09/05/2025: I had dinner at this place and I had a terrible time. We ordered a fried mix, which included battered vegetables (frozen and raw, in particular the courgette flowers), breaded mushrooms which were disgusting to say the least, and chips. Next we had a sandwich with radioactive chicken, in my opinion defrosted a few seconds before and all adorned with twigs passed off as "arugula" and a focaccia with sausage worthy of the best eurospins in Italy. I highly recommend this “restaurant”

01/06/2025: With the food and the courtesy they almost made up for the initial wait for the order, in a place managed by expert waiting staff at least the drinks should be brought first! Pay attention to the customer and when the drink is finished (during the wait) order another. It's a place I recommend.

28/05/2025: We spontaneously chose the restaurant after our city tour, which was outside of normal business hours in the afternoon, and the restaurant was still empty. We were greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. We ordered Norma and San Daniela pizzas, as well as spaghetti Bolognese and a meat platter (sausage, ribs, and roast meat with a side dish) because vacation is nice, but "bratwurst is bratwurst" 😄 The pizza dough was very good, and both were cooked to perfection. The meat was super juicy and tender, and the spaghetti was just as delicious. The white wine paired perfectly with the pizzas. Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised. We would recommend it 👍

11/05/2025: Not to recommend, there are loads of good places where to eat better spending way less in Catania. It is probably oriented to tourists. As a local I really didn’t appreciate it. When a “sommelier” tells you that he doesn’t sell bottles under 24€ … while he’s working in place that sells mostly meatballs… it sounds already funny. Also the bottle he brought us was definitely overpriced for what it was. We ordered chicken meatballs, beef and vegetarian. The only ones acceptable were the chicken ones, while the vegetarian options was more a selection of croquettes (all breaded) and the beef meatballs didn’t taste good nor fresh at all. Not any kind of sides served with the meatballs and last but not least the bill was High, it’s not a good experience sorry.

30/04/2025: Local located in the historic center of Catania. Excellent pizza, light and digestible dough. The guy who served us was very friendly. We booked with the fork and the promo was applied correctly. Recommended.

07/04/2025: Saturday 5/4/2025 all good, light and digestible dough being parmigiana, not even thirsty during the night so long leavening or good biga. Very good chopped and excellent idea instead of the classic bruschetta. Will return if I find more space after this review 😅.

17/09/2024: Terrible experience. As for the pizzas, it was a real disaster. They were practically inedible: the dough was raw, the acidic sauce spiked with sugar, and the ingredients were of poor quality. Cooked ham that smelled, incredible. We ordered several types, but every single pizza was worse than the previous one. I feel cheated and robbed. The staff were incredibly rude, it felt like we were a nuisance to them. But above all the owner treated us with arrogance and in an absolutely disrespectful manner. Not only will I never return, but I will strongly advise against anyone from setting foot in this place. An absolute shame.

01/05/2025: I bought some pastries today because I was invited by friends. We ate them. They were certainly from previous days, besides they didn't know anything. A big disappointment. Besides the cost seems a bit exaggerated to me.
