19/12/2024: We paid for two trays of pizza on site and then agreed to the takeaway service at 9pm. At 11pm the pizzas had still not arrived despite the fact that they continued to tell us that they were coming, making fun of us. After 2 hours the pizzas arrived obviously cold and despite everything they didn't even apologize. Even though I have been a customer for 10 years I will never go again. The quality of the pizzas is also low.

16/04/2025: *Total disappointment: the Pizzoleria in Piazza Mazzini in Catania* I was a loyal customer of this place, which once offered generous portions at fair prices. However, over time, I noticed a steady decline in the quality and quantity of food. The portions have become smaller and smaller, and the prices have remained unchanged. But what happened on my last visit was the height of disappointment. I invited a friend to lunch and spoke well to him about this place, recommending the waiter to bring two nice portions of generous spaghetti pasta with Nebrodi black pork ragout. But when the food arrived, I was shocked: only one forkful per plate! Not only was it a ridiculous portion, but we also had to pay for two entire portions. It was a real deception. My experience with the Pizzoleria in Piazza Mazzini began as a beautiful adventure, but ended with infinite disappointment. I can no longer recommend this place to anyone.

05/12/2024: Locale bellissimo in ottima posizione. Ci sono stata per la prima volta su consiglio di amici e il menù di pesce che ho provato era ottimo. Porzioni abbondanti e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Per me, merita una visita.

18/11/2024: Serata piacevole con amici per gustare pietanze tipiche con baccalà e stoccafisso. Il Signor Luigi gentilissimo. L'ambiente è molto accogliente. Facile da raggiungere. Vicino c è un piccolo parcheggio ma le auto possono essere parcheggiate nei dintorni.

05/01/2025: Pranzo di natale dell ultimo momento..nn avendo potuto informarmi sul locale non ho potuto prevenire la fregatura. Menu fisso di pesce con prodotti di bassa qualità..portate mai arrivati e personale sgarbato. Da evitare...

28/12/2024: Siamo arrivati alle 13:20 ed erano già pronti per servire. Fino a qui nulla da dire. Hanno servito l'antipasto alle 13:40 circa. Tutti gli antipasti erano serviti con una frittatella di pesce che era carbonizzata, chiediamo subito di sostituirle .....ci rispondono di averle finite 😳. Ancora le stavano servendo. Tra l'antipasto e il primo trascorrono più di 50 minuti, mangiamo tutti i grissini in quanto il pane servito all'interno era poco cotto. L'altro primo di pesce arriva dopo mezz'ora circa, ossia verso le 15:00. Notiamo che qualcuno si alza e va via senza continuare. A chi ha prenotato a base di carne è andata anche peggio perché hanno dovuto mangiare da soli dato che le portate non arrivavano in contemporanea, con porzioni mini e senza poter chiedere il bis. Alle 15:40 arriva il secondo. Un gambero e una seppia ripiena con poca insalata scondita. Quelli con menù a base di carne hanno atteso altri 20 minuti mentre gli altri commensali mangiavano il dolce (piccola cassatella di ricotta e pistacchio). L'attesa fra una portata e l'altra è stata interminabile. Non c'era nessuna atmosfera natalizia, nessuna decorazione o qualcosa che ci potesse somigliare, non è stato servito né il panettone né lo spumante. Forse avranno dimenticato che si trattava del pranzo di Natale. A voi le conclusioni, lo sconsiglio.

24/03/2025: We found ourselves in Niscemi for work, so we booked two rooms for three nights in this facility because from the photos it seemed like a good facility. To reach the aforementioned structure you need the help of God, there are no indications and especially in the evening the entire route is in the dark, with a dirt road full of weeds, it seems like a place abandoned by humanity. The rooms were full of humidity and without heating, the nineteenth-century air conditioners did not work. My colleague went to bed dressed because undressing in those cold, damp rooms took courage. However, I don't want to be rude but I absolutely do not recommend it. Very dirty structure. WiFi not working, phones had no reception. As soon as we woke up we literally ran away, after paying.

