14/05/2025: I leave one star because less is not possible. Two hours late, the slippers arrived not only with totally wrong condiments. In addition, a slipper was missing from the order made. Highly not recommended

14/05/2025: We ordered at 8pm. Arrived at 10:45pm after a reminder, we were told that they had run out of ingredients and that as an excuse they would give us some free fried food. The order arrives, 4 out of 4 sandwiches wrong, one sandwich that didn't arrive and...the freebies weren't there. We call for clarification, they tell us that they would call us back. Clearly that didn't happen. Never again

30/08/2025: I'll start by saying that for health reasons I can't eat the whole thing, half a chicken with nothing on it, 6 euros

16/08/2025: Unique experience!!! Ordered at 7:15 PM, but the delivery never arrived!!! After 3 phone calls saying the pizzas were in the oven and then the guy left, I'm still waiting!!

08/09/2025: Terrible experience, they are not careful in preparing gluten-free pizza, they play with the health of people who are allergic to gluten, causing them to end up in the hospital, I advise everyone not to go to this pizzeria on Via del Bosco.

07/09/2025: NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE We ordered a pizza labeled "gluten-free," properly labeled with the seal. Unfortunately, after eating it, my father (who is celiac) had a very serious reaction and ended up in the hospital, admitted to intensive care. Despite the documentation and the obvious consequences, when we confronted the owner directly, we didn't get any confirmation of what happened; instead, he was rude. Obviously, I can't know for sure what happened in the kitchen, so I urge anyone with specific dietary needs to be very cautious!

09/09/2025: One of the best bombetta in Italy. The quality and price are truly impressive for an airport! So good that we had more for the return flight. The cappuccino was delicious too.

08/09/2025: Now, I'm not saying the negative reviews on this page are untrue. I'll just say that there's a good chance the authors of those reviews haven't understood the essence of this restaurant. This probably isn't the right place for a family dinner. It's definitely the perfect spot if your evening went something like this: we were a group of 10 people of various ethnicities, leaving from Alcamo Marina at 7:30 PM, arriving at the Selinunte Archaeological Park at 8:30 PM, where we visited the Temple of Hera for free, scrounged a buffet at a small art exhibition, and attended an Asteroids concert. All this with approximately eleven and a quarter liters of Peroni, in handy 75cl bottles (Lidl size). Keep this detail in mind; we'll need it later. The concert ends, and at 12:37 AM we decide to go get some cannoli. We set off for Partanna, drawn by the presence of "Cremeria d'Italia" (which I suggest updating its opening hours). Fortunately, we found the aforementioned pastry shop closed, so we first spotted the bar and then the pizzeria (it was 1:14 AM). The waitresses not only told us we could order pizzas, but also that we could sit down and, more importantly, they didn't mind the aforementioned leftover beer. By 1:47 AM, I had finished enjoying the eponymous pizza, which was truly excellent, with truly flavorful eggplant. A companion of mine also introduced me to the Porcellina, which was also delicious. I hope that after this report, you've understood the high quality of this place and are able to give the negative reviews their due weight. Kind regards

05/09/2025: We waited 4 hours for pizzas that never arrived. Absurd!!

02/03/2025: I ordered pizzas through Just Eat, the delivery time was 8:30 PM, then it was moved to 9:00 PM and then again to 10:15 PM. At 10:00 PM, I called the restaurant to check on the delivery status. The owner told me they hadn't had a chance to prepare them yet because the couriers hadn't returned. I suggested preparing them and that I would be responsible for picking them up myself, but the owner replied that if I had gone, the price of the pizzas would have gone up, which was truly absurd! After several reminders, including from the Just Eat operators, the pizzas arrived at 10:30 PM, dry and with edges that took up half the circumference of the pizza. A negative experience, I strongly advise against it.

14/08/2025: Stop for lunch. Appetizers: fish, seafood salad, mussels First courses: all seafood, spaghetti with clams, risotto. Second courses: fresh fish and fried foods. Wine, water, coffee, liqueurs. Excellent lunch, excellent location and service.

22/06/2025: June 21: Last night (Saturday) we went to the place around 8:15 pm (my parents and their friends) so far everything was ok. as soon as we sat down I realized and not only me that both the plates and the glasses were dirty, my glass in particular smelled and was greasy also my mother's smelled of fish (and it was not dirty from the dishwasher), even the cutlery was dirty, so a friend of mine kindly asked the waiter to bring some plastic glasses (they didn't arrive immediately) I repeat it was 8:15 pm there were not many people yet, finally they brought us water, but without the plastic glasses, so I with saintly patience asked the waiter (again) to bring the plastic glasses (it is not acceptable not to wash the glasses). After about 10 minutes the waitress takes the orders (piazza, antipasti and drinks), the antipasti arrive (good, but nothing special). They bring the pizzas: 4 four cheeses, 1 mortadella, a Greek-style pizza, a tuna and onion pizza and a margherita with mushrooms. The 4 cheeses didn't taste like 4 cheeses, but only mozzarella, the crust was burnt, my friend took the mortadella (poor quality mortadella, it was definitely the one from the supermarkets already bagged) by the way I had forgotten to make it, so my friend waited for them to make this blessed pizza, when it was time to clear the table the waiter didn't change the cutlery (saying keep the cutlery) which was unacceptable, because it was already dirty anyway. In short, it is a place that I do not recommend to anyone, it is a shame because it is in a square that is not only beautiful, but also very strategic because from there you can get to the nautoscopio, but also in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, it is not a place that is up to the level of the square (and the historic center. For what we ordered (I repeat, square, appetizers and drinks) the price was a bit high. In total we paid 160 euros.

