14/12/2025: A giant pizzeria!!! The two brothers, Enzo and Salvo, and their team are always super efficient! Very tasty pizza, sandwiches with a variety of fresh toppings, a very comfortable atmosphere, and always helpful and friendly staff!

09/02/2026: Definitely not a good pizza. The place doesn't have an electronic payment service. And they don't even issue receipts. I strongly advise against it.

08/02/2026: The Spritz was good, but the waitress's behavior was terrible. We were seated in the non-smoking area, with the heater hanging behind us, so it was comfortable. We were having a Spritz, and the waitress came to turn off the heater, resulting in the air getting cold, and we had to leave as soon as we finished our drink. Truly deplorable behavior.

15/01/2026: Acireale, CT. Via Romeo, 64/66/68. We've been frequenting this pizzeria since it opened, both as a couple and with colleagues. We liked it so much that we came here often until a few years ago. We only recently had the opportunity to return and ordered some takeout pizzas, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We assumed lemon soda was available because we'd been used to it at previous restaurants, but it turned out it wasn't, and the owner went to the store especially for us to buy it. It was a lovely experience! A delicious place with wonderful people, definitely worth recommending!

In a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere, this pizzeria is a place to discover, recommend, and help grow. It was a truly positive experience; I highly recommend trying the special doughs (black rice, fennel and squid ink, spirulina, and cereals: corn flour, lupin, and sunflower seeds).

01/01/2026: Very bad experience. Booked a pizza for 25 people, including 7 children. Long wait between the first and last pizzas. In my opinion, children should be served first. Prices a bit high. Brought a panettone from outside, in agreement with the owner, to serve it. Charged for a service charge of 46 euros more than the cost of the panettone. In the end, they also charged for two coffees and two liqueurs. These are people who have known the place for thirty years; we're not talking about people just passing through.

I ordered two pizzas, cost? 29 euros with a portion of dry chips and two miserable sachets of sauces, I received two awful pizzas, thin and undercooked. Today in Catania I no longer know the prices but I think that for what I ordered for €29 I should have received quality and professionalism, I'm sorry to say you are very far away. Following are photos of the frozen and flavourless stringy asparagus, the thin and dry aubergines and I'll stop here. One thing is certain: for me, who lives abroad, finding myself eating a pizza like this was a real disappointment.

22/08/2025: Delicious traditional Sicilian pizza served in the spacious and quiet outdoor area. Very efficient service, and a friendly and welcoming owner. An experience to repeat.

09/11/2025: Delicious food. The giant cheese and porcini mushroom pie was delicious and filling. Plenty of filling and the dough is tasty. The service was good. I recommend it.

26/10/2025: I've been to Castello di Bacco twice. One evening we went for the Sicilian pizza, and I have to say it was excellent. The fried food was dry and light, the filling was very hearty, and overall everything was delicious. The second time we went was for lunch during October. The place was packed, and we waited ages for lunch. We asked several times for information, and he politely approached our table. The owner was really kind. The appetizer was good, but I wasn't thrilled with the first courses. The mushroom pappardelle tasted like nothing, the fresh pasta with ragù was good but nothing special, and the only truly excellent thing was the pistachio ravioli. Truly excellent, both in terms of filling and sauce. The bill was a bit salty, but that's to be expected, especially on Sundays and especially on bank holidays. I highly recommend this place, especially for the truly excellent Sicilian pizzas. The service is sometimes slow, sometimes efficient.

01/03/2026: A very negative experience. During my stay, I found a bowl of pet food near my door and a cat roaming freely throughout the property. I'm allergic to food, and this caused a reaction that required me to take medication to help. Furthermore, the hotel's official website makes no mention of the presence of animals on the property: crucial information for those like me who suffer from allergies, which could have influenced my decision to book. I reported the issue to management, who removed the bowl and the cat, but refused any form of refund despite the inconvenience caused. A hotel should ensure a safe environment for all guests and, at the very least, be transparent in the information provided. I will not return and I do not recommend this hotel.

08/02/2026: Very kind staff. Terrible owners. We asked if we could have dinner, but by changing our plans upon our arrival, they forced us to pay for a dinner we never ate. They were extremely rude and even made things difficult for the staff. Terrible structure. Money-hungry and not at all friendly. Absolutely not recommended.
