12/08/2026: I should start by saying that I had been to this place about three years ago, but I'd say it's lost a lot, starting with the rude, unprofessional wait staff. When we asked why the drinks were hot, they laughed in our faces, making fun of us the whole evening, looking us in the face and laughing. They got all the pizza orders wrong. The place is really nice and welcoming, with a truly lovely view of the Timpa, but unfortunately, with staff like this, it loses a lot. The pizza is good overall, the drinks are all warm, from water to beer, including the liqueur, and the prices are ridiculously high. I had the prosciutto substituted for mortadella on my pizza, and I paid an extra 2.50. I repeat, it's not an extra charge because my pizza included prosciutto, but since I don't like it, I said it can be replaced with mortadella on the bill. In the end, I found 2.50 for mortadella, and that's all.

22/08/2026: The pizza may be good. But when it comes to takeout, lose hope, you who enter. Waiting an hour for a pizza is simply absurd. Orders get mixed up and the lady at the cash register gets confused easily. If the place is full, don't say yes to takeout.

30/06/2026: Welcoming, excellent pizzas, and very friendly staff. The place is quiet, almost family-friendly, and that's a big plus.

04/07/2026: Santa Tecla, Acireale, CT. Via Argenta, 110. We had two pizzas, both delicious and enjoyable, but not unforgettable. The wait was a bit long, but the splendid terrace overlooking the sea more than made our patience worthwhile. The staff is courteous, although a little more attention would have made our evening even better.

21/12/2025: An experience to forget. After over an hour of waiting, I was served a completely charred pizza. When I asked to remake it, the staff tried to discourage me by saying that the wait would be incredibly long (despite their mistake and the already long wait). The climax came when another person at my table found a piece of plastic in her pizza: they immediately offered to replace it without a fuss. Only after this second incident, and after the rest of the table pointed out the obvious disparity in treatment, did they come back to me and offer to remake it. Too bad that in the meantime, so as not to have to watch the others eat, I had already started consuming the little that wasn't burned. I felt deeply mocked: first the refusal masked by the long wait, then the belated attempt to make amends just to keep up appearances. Paying for a subpar product and such disorganized service is embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!

08/10/2025: We went to Tre Archi to celebrate a birthday. I had an excellent Sicilian appetizer, accompanied by an excellent pizza. We'll definitely be back...

25/04/2026: Nunziata, Mascali, CT. Via Piedimonte, 8. Besides the excellent pizzas, the fresh fish stands out (try the pepata and the bavette ai confini del mare). The owner is very attentive, even for gluten-free needs. The place is small, cozy, and perfect for any occasion. Very popular: reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Takeout and delivery are also available.

16/06/2026: I stopped by by chance, since the pizza place I usually order closes at 10 PM. I ordered two pizzas to eat there and two beers. One was off-menu and the price wasn't explained, but I later paid for it. I paid €27, and €10.50 for the pizza with the mysterious price. Extremely expensive for a takeout pizzeria. The guys must have thought I wasn't from the area and wanted to raise the prices. That doesn't mean I'm not Sicilian and don't know the prices. Plus, I was thirsty the rest of the evening. Never again.

13/08/2026: A real discovery. I ordered through Just Eat and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of doughs available. Finally, a gluten-free pizzeria that offers truly delicious dough: soft, light, not heavy, with a balanced topping and the perfect size. It's also extremely rare to find a pizzeria that also offers kamut dough, another choice I greatly appreciated. After a bad night, their pizza definitely lifted my spirits: delicious, easy to digest, and carefully prepared. The pizzeria's service was impeccable: they readily accommodated our request to remove the tomato sauce, demonstrating kindness and attentiveness to the customer. The only downside was the delivery: the courier arrived almost an hour late, but the quality of the pizza made up for the wait. Highly recommended pizzeria, especially for those—like my friend and I—who can't eat traditional flours. Excellent choice for flavor, variety, and attention to dietary needs.

20/12/2025: Excellent pizza, truly! I haven't had such good pizza in years: light dough, well-cooked, and quality ingredients. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the pizza chef: knowledgeable, passionate, and very competent, and that definitely makes the difference. I should have asked his name to properly compliment him... I think I'll have to come back 😉

07/08/2026: Fantastic. In a small place I found so much goodness, superlative staff. The pizza was super good, I even ate the edges. I recommend it. Pizzeria Etna Pedara. I recommend it. I usually take photos too. But you'll understand it smelled amazing. I devoured it. Next time I'll take a photo. 😋
