23/07/2026: We visited this charming pizzeria for the first time with friends. The place is very well-maintained. We were amazed by the professionalism and kindness of the owner and pizza chef, and the order taker was also very accommodating to all our requests. The pizza was excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Parking was no problem, as it's located in the square and therefore easily accessible. A solid A+ for the kindness we received. Ad Maiora Semper!

23/07/2026: FANTASTIC… I've eaten at several pizzerias, but I've never had better pizza and focaccia. They're cooked to perfection, the pizza dough is delicious, the filling is lovely and full of flavor, and the atmosphere is brilliant, with both the glass-fronted dining room and the outdoor area. Kudos to the owner and the guys who work there for the smiles they bring to their work. My family and I will definitely be back.

09/08/2026: The quality-price ratio is excellent, the pizza dough is good (a little soft for my taste) with a wide selection of flours, including gluten-free. The staff is fast and friendly.

20/07/2026: We ordered two pizzas for €17.00, not even if they were complicated pizzas. Two simple pizzas that were pitiful, as thin as a piadina that didn't even reach your toenail. The only good thing was that the flavor was decent.

31/05/2026: Was here with a big group to celebrate a birthday party. The pizza's we ordered was amazing, we had a large selection. The service was super! And our waitress was so nice and friendly. She also told some nice stories which made the atmosphere very homey. This is a great restaurant to visit for a special day celebrate! Thanks for great food and amazing service!

15/08/2026: Today, on Ferragosto, we had a special menu. Everything was absolutely delicious. It couldn't have been better. There were antipasti with local mushrooms, two different pasta dishes (a dream!), the beef was perfectly cooked and juicy, and the dessert was divine. The waiters were incredibly friendly. The best restaurant I've visited in Sicily. A+! Even the welcome was so warm that I immediately felt at ease. A perfect day! 😍

19/07/2026: One of the best restaurants I've ever visited. The service is very professional and attentive. The view of Mount Etna is simply breathtaking, and the location is truly stunning. The quality of the food is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and dishes prepared with great care. The only downside is the value for money: the prices are a bit high, and the portions could be slightly larger. What I didn't quite understand, however, was the presence of aroma diffusers practically every few meters. The entire restaurant is filled with a very intense fragrance that completely covers the aroma of the dishes. In a restaurant of this caliber, I think you should be able to smell the wonderful aroma of the food, not that of an artificial perfume. Otherwise, everything was truly excellent. I would gladly return.

17/07/2026: This is a lovely place with a mountain atmosphere, right down to the name "Baita," which certainly makes sense given its location in Nicolosi, just steps from the Etna National Park. The atmosphere is welcoming both inside and on the small outdoor veranda, which is truly pleasant in the summer. I'd give the food a 4/5, meaning it's good, but home-style; it doesn't offer an extraordinary culinary experience. I'd also give the staff a 4/5, meaning they're kind and attentive, but could use a little more effort. There's no dedicated parking, so you have to wander through the town's various alleys. The bathroom was very clean. I'd say the prices are definitely not cheap. €15 for a plate of tagliatelle with mushrooms isn't a steal, but it's not cheap either. The same goes for a buffalo mozzarella with prosciutto for €10. A Campari Spritz is excellent for €7. I'll return if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't drive all the way to Nicolosi specifically to visit this restaurant. I believe my 4-star rating is absolutely fair, and perhaps a little generous. In conclusion, you won't go wrong either by going or not. It won't be an extraordinary experience, nor will it be a terrible one.

04/08/2026: Excellent, but service is a bit slow when it's crowded. Update: I realized they cook with vegetable oil, and vegetable oil is toxic. I haven't been there in a year and won't be going again.

The place is very well-maintained and clean. As for the pizzas, I can personally say they are excellent, both for the dough and the cooking, and the toppings clearly show that the owner focuses on top-quality ingredients. The pizzeria has left both myself and all my guests very satisfied.

19/04/2026: The food was truly excellent, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by the noise. We were at table 6, and the moderator's volume was so extreme it physically hurt our ears. It was literally deafening and impossible to converse. The service could also be a little more attentive. It's a shame, because the food is worth a lot, but the excessive noise made the evening unpleasant.

10/08/2026: Very good pizza, typical Sicilian, well-topped, but with a restaurant that's not even full, you can't make a table wait almost an hour and a half after ordering to have pizzas delivered because you let the takeout pizzas go first. That's extremely annoying.

08/08/2026: The food was excellent, the atmosphere was excellent, but the service was excellent: I placed an order and they decided for us, giving their opinion, like: "It's too much."
