01/01/2026: I'm writing this review with the pizza in front of me. Both my husband and I found the dough excellent, and the toppings were also high-quality. The older man who seated us and the person who brought us the pizzas were extremely kind. It's no longer a given that you'll find people who work with a smile, pleasure, and politeness. The location is simple and familiar. The only thing I'd revise is the menu, because some of the pizzas are quite similar, a small thing that could make a further positive difference. Thanks for letting us eat the first pizza of the new year! They were very good!

10/11/2025: Friendly staff, friendly owner, excellent food, and everything is fresh. It has a sea view. I was there a few years ago. I really enjoyed it and recommend it.

28/09/2025: Family run and sweet staff… definitely an unhurried vibe which we didn’t mind! The pasta with baked ricotta was soooo yummy as were the grilled vegetables. Tasted like going to a friend’s family house for dinner!

30/09/2025: Focaccia costs 7, prices are average, and the location is beautiful, being close to the sea and with a space for walking. What I'm not happy with is the excessive crowds and the barely adequate service.

13/09/2025: I was drawn in by the reviews, but... No kidding! The place is very old, very dirty, perhaps not renovated in 40 years, with terrible decor. The bathroom is shameful, all broken and dirty. I can't even imagine the food. The prices are low, but the food isn't up to par. The only decent thing is the pizza. We ordered a kind of tagliata served 1980s-style with a balsamic vinegar glaze in a zigzag pattern. It was old, tasteless, and stringy, and cost 14 euros! The mixed grill was decent, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! I'm sorry, places like this should just close down in 2025.

09/11/2025: I've been going to Iyad, my husband's favorite pizzeria, for 17 years now. I love their pizza and their potatoes... Excellent.

26/10/2025: I've been coming to this pizzeria for about thirty years, and it's always a guarantee. The owner is a real character: direct, ironic, and unfiltered, but with that warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at home. His jokes are now part of the experience! 😄 His pizza is unlike any other: a very light and incredibly digestible dough, with a secret touch that makes it unique. The desserts are also a must; after so many years, I still don't know whether I prefer the almond and cinnamon one or the citrus one, both spectacular. The ingredients are always fresh and of excellent quality. The place may not be the prettiest, and the prices are a bit high, but the quality, friendliness, and authentic atmosphere make it worth returning every time. A true, authentic pizzeria full of character, just like its owner.

26/10/2025: Today we had the opportunity to eat at Da Francesco. The food was excellent, the service was great. The dishes looked just like the photos. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Lipari. 23/10/2025: Lovely harbour restaurant. Best pizza we had on the island. Chef owner recommended a delicious dessert. No photos as all in tummy. V satisfied.

09/05/2025: I happened upon this restaurant during my trip. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is incredibly friendly! I had an appetizer and tried the black pig for the first time. Everything was delicious, the meat truly excellent!!!

20/09/2025: There's nothing wrong with this place, located in the historic part of Milazzo. The very kind young waiter served us impeccably. That said, waiting an hour and a half for a plate of seafood spaghetti is unacceptable. Out of respect for the people accompanying us, I didn't leave early.

10/09/2025: We stumbled upon Il Giardino di Sicilia Milazzo while looking for a place to grab dinner. It was a perfect experience! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is absolutely amazing! We ordered many different dishes and they even gave us a tasting portion of each dish for the table so everyone could try what the other was having. It was such a pleasant experience and i am tempted to book another flight to sicily simply to come back and eat here!

The menu offers a good variety, ideal for those who love to experiment with new flavors. The place is spotless and welcoming. Family-run!! Everything was delicious!! Congratulations!

19/01/2026: Nice place upon arrival with a welcoming window display, the lady behind the counter welcomed us nicely. We ordered 3 pieces and a can of Coke for 11 euros😢 Really poor food, paying 3 euros for 1 piece of hot food which wasn't even worth 10 cents. It looked wonderful, but once we bit into it, it was all pasta, with little topping. Poor quality. I expected much more.

23/12/2025: I went to buy some bread, but one of the clerks was incessantly smoking an e-cigarette, creating a cloud of foul-smelling smoke all around me—an unacceptable thing in a business, especially one selling unpackaged food. A terrible experience.
