09/02/2025: Dopo essere stati all’Etna abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per il pranzo senza neanche leggere le recensioni ma solo guardando le fotografie dei piatti e della location. Il personale è stato accogliente sin da subito, soprattutto il proprietario che si occupa in prima persona di prendere la comanda. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Cibo delizioso ben cucinato ma soprattutto di qualità. Ottimi i primi, la carne, i dolci, tutto insomma ed ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio assolutamente a tutti.

23/09/2024: A welcoming looking place. It's a shame that before they finish serving all the pizzas ordered to a given table (ours)... they move on to "seraphically" serving other tables. Some pizzas ordered at our table were served, others were not. Random. Meanwhile, the pizzas served were getting cold... they continued to serve the other tables. We punctually saw pizzas ordered later passed by, people who arrived after us. And the waiters continued to serve the others, despite the insistence of repeating this, several times, to more operators. You get the feeling... like... that they have something more important to do than the petulance of continuing to ask about the missing pizzas. Not to mention the things to be excluded, in the order, noted in the order but disregarded. The prices are honest, but "honestly", a ravioli with sticky cream and no flavor (amalgamation), like the one served... I would have even avoided ordering it (if I had known).

15/02/2025: It was the first and last time. Pizza was nothing, there was no service.. we asked for the menu and chose the pizzas at the time of payment. We realized that we had paid more than the price on the menu, we pointed this out to the cashier saying that the menu was old and there had been increases..... we were not refunded the difference and we will never go back again..

05/02/2025: Nice place located a little off-centre from the center of the village but with convenient parking. Average food: we tasted some pizzas, but they are not, which the diners present were not very pleased with. Also the sandwiches nothing special. The prices are a sore point. It is not a place suitable for families if we consider that a can of Coke costs 3 euros and there are no larger formats available. Moral of the story: consuming 5 Cokes costs 25 euros!!!!!!!! I'm sorry but I will no longer be a guest of this facility.

23/12/2024: Very nice place, welcoming, attention to detail, tidy, excellent sandwiches and more, pizza bread to try as well as the various choices from the menu for sandwiches and various appetizers, an excellent variety of beers, but above all a well-stocked and well-displayed variety of grappas and spirits ... I recommend it if you want to spend an evening with friends

26/03/2025: The place is very central, discreet and clean. It is a fairly rustic place. Pizza served on paper placemats, a bit crowded environment. The pizza was well topped, but the dough was rubbery. Average draft beer (6 euros) badly poured and served in a glass that was too small in my opinion (about 30 cl). The price of the pizzas is lower than the average of similar places. Overall experience a bit subdued. There were problems with bad smells resulting from some problems with the toilets and scrolling through the reviews I note that it was not the only time, I hope they intervene in a decisive way to the annoying problem. It is not a bad place, but it did not thrill me.

25/03/2025: A good pizza, made in the old Catania way, without the usual “contemporary with leavening since prehistoric times” type bullshit Excellent service from the Sala team who, with the place packed and full of people, maintained a regular, punctual and fast service. The minute wait on Saturday with the room full is more than understandable.

21/01/2025: We celebrated a 40th anniversary and we had a great time, a welcoming and warm environment and everything prepared for the start of a beautiful party, cleanliness and hospitality at the top. The owners are a delightful group of people..

15/01/2025: Terrible food. Horrendous and tasteless seafood linguine, white pasta with parsley and rubbery seafood (€18), much better pasta with tomato sauce. Pasta, potatoes and provola without provola, it looked like minestrone. Sicilian cannolo with cream instead of ricotta therefore not Sicilian. Tiramisu with frozen center. Impromptu service. Absolutely avoid!

28/03/2025: Don't be seduced by the cozy appearance, the food is really, really bad. I never write a review but now there is no other way. The risotto could not be called real risotto. Plain hard rice in a little broth, cold and salt-free. The pistachio pasta was also cold and saltless. Afterwards we went to Pizza & Pasta (nearby) and the pasta there was delicious!

28/03/2025: I don’t normally leave reviews but our experience was so bad I felt I need to do it this time. The food was horrible. My girlfriend ordered a risotto fungi and I ordered a pasta farfalle with pistachio. Both dishes lacked taste, had little to no salt, and were not completely warm (like a dish warmed up in a microwave with pieces steaming but still cold at its core). The risotto was not creamy at all, and the rice used seemed like regular rice instead of the one used for risottos. Very frustrating. The waiters were nothing special. Not rude but also not friendly. They serve a portion of bread as couvert but nothing to eat it with (a bit of olive oil would be nice). We had some potato croquets as appetisers and once again no sauce to go with it (only boring and dry croquettes). The location and place look nice and of not for that we would have probably eaten somewhere else. We actually did that anyway after leaving the restaurant because we had to eat something good before going home. In short, I can’t recommend it less and would not come back again.

27/03/2025: The pizzeria is excellent; but also the Biby ice cream shop, next door, (formerly Thun, if I'm not mistaken), has spectacular, superlative ice cream. There are also vegan flavors. Then an infinite number of other products: cold seeds, even single portions; crepes; frappe; lots of choice for breakfast. And then an excellent coffee. Much attention is paid to those who have walking problems, you can also enter in a wheelchair and for those who have children or want to feed their granddaughter something good, you will find many options and possibilities to enjoy delicacies and to return and try something new from time to time. Innovative, so double compliments.

11/04/2025: pizza ottimaaa e si paga poco , qualità eccellente . giustamente un pò di confusione ambiente piccolo ma nell insieme ci stà meglio di posti chiamate pizzeria e invece la pizza e immangiabile e lunghe attese.

30/03/2025: Place identified thanks to an App and it was a pleasant surprise. The place is small, the staff friendly although the service needs improvement, but considering the Saturday day it is acceptable, because in any case the pizzas arrived within normal times. The pizzas were good choices, the bill was normal. I recommend it.

24/03/2025: Breakfast, very good fried and dry raviola. Everything on display looked great. I think the prices of the cafeteria and milk (this is my opinion) are a little high.
