18/04/2026: Terrible home delivery experience. Estimated wait time 45 minutes, actual wait time a good 2 hours. Pizzas arrived completely squashed, with the cheese stuck to the cardboard and burnt (black) on half the side. It's a shame because the flavor is decent, but I would have expected the restaurant to take some kind of action regarding the mix-up. They're practically wasted.

11/04/2026: I have nothing to say about what I ordered, but it was a blatant robbery. I paid only €15 for a focaccia with ham, mozzarella, pistachio pesto, and chips. The price listed was €6, and only because I made it my way did I pay that price! Obviously, I won't go there again. Then they complain because the places are closing!

13/06/2026: Honestly, this doesn't seem like a good way to deliver a pizza. I mean, half of this pizza is edible. First and last time I'll order from here. It's a shame because there are few places with a vegan cheese option.

I found some aspects of the taste that didn't convince me, but these are subjective assessments, so I'd rather not dwell on them. The real problem was the service: I placed the order at 8:20 PM with delivery scheduled for 9:30 PM, but it only arrived around 10:40 PM, over an hour late compared to the scheduled time, causing significant inconvenience due to the wait. I called the pizzeria twice for updates, and instead of receiving an explanation or a simple apology for the delay, I was told the delivery would arrive within 15 minutes. In both cases, this wasn't the case, and I had to continue waiting. Considering that the pizzeria is about a 9-minute drive from my house, nearly three hours of total delivery time is difficult to justify. I recommend improving communication with customers, providing realistic delivery times, and being more courteous in the event of delays.

15/05/2026: The bakery offers delicious food, excellent quality, but I had an unpleasant experience because I had specifically asked for a sandwich without oil and salt. When the woman at the counter gave it to me, it was clear it had been seasoned. When I asked if it had been seasoned, she replied, "I don't know, I didn't do it," without giving me any positive feedback. I've already bought the sandwich for lunch because it would have been a waste to have it remade, but I have an intolerance and had to go elsewhere for lunch.

06/06/2026: I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. We arrived at 9:30 and the pizzas arrived at 11:20 PM. 2 hours of waiting. Do not eat here because the wait is really long. We called the waiter several times to ask for information, and the answer was always "they're preparing" when that wasn't the case. Initially, they told us it would take half an hour, but that wasn't the case. We ordered a pizza without chili pepper, but they added it anyway. Pay attention to these details, which are very important and can cause harm to people. I will never return to this restaurant.

25/04/2026: We've been coming to Nuova Quercia for many years, and the food is always delicious. We usually order the pizza, which is delicious. Tonight we ordered the fillet steak and mushrooms, and everything was truly delicious.

08/06/2026: Now called Terraferma, it offers excellent pizzas and attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The outdoor garden is welcoming and well-maintained. We'll be back!

20/05/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't make it. We had a reservation. They seated us between two First Communions 🤦‍♀️ and forgot about us. We probably waited about 20 minutes for anyone to even pay attention to us, but the First Communions were more important. I don't recommend it! I can't rate the food because we didn't get a chance to try it. We left. The atmosphere wasn't exactly Sicilian either.

10/05/2026: I ate at this pizzeria, and everything was delicious. A welcoming, clean location with professional staff. I highly recommend it.

26/12/2025: Yet you have all the potential (large indoor and outdoor spaces, parking, a well-known location), but you miss out on the focal points of a restaurant: the quality of the food, especially during an aperitivo 😬. A meager plate consisting of mediocre-quality ready-to-oven rustici, a homemade tramezzino, and a potato pizza plated uncooked! All this for 15 euros when in the area there were places offering freshly fried pettole and a quality aperitivo for the same price. An experience not to be repeated.
