17/07/2024: We had dinner at Torquemada on the day of our arrival in Palermo, very close to where we live, a large, very pleasant restaurant, you can reserve a table, both inside and outside, we ordered fries with ham and cheese plus four pieces, each one different and each one tastier. , site to recommend and a lot!!! 😊

21/08/2024: Personnel peu accueillant. Les plats ne sont pas tous issus de produits frais. Nous avons mangé des crevettes décongelées et comparés aux autres restaurants à proximité la qualité n'y est pas. Pas non plus d'apéritif du genre Spritz que l'on retrouve partout ailleurs et le Coca n'existe qu'en 1 litre ! Mauvais rapport qualité prix.

13/08/2024: Presenting a pizza like this honestly is embarrassing.
Leaving aside the fact that we ordered for 8.30pm and we arrived at 8.25pm and the pizzas had already been in the box, I'm not sure how long. Apart from this which obviously made the pizzas inedible, I think it is also disrespectful towards the customer to throw two whole sausages like this on a pizza, half raw to boot!
07/08/2024: Outside the center it's not bad. The pizza is good as is the mussel sauce. Average prices.

Saffron prawn risotto with cuttlefish cream, delicious, very refined dish, good, beautiful colors too, eager to return to try other dishes, thanks also to the kindness of the staff.
26/08/2024: Very disappointed.The food is tasteless and overpriced. The Caesar salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, chicken (WHAT RAW), eggs, fried bread with 2 pieces of bacon and cheap mayonnaise as a sauce. When we told the waiters that the chicken was RAW they simply took it away and we received nothing as an apology or compensation. As I said: The food is tasteless, overpriced and just not worth it. Never again. We definitely do not recommend it.

27/08/2024: The food is reasonably good: the pizza is good, the spaghetti with seafood and also the fried fish, but the prices are of a more refined restaurant, they are a little high. This is because you pay for the location.
For example, we drank a sparkling white Paolini Sciavuru costing 18 euros. An honest, very pleasant wine, but which ultimately costs around 6/7 euros wholesale.
25/08/2024: I have to be honest I thought better...unfortunately and I think it's the case, there are too many people and naturally they try to get more customers, naturally tourists...both the pizza and other dishes such as pasta, fish etc. were not the best...
Instead, I congratulate the girl who managed the welcome and order well...

Mega great restaurant. Super Service. The waiter was very nice. We came at a very warm time and he moved us children specifically to be in the climate. Food was very good. Great quality. Came very quickly too. Toilet very clean👍🏻

Posto piccolino con veranda, forno a vista. Locale interno con tavoli molto vicini ma con aria condizionata che mitigava il calore del forno. Personale pronto ed abituato a gestire molti clienti che il sabato sera sono davvero tanti (anche di take-away).
Offerta di pizze tradizionali e speciali con possibilità di scegliere l'impasto. Certificazione A. I. C.
4 coperti 4 pizze 2 Birre grandi ed una piccola 1 litro d'acqua= 76 euro

27/03/2024: Die Pizzas hier sind einfach Spitze. Vor vier Jahren war ich das erste Mal hier, seitdem wenn Pizza in Palermo, dann hier! Erstaunlich dass 'Arte e Tradizione' in diesem Portal nicht in der Spitze zu finen ist!
Schade ist, dass der Garten momentan nicht bewirtschaftet wird. Vielleicht ändert das sich ja im Sommer.
Absolute und uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für Pizza Fans, mein Rating 4.8 von 5.

01/01/2024: Pizza a casa, 12 euro a persona, per una pizza da dodici euro ci si aspetta una pizza da due stelle Michelin, minimo, pizza rinsecchita, la maggior parte margherite, una vergogna a dir poco. Complimenti, cinque stelle per la truffa! Senza scontrino, ricevuto solo su richiesta perche hanno dimenticato una pizza. Pizza che nonostante il ritardo e la mancanza di scontrino ci hanno fatto pagare. Senza parole per voi!
12/11/2023: Waiting 50 minutes for the food and the waiter wanted to serve the starter we ordered as a desert after main course… 🤔 Food was okay but sadly nothing special at all. We ordered pasta as main dish. Then when we get the bill they charged us 8€ in service fee (4 per person). Also whine from bag-in-box costed 6,5€ per glass. A robbery. Very disappointed.
