09/01/2026: We had lunch there today. First, caponata with swordfish (absolutely delicious!!!), then strangolapretti ai frutti di mare for me and frittura mista for my husband. Really very tasty and also reasonably priced. Good, attentive service. And the view, right by the sea, is magnificent. We'll be back!

09/12/2025: The pizza is very, very good, especially for those with celiac disease. Polite and friendly staff, simple and clean environment. Long waits, every time; sitting down at 8:00 PM with the dining room almost empty and eating pizza at 9:30 PM is not a good idea. I think the problem is due to the fact that they do a lot of takeout. I hope they fix this problem.

18/01/2026: We had a reservation for 12:00 on New Year’s Day, but were not seated until 12:47. During this time, staff repeatedly told us it would be “another 10 minutes,” which was said multiple times without any clear update or honesty about the delay. While waiting, we could overhear staff discussing that the owner had decided to open at 12 following New Year’s celebrations, and that several staff members did not want to be there. When we eventually entered the restaurant, tables were still being set up, and we were asked to wait in a seating area for a further extended period. Once seated, we were not provided with menus or offered drinks. After asking three separate times for menus—each time being told “five minutes”—a further 15 minutes passed with no service. At that point, we decided to leave. For an establishment that presents itself as high-end and holds a Michelin star, this level of organisation, service, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Delays can happen, but poor communication, lack of basic service, and unprofessional behaviour are not acceptable at this standard. The experience did not meet expectations, and staff training and customer service clearly need improvement.

09/09/2025: The pizza of my dreams! What can I say... one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! The dough was light, well-leavened, and super digestible, with a crispy crust on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were generous yet balanced: you could taste the quality of the ingredients, from the stringy mozzarella to the flavorful tomato sauce to the top-quality cured meats. And for my celiac children? Gluten-free pizzas: truly delicious, flavorful, and with a dough surprisingly similar to traditional pizza! Finally, a pizzeria where even celiacs don't have to sacrifice flavor. I'll definitely be back.

17/01/2026: We had dinner there tonight, and they even gave us brushes and paints to paint little pictures with! I ate well, and they prepared delicious dishes that were especially suited to me, a "special" case (I have a lot of allergies, intolerances, etc.). My companions ate pizzas and appetizers, and they were also very satisfied. The place is welcoming and relaxing, and I was very impressed by the care and attention shown to the customer, but I don't mean the kind of affected, formal, and polite "care," but rather a kind of spontaneous and rare kindness. Finally, the quality/price ratio is excellent. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

09/09/2025: We had the opportunity to spend a weekend at the Geranio B&B. The strong point of this B&B is the hosts: a couple who are always available, welcoming, and smiling. We loved the pool and the location (sea view and close to Sant'Agata di Militello). We'll be back!!!

24/09/2025: We organized a wonderful party for about 60 people at Manuja in September 2025 under the new management of Giorgia and her husband. Aside from their kindness and helpfulness, the food was delicious, we had a great time, the place was magical, and the buffet was so good! We had both vegetarians and celiacs, and they were able to accommodate every request. Thank you so much for organizing our pre-wedding!

08/01/2026: A place furnished with care and style; we came on a Friday night with live music playing. It's popular with young people, but it's suitable for all ages. The aperitif is an excellent choice, and the bartenders serve excellent cocktails. A decent selection of wines is available. The only flaw: the bathroom door faces the hallway.

05/01/2026: TOP pizza, excellent quality, clean and tidy environment, impeccable and discreet service. A longer review wouldn't add anything to what's already been written. Only by trying it can you fully appreciate the experience. The heart of the town with its characteristic landscape is just steps away. It's important to note that the restaurant is accessible via a private service elevator that takes you to the restaurant floor, which is otherwise accessed by a flight of stairs.

11/11/2025: The restaurant is run by an Italian and a Polish woman (both serving customers). The menu is in Polish. It's tucked away in a quiet area. It's quiet and peaceful. Plenty of tables. The food is delicious, just like in Italy. I highly recommend it.

10/11/2025: The ambiance is wonderful, located in a dreamy area, very close to the Greek Theatre of Taormina, and across from the small Church of San Domenico. The atmosphere is very welcoming; there are always musicians wandering around the restaurants, adding a vibrant touch to the dining experience. I enjoyed the food; I tried three dishes: eggplant parmigiana, pasta with shrimp, and grilled clams. My favorite was the grilled clams.

01/11/2025: I've been here several times but never left a review. Today I decided to do so because the place has always held up to expectations. First of all, I'd like to commend the waiters: they're very professional, knowledgeable, and very fast, as well as very courteous. The place is very family-friendly and welcoming, and the pizza is always delicious with top-notch ingredients. I recommend it to everyone!!! Try it.
