Never has a name been more fitting for a place... I should start by saying that I've been there for dinner in the (distant) past and wasn't yet familiar with the "review" culture. We went there a few nights ago as a couple because they told us they also offer gluten-free pizza, and since Lecce is what it is, places that offer this are few and far between, we couldn't wait to try it, and so we did: result?
Extraordinarily good pizza, a real buffalo mozzarella with all the flavor of tomato, just the way I like it. The crust is crispy and light, and even when it gets cold, it's always excellent. Another pizza was a white one with bresaola, arugula, zucchini, and so on... that was also excellent, no complaints. Fast service, a classic place (a very positive note), staff that competes to see who's the best. Caterina served us, and she was excellent and helpful, so our applause goes to her, but it's immediately obvious that the other girl and everyone else are also dedicated and their service is worthy of note.
It's worth highlighting the wide variety of pizzas on the menu (the paper version still exists, thank God), as well as other regular and gluten-free dishes, and apparently even lactose-free.
You've definitely won us over, and we'll be back soon to try more. Winter is long.

A suggestion I also gave personally: make sure you appear as a great option on the GLUTO app, because there are places in the city that still have a long way to go when it comes to "gluten-free." You should be there for obvious reasons, as you're much more advanced, especially in terms of flavor!

21/08/2026: The Sicilian pizza was decent, but the service left much to be desired. After waiting over an hour for three pizzas, a calzone, and two Sicilian pizzas, the calzone arrived even later. No apologies, on the contrary: when it came time to pay the bill (€13.42 per person), the bill was rounded up to €13.50, even though we were paying by card, and in a very rude manner. Never before has this happened. I definitely won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend going there.

28/05/2026: I've been going to this pizzeria for several years, unfortunately two weeks ago I ordered a pizza, I noticed that the pizza was half cooked and half raw. I've noticed that when Mr. Giac makes the pizzas, they are perfect, but when the other pizza chef makes them, the pizzas are not good at all, lately I had to throw it away. This is not good because it loses customers.
23/02/2026: This is a historic pizzeria for me, as I've been going there for many years. The problem is that the prices are now too high considering the size of the pizza itself, which decreases over time.

11/07/2026: I'll be honest, terrible service!!! There were 9 of us, we ordered appetizers, first courses, and pizzas, which all arrived at the same time. The first waitress disappeared in a second, which I don't think is normal. The grilled meat was left with the appetizer and everything else. This already makes it clear that the service wasn't the best, not to mention the ladies' bathroom, which was in terrible condition, with the smell, etc., but the most absurd thing was that when it came time to pay, the owner of the restaurant informed us that her POS terminal was broken. Now, if it were really broken, I think they would have told us before the service so that the customer could organize themselves. Instead, we were only informed of this at the last minute.
I think that between the service, the cleanliness, and the food, I will never return to that restaurant again.

13/08/2026: The location is undoubtedly a major advantage of this place – the views are spectacular and it's a pleasant place to sit. The food is decent: the pizza is good, the lasagna is tasty, but the pasta didn't impress me (it was quite average and very similar in taste).
13/08/2026: Looking for a place to have dinner, we found this place on Google Maps. The location is nice, with a platform right on the beach; the place was busy. The service was attentive and quick (perhaps too quick, given that the starters arrived unfinished). Many of the ingredients used are frozen, which is clearly indicated on the menu, but given that it's a seafood place, I wasn't expecting that. The seafood starter we shared wasn't bad either; there was also an oyster and a couple of raw red prawns; the frozen battered fried fish was edible; some prawns in 1980s-style pink sauce; two decent sardines a beccafico; a bit of octopus salad; and a few Alice anchovy fillets. We then ordered spaghetti allo scoglio, which we actually only tasted and left on the plate. The pasta was overcooked and slimy, completely disconnected from the sauce (which was also made with frozen ingredients). My partner's pasta also had a hair in it, which can happen even though it shouldn't. We didn't report it because, given the preparation and quality, we wouldn't have eaten them anyway. The total cost for a seafood appetizer, two first courses, a 1L Coke, and a bottle of water was €50. Average price. But the quality isn't up to par. I personally wouldn't recommend it.

04/04/2026: We ordered five sandwiches (sitting bull: bread, veal burger, bacon, cheddar, and raw onion). So where to begin? Poor-quality 3D-printed bread, a tasteless burger, at least when cooked thoroughly, and cheddar that tasted like plastic. But worse still, instead of bacon, we received a slice of PERFECTLY square cooked ham inside the sandwich (definitely hand-cut). Slow and cumbersome service, and they charge €2 for a cover charge, which includes disposable tablecloths, plastic cups, and common cutlery.
17/03/2026: I've been coming here for years and I'm very happy with the food. The pizza is excellent, but you absolutely have to get the mixed fries platter. The staff and owners are fantastic.

31/07/2026: We don't understand the overwhelming negative reviews from Poles. We ate at this restaurant three days in a row; the pizza was excellent, the pasta was excellent, and the drinks were fantastic. We felt very comfortable there, thanks to the fact that it's run entirely by a family – the atmosphere is unmistakable, and the waitresses greet people with a smile and kindness. We highly recommend it,

13/08/2026: "Il Forno" bakery located inside a small villa in the southwest part of Nicolosi.
Decent baked goods, bread made with mixed semolina and type 0 flour.
Hot food, from mini pizzas to pan pizzas and classic scacciate, the latter of which are very good.
Catering orders are also available, including local delicacies such as arancini, savory pies, stuffed eggplant, and caponata.
They're always busy, and there's a long wait for reservations.
Prices are moderately high.

23/07/2026: We visited this charming pizzeria for the first time with friends. The place is very well-maintained. We were amazed by the professionalism and kindness of the owner and pizza chef, and the order taker was also very accommodating to all our requests. The pizza was excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Parking was no problem, as it's located in the square and therefore easily accessible. A solid A+ for the kindness we received. Ad Maiora Semper!

I've eaten at several pizzerias, but I've never had better pizza and focaccia. They're cooked to perfection, the pizza dough is delicious, the filling is lovely and full of flavor, and the atmosphere is brilliant, with both the glass-fronted dining room and the outdoor area. Kudos to the owner and the guys who work there for the smiles they bring to their work. My family and I will definitely be back.
