, and they charge one euro for the winning bid. In my opinion these increases are too exaggerated, they don't need them. 1 euro more per pizza is fine, but let's leave the additions at 0.50 cents. Review still to be completed.
04/01/2026: There was no soap in the bathroom. I asked several times and was told they were definitely out of soap. I recommend bringing your own soap to wash your hands. Otherwise, the food was good.
