I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Catania

13/08/2024: Abbiamo avuto occasione di poter gustare la cucina di Santo. Potrei lungamente parlare della bontà della pinsa: croccante, morbida, fragrante. Tuttavia nulla si può paragonare alla bontà degli arancini. Particolarmente desidero menzionare quello con il pesce spada. Qualsiasi parola e aggettivo sarebbe insufficiente a descrivere il gusto e la bontà sublime di questo gustosissimo arancino!

17/08/2024: Tutto molto buono. Bel locale e personale simpatico e cordiale. Buonissimo e freschissimo il polipo e le ostriche, molto buona anche la pasta al pesce. Unica pecca la carbonara ecco questa magari no, la carbonara è un'altra cosa, ma tutto sommato ottima esperienza!!

04/08/2024: Good location, in the center of Misterbianco. The day before last we enjoyed pizza at an outdoor table in Piazza Mazzini, a pity that the square is located between two main streets where motorbikes often passed at speed with the exhaust pipes of the engines without silencers: the noise was deafening and there was no control by the police. The pizza dough was excellent but in the Margherita (with the addition of cherry tomatoes), however, the seasoning was insufficient. The orange semifreddo is good. Prices normal. The menu also includes appetizers, first courses and second courses.

04/08/2024: We celebrated 50 years and everything was as we wanted. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, plentiful and well presented (we arranged buffet). All the guests were happy. The villa is organized with the right spaces, both external and internal. Thank you very much to the really good chef. Keep it up.

22/07/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno del nonno Antonino presso il capriccio ristorante,il pranzo è stato a base di pesce,numerosi antipasti tutti buoni e gustosi tre primi spettacolari un tris di secondi fantastici. Il servizio buono e celere,insomma una domenica da incorniciare torneremo.

08/07/2024: Hungry after an evening, we decide to stop and get a takeaway pizza to eat "on the fly" for the limited time available to us. It happens to us at double zero shot. 11pm. Empty place. I go in and order 1 pizza, 1 beer and 1 water, almost embarrassed to disturb the pizza chef sitting outside for a well-deserved rest. Pizza ready in 5 minutes anyway so we leave the place with my wife and since the tables outside were empty, we suddenly decide to sit at one of these to eat quickly AFTER AUTHORIZATION TO THE SAME STAFF SITTING OUTSIDE (I think Pizza chef helper). Having received permission we sat down. However, while we were eating the pizza, the cashier/owner (I don't know) joins us to point out with ill-concealed annoyance that the place also offers table service... in other words our gesture of occupying a table after a takeaway order was not appreciated. . Now, having changed my mind along the way and having occupied a table, I would first of all ask for forgiveness for our mistake, but I would like to advise the restaurateur to be less rigid on these occasions: we asked for authorisation, the place was empty, the tables unoccupied and the same staff were sitting outside lounging (this is more serious); in this specific case, pointing out something like this to the customer who has regularly purchased the drink is a boomerang. I underline in my case that the difference in profit between takeaway and table service is only the cover charge, therefore in the order of 2-4 euros. I would like to point out that at the end we removed cardboard and bottles and consciously cleaned the table. Sin! the pizza was decent, but the managers instead of gaining new customers (while we were tasting the pizza we were already calmly organizing a return trip with the families) made sure to lose them... in the end for a 2-4 euro cover charge. Unfortunately for them, we won't be back.