14/12/2024: I wanted to have a pleasant New Year's Eve dinner and instead it was an unpleasant experience. New Year's Eve 2024 was the worst of my life because of the entertainment (if we can call it that). The common opinion of all those present was that the "entertainment" of the single and improvised "DJ Pascal" was a whine without music or dance, but only a continuous and very annoying whining and persistent chatter for the entire New Year's Eve evening. It's a pity for the structure which however cannot abstain from the responsibility of choosing professionals and not improvised people. Never again.

22/08/2024: Experience not to be repeated. My family and I came to the restaurant in memory of some past pizza. Unfortunately, now it is no longer possible to order pizzas so we ordered first courses and starters. Super salty first courses, with excessively al dente pasta, almost inedible. Octopus inedible, as if it were not cooked. The peppered mussels are saved. So-so service, they mixed up one course and we were served something else, they brought two scented towels when there were definitely more people at the table. Definitely worth seeing again. Environment nothing special, average. Prices like any other fish restaurant, but absolutely not worth it.

25/03/2025: Too bad about the fish... If you drown it in peeled tomatoes it smells like peeled tomatoes but it doesn't smell like fish.

20/01/2025: Avete mai provato le linguine ai ricci in brodo? Noi si . Domenica 20 gennaio 2025. In 4 abbiamo ordinato 2 linguine allo scoglio e 2 linguine ai ricci. Mentre i primi erano appena accettabili ( il condimento " scoglio" usano il preparato surgelato misto scoglio) le linguine ai ricci erano da rispedire in cucina: intanto assolutamente senza sale, poi immerse in una valanga di brodo. Ricci totalmente assenti. Erano rimasti a mare i ricci. Non commentiamo i piatti che sono stati lasciati circa a metà. Il conto pagato : euro 21,00 per le linguine ai ricci (ognuno) euro 18 per le linguine allo scoglio ( ognuno) euro 50 per 2 antipasti ( anche questi da rimandare indietro). Mai più. In questo locale non solo non sanno cucinare ma utilizzano materie scadenti

26/03/2025: I celebrated my daughter's first communion, excellent food of the highest quality, the environment remained 80s style but still elegant. I highly recommend it.

10/03/2025: Una serata con amici, cena entusiasmante piacevolmente accolti dal proprietario che ci ha consigliato dei piatti ottimi e ben curati, assolutamente da provare.

13/02/2025: The other day I ordered two pizzas and a sandwich for delivery. They were supposed to arrive at 9.45pm but arrived at 11pm. The pizzas were frozen and they even got the order wrong. I won't take anything here again

22/12/2024: We ordered 3 pizzas and 5 sandwiches for home delivery. From 9.30pm they arrived at 11pm, after several calls and being fooled. Not only the absurd delay but everything was frozen, inedible, of poor quality... never again!!!

18/01/2025: Terrible staff and also terrible home deliveries. We called at 4.50pm to book the pizzas and have them delivered at 8.00pm, around 8.14pm I call to find out what would happen to them and I hear the answer "ma'am the pizzas They're not ready yet, you have to wait at least another half hour" I am of the opinion that those who don't know how to do their job should stay at home

12/04/2025: Not the best experience, the food was pitiful and had limited portions, the rooms were too small to have all those beds and also the swimming pool was closed The sea is unreachable on foot and if you try to do so it is extremely dangerous

12/04/2025: 1 star because 0 cannot be given. Rooms not clean, shower that needed 20 minutes to let out the hot water, dinner that was unacceptable and miserable. Not recommended for schools and children. The only positive note...when we left

31/10/2024: Besuch Ende Oktober zum Abendessen, außerhalb der Saison, daher waren wir die einzigen Gäste am Abend. Wir konnten uns jeden Platz aussuchen und das ganze Personsal war nur für uns da. Essen war gut, Preise fix - 20€ primi, 25€ secondi, Flasche Wein 25-28€. Können wir gut empfehlen.
