21/12/2025: An experience to forget. After over an hour of waiting, I was served a completely charred pizza. When I asked to remake it, the staff tried to discourage me by saying that the wait would be incredibly long (despite their mistake and the already long wait). The climax came when another person at my table found a piece of plastic in her pizza: they immediately offered to replace it without a fuss. Only after this second incident, and after the rest of the table pointed out the obvious disparity in treatment, did they come back to me and offer to remake it. Too bad that in the meantime, so as not to have to watch the others eat, I had already started consuming the little that wasn't burned. I felt deeply mocked: first the refusal masked by the long wait, then the belated attempt to make amends just to keep up appearances. Paying for a subpar product and such disorganized service is embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!

08/10/2025: We went to Tre Archi to celebrate a birthday. I had an excellent Sicilian appetizer, accompanied by an excellent pizza. We'll definitely be back...

28/02/2026: We went there twice for lunch and had pasta and bruschetta. If you're looking for good, affordable food, you'll definitely find something here; we were very satisfied.

26/02/2026: We went for dinner and lunch the next day. It's a very nice, typically local place. We were welcomed very warmly and the food was equally delicious. Carlotta and Renata are two talented and very professional women. If we ever return to Catania, we'll definitely stop by. A big hug from the crazy Neapolitans Imma and Angelo.

01/03/2026: I went yesterday for the first time and was very impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the owner, who was always available to answer my questions even though I bothered him on a Saturday lunchtime for a question. His kindness and helpfulness are very important for those who work in this sector, and that's why, along with the very clean environment (the bathrooms were sparkling) 🤩 and the good food, which has attracted new customers! I gave 4 stars and not 5 because the children had forgotten the food and I had to remind them... after we adults were almost finished. That's the only flaw. Otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend the atmosphere, the fixed menu but with a wide variety of choices, and the wonderful entertainment 💪🏼

03/03/2026: Very friendly staff and 1 pizza took 10 minutes to get ready on a weekday in winter. Tried 2 pizzas and one of them was watery that the pizza drops. Went the other day to try a different pizza with dry ingredients but the ingredients were plain and they put little toppings.

06/01/2026: We booked after consulting the menu online on the restaurant's website, but when it came time to order, we realized the prices didn't match the paper menu. Despite this, the starters were bland, and the grilled fish had an unpleasant aftertaste. Without missing a beat, when it came time to pay the bill, we realized that the table service and a starter, included on the menus, had been added separately (about €25 more). Fortunately, the owner acknowledged the mistake and refunded the money. I hope a similar situation never happens again.

08/11/2025: I ordered two pizzas at 7:00 PM for 9:00 PM, and was told "there might be a delay." That's understandable, so I replied, "That's fine." At 9:35 PM, I called back to check on the pizzas and was told they didn't know when they'd arrive, but it would at least take 20 minutes. I won't comment on the pizzeria's reliability, as it speaks for itself. A delay of 15 minutes might be a delay, but 55 minutes, which could be more, isn't a delay. It's a lack of reliability, and I'm grateful, of course, because finding a pizzeria at 9:35 PM on a Saturday is complicated. It would have been enough to immediately tell them that delivery wouldn't be possible before 10:00 PM, and I would have chosen something else.

15/02/2026: On Sunday 15th February, after a snowshoe hike on Mount Etna, we stopped at a restaurant in Fornazzo. We ate very well. The restaurant was well-furnished and the quality of the food was truly excellent. I recommend the strozzapreti with mushrooms and the pistachio tortellini prepared by them. The chef deserves 4/5 stars for the quality. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and welcoming.

15/12/2025: The parking lot is terrible. The street is too dark. The place is nice, cozy, rustic... but I don't really like the way there.

21/12/2025: This restaurant is located at the beginning of the famous Caltagirone steps, and has a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Service is prompt and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is excellent, especially the "La Scala" pasta, which we would have eaten again. The fries were hot and crispy, and the grilled meat was delicious. A great experience.

09/12/2025: We went for a company lunch! Everything was excellent! The place was welcoming and the set menu delicious! Italian appetizers (with special mention for the frittatina with peppers and caponata), two pasta dishes (one with walnut sauce and the other, the chef's signature, "la scala" with fennel and sausage), and dessert to finish! The service was impeccable, the staff were very kind and attentive! We will definitely visit you again! Thank you.