02/09/2025: We stopped here for a late afternoon snack after visiting the Catacombe dei Cappuccini. There is a fair selection of savoury items and a great selection of sweet items. All items are baked in their nearby bakery. Although the food is freshly baked it is obviously re-heated in a microwave - and not very well done. 😒 Seating is outdoors with a slight downside being that it's next to a busy road. You could, however, take your snack across the busy road and enjoy it on a bench in a relatively tranquil garden. Service not particularly friendly. 😐

23/04/2025: All in all, the pizzeria is a nice showcase. But as we know it's not the clothes that make the Monaco... The pizzas looked the same as the pre-cooked ones on display at the "CENTESIMO" supermarket!! Very poor in toppings and the price is obviously not adequate for the quality of pizza they gave us. It was the first time we went there and it will also be the last. Not recommended!!

29/06/2025: Partiamo dai piccoli accorgimenti arrivando alle poche ma grandi lacune che portano il mio voto da 4, se avessi mangiato bene, a 1 stella. Partiamo dal non aver chiesto di fare lo spelling del semplice cognome durante la prenotazione telefonica l, perché durante la serata chi è venuto dopo, pur dando il cognome corretto, e ripetuto più volte lentamente, la risposta è sempre stata “no mi spiace non lo trovo”. Era scritto male e con una grafia illeggibile. L’ho trovato io nel suo foglio… Ma andiamo avanti… Abbiamo ordinato quasi subito con la sala piena e chi ha preso le ordinazioni ha accolto delle modifiche anche dopo aver inviato la comanda senza battere ciglio. TOP! Il vino è arrivato subito e anche piuttosto freddo ma ho iniziato a mangiare dopo ben 40 min. Almeno mi portavano due patatine e mi passava per aperitivo. Acqua e bibite a temperatura ambiente, in sala esterna ci saranno stati 30/31 gradi quindi sicuramente da rivedere tempi e modalità di refilling del frigo bevande. Una Coca-Cola è arrivata direttamente dal centro distribuzione bevande dalla zona industriale… 25 min per una Coca-Cola anch’essa calda… Andiamo alle grandi lacune: 1. Eravamo un tavolo non troppo grande ma servire gli antipasti e le pizze a mezzo tavolo e l’altro mezzo riceve dopo 30 min antipasti e secondi insieme… beh i tempi delle cucine, per quanto separate, devono e ripeto devono essere sincronizzate o comunque non di 30 min. Non si possono guardare commensali che mangiano, terminano, e digeriscono e io ancora devo attendere l’antipasto, che per dovere di cronaca non prevedeva cottura. 2. Non sono un esperto in merito alla freschezza del pesce ma dato il posto sicuramente lo era ma il sapore del risotto alla pescatore era coperto dal burro o comunque da un grasso vegetale ed era davvero sgradevole. 3.Pressing al tavolo un po’ troppo eccessivo. Nemmeno avevo finito e una signora mi chiede “posso?”… be direi di no. Le posate sono posizionate in modo tale da far capire al cameriere che non avevo terminato… non si può più mangiare con calma che pur di fare cassa ti spingono nel completare il piatto davanti e far sedere il prossimo turno! E questo locale non è un fast food… 4. andiamo ai prezzi: alcune pietanze direi allineate al mercato e all’altezza del locale, ma 10 euro per una pizza Biancaneve e 2 euro l’aggiunta, forse anche no! Non ricordo bene ma 10 o 12 euro una fettina di pollo panata al forno dura e secca che mia figlia mi ha detto: “no papi è dura…”. Ok i 10 euro ma mannaggia a voi almeno che sia cotta bene… 5. Forse un po’ di mancanza di trasparenza per quanto è fuori menù… chiedere sempre al cliente se vuole sapere il costo del piatto fuori menù prima di confermarlo, sarà poi lui a dirvi se vuole saperlo o fa Gates di cognome e non bada a spese 6. Un po’ border Line ma in un locale di questo livello secondo me è una grande pecca. Non c’è un fasciatoio!!!! Cioè ok in bagno avete il mobilio scuro e figo ma andare all’ikea ne comprate uno in noce, di quelli che si aprono e chiudono a filo parete, molto elegante, e lo fate dipingere nero. Semplice ma forse per voi NO.

11/09/2025: Warning: TOURIST TRAP AVOID They charge a €2 cover charge per person JUST for sitting down. We ordered a spritz and two arancini. The arancini were advertised as €3, but actually cost €4.50 on the bill. All in black, with only a non-receipt.
