24/08/2024: Invitato da amici ad una cena a base di polpette, mi sono ritrovato a mangiare cose che nn avevo ordinato! Piatto arrivato con patate invece di quello che avevo chiesto! Camerieri in confusione, prezzo dei vini da Montecarlo! Qualità tagliere da doscount! Mozzarelle datate…

24/08/2024: Polpette buone ma decisamente troppe e troppo pasticciate che finiscono per essere nauseanti. Consiglio se volete assaggiare quelle miste arrosto o ai funghi una porzione da dividere in due è più che sufficiente, piuttosto prendete altro, altrimenti finirete per esserne disgustati. A piccole dosi sono davvero buone, morbide, con carne di ottima qualità.

18/08/2024: On Saturday evening we stopped there to have dinner after mass (the church is just on the right). Both my husband, I and my 2 and 5 year old girls were very satisfied. A really nice and well-kept little place. Attentive and friendly staff. Really, really good food and exceptional pizza without any of the usual ailments that pizzas usually bring me, so the dough is excellent. I'm not local but I will definitely go back. PS: clean bathroom. It's always nice, but especially those with children will understand the importance of it.

22/08/2024: Al ristorante Acquadelferro del Best Western Santa Caterina di Acireale, la cena di pesce è un viaggio tra sapori autentici e panorami indimenticabili. Ho degustato un trancio di cernia in guazzetto di pomodorini datterino e basilico che mi ha davvero conquistata. La selezione dei vini completa un’esperienza di gusto unica. Se cerchi il connubio perfetto tra cucina siciliana e panorama da sogno, questo è il posto giusto.

08/08/2024: I was there not for the sea, but for an invitation to a reception to celebrate a birthday, everything was really excellent and plentiful! We had refreshments with various specialties from our area! The weather was mild, perhaps because we were in sight of the sea and it wasn't the excessive heat that is persecuting us these days! The service was great! The waiter who looked after us was very professional and helpful! I highly recommend it!

05/08/2024: It is impossible to go to the splendid Playa of Catania and not be hosted by Lido Le Palme. Large spaces between the umbrellas, excellent services for every need, cleanliness and many years of experience guarantee you a splendid holiday in the warm Ionian sea.

30/06/2024: A good pizzeria in the center of Sant'Agata Li Battati that I would recommend. I remember that some time ago we went as a group and we had to endure a long wait to be served (extremely long), due to the takeaway service; but today it seems to me that they have solved it, although the takeaway continues to exist. Worth checking on busy evenings. The pizza is really good, with light and tasty dough and quality ingredients. Let's be clear: nothing extraordinary, but the pizza tour was well received and well assorted. The aperitif offered by the house was also appreciated. They have also added alternatives to pizza to the menu: pinsa, hamburger, toast and bruschetta, or club sandwich, which I will reserve the right to try. Outside there are several tables where you are comfortable, even if you are literally on the pavement, while the spaces inside seem a little narrow, so as not to allow movement, but in general the place is very welcoming and tastefully furnished. Only the bathroom is noticeably subdued compared to the room: it absolutely needs to be renovated. Friendly and courteous staff; satisfactory service. Normal prices. A flaw to point out: some tables outside have no lighting above them; we therefore find ourselves being dazzled, for those sitting in front, by the LED strips attached to the wall. Very annoying.

19/07/2024: Finding this wonderful garden again after 30 or more years since the last time I was there was a wonderful emotion. I stopped by just to find out if it still exists. I'll go there soon to relax in that garden where I pulled the medlars and peaches from the tree while I waited for the pizza.

09/08/2024: The owners are nothing short of exquisite people. The offer on the menu is truly vast. Impeccable quality. The ideal location for an evening in absolute tranquility in the beautiful Pedara. We are now regular customers. Top.

07/08/2024: Homemade atmosphere and very abundant aperitif! We took the meat one with various samples of homemade appetizers, everything was delicious, including fries!! The focaccia is also excellent, nice and full and the dough is good, I highly recommend it!

16/07/2024: The service was lovely. Our waiter was super nice and we felt really welcomed. The food was sooooo good. The pistachio Mortadella was thinly sliced and the flavour was on point. The pizza was delicious. Good ingredients and impeccable techniques. Well done! Btw, I still think about their prosciutto. It was so thin, perfectly salted and it melted in your mouth. I want to eat pizza there again.
