05/04/2025: Non sono un amante delle recensioni negative ma questa, a mio rammarico, la merita. Attesa infinita, un ora per un misero antipasto di mare. Slavato. Senza un gusto, il pesce navigava in un liquido indefinito e un mare di pepe. Unica nota positiva le linguine allo scoglio, molto buone a dir poco. Non è possibile che, per un locale del genere e molto affollato, abbia solo una cameriera. UNA. Che corre come una matta. Perché l’altro cameriere non si può neanche definire tale. Scaduti e Ridicoli. 1 ora e mezza per due portate.

09/12/2024: I started with fried calamari appetizer which was crispy and tasty. For the main course I opted for a plate of fantastic pistachio pappardelle. The prices are reasonable we ate the Nutella pizza as a fantastic dessert next time we'll try the pizzeria.. changed management 1 year ago and they have improved a lot see you next time

01/11/2024: Unusable place. The plaster literally peels off in pieces from the walls swollen with humidity. I'm not one for formality, but a bit of decorum... I came here many years ago and had never returned for this reason. I returned years later, thinking that they had done something and instead the environment has always remained the same. I say but don't they see it? Do they care? Don't they get there?

30/03/2025: Locale centralissimo e facilmente accessibile, ma non confortevole, con tavoli piccoli e angusti. Hanno 3 turni, il primo dalle 19.45 alle 21.15 ma poi per portarci la pizza sono passati 53 minuti. La varietà di pizze è ampia. La pastiera era buona. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Prezzi nella media.

19/03/2025: Pizza fritta e la montanara davvero molto buone, come le sanno fare solo a Napoli! Personale cortese, locale piccolo ma ordinato, pulito e molto piacevole! Assolutamente da frequentare! Complimenti

08/09/2024: Very good tender meat, quiet environment but sky-high prices 85 euros for a bit of meat and a mixed fry there are much more suitable places to go for dinner. You can't set prices at random but for what you sell.

30/08/2024: I give one star for the location, but everything else is disappointing. Ordered pizza, but served on a combustible paper plate so as a result you eat a pizza that can't stand up even with a simple fork. I wonder why, given that we customers pay the cover charge? I'm sure that even the cats that wander around the tables, meowing to get something, are charged for the service. 😅 Not to mention the waiters who fail to provide you with information regarding the origin of their foreign craft beers. Hmm?!

06/01/2025: Always my trusted pizzeria. Always perfect dough and leavening, masterful cooking by the great (and expert) Gianni, always abundant and quality toppings. Staff always polite, courteous, friendly and kind. Waiting times and prices are average. I'm sorry to read some negative and exaggerated reviews from some users because they don't correspond to reality and put a team of honest and trained workers in a bad light.

30/11/2024: Andato per una pizza da asporto, attendo il mio turno nel dehors esterno dopo aver effettuato l'ordine, quando ad un certo punto un cameriere mi indica di chiudere la porta del dehors che era stata lasciata aperta da un altro cliente. Beh senti caro, il cameriere di sala sei tu e la porta te la chiudi tu. Travagghia e muto.

12/10/2024: A good pizzeria, only a lot of regulars for the takeaway pizzas... So many people at the table if you also ordered pizzas it will take a long time... They are as good as in France and cheaper😁👍

02/03/2025: To bring the food arriving at 8pm we left at 2am after not receiving the food I noticed a family who arrived after us and received the food

27/02/2025: Tienes que salir de la calle principal para encontrar las cosas emocionantes en Taormina y lo hicimos. Giramos a la izquierda, por una de esas pequeñas calles laterales y nos encontramos con un excelente restaurante - no hay mucho que mirar en las primeras apariciones, pero no se deje engañar. Comida magnífica. Excelente vino. Fabuloso servicio atento. Una verdadera muestra de dónde estábamos. Y me encantó el hecho de que después de nuestra impresionante pasta, nos preguntaron qué queríamos para nuestro plato principal. No podíamos encajar más. ¡Qué pena!

22/12/2024: Scelto a caso tra i tanti ristoranti di Taormina in una gelida serata pre natalizia, entriamo e sentiamo subito un piacevolissimo tepore. Il cibo ottimo, l'agnello sublime e gentilezza del personale che non manca. Prezzi più che buoni per essere in centro a Taormina. Da rivisitare in estate per godere della vista. Consigliato.

08/12/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante giorno 8 dicembre 2024. Siamo stati bene sia per l’atmosfera accogliente del posto sia per il menù eccellente. Consiglio a tutti di andarci. Avevo mangiato tempo fa anche la pizza ed è ottima anche quella. Buon appetito. Georgia

16/02/2025: Sunday for lunch, after spending the morning on the snow of Etna. Even though the place was full, we were seated immediately (1.30 pm). They took our order at 2.33pm! Having understood the slowness, thinking causes little staff. But seeing other reviews apparently it's always like this so we ordered a plate of french fries to while away the wait and only first courses. Chips arrived in 5 minutes and the first courses after 25. Tortellini with black pork sauce without any identity, Agnolotti with pistachio (cream, ham with chopped pistachios) stuck together and drained a minute ahead of time and tasty strozzapreti (a good dish). Not advisable for those arriving hungry but still friendly staff and well-kept place with two beautiful fireplaces.
