10/01/2025: The unheated room forced us to eat with jackets!!! Good pizzas, acceptable delivery times (15 minutes), helpful and professional staff, average prices. Advised

09/11/2024: The service was simply AWFUL, I strongly advise against going there

01/01/2025: like good pizza, taken as a takeaway, a few days after 12/31 I ate good fish.

14/12/2024: I took two pizzas, which turned out to be very thin. Perhaps they came from a single loaf; a real shame, given that I had come back specifically, anyway we had an appetizer, now we'll call the pizzeria and have them bring us 2 more pizzas in the hope that it goes better

08/03/2025: I have been going to this pizzeria for ten years. Stello the owner with Antonella, his sister, has always improved. Maintaining an excellent quality of products, even bread, with excellent prices. Well done.

30/10/2024: We order 500 grams of focaccia and a portion of chips through Mylillo. For the second time in a few months they are sending less product: 400 grams of focaccia instead of 500 and the chips without the sauces usually combined. We phone to complain and they reply: "The kids don't have scales in their hands." Answer that speaks for itself... At 7.23pm they promise to send the missing focaccia, it's 8.35pm and we're still waiting for it. Zero stars for the service because it is uncommentable. Not recommended.

05/04/2025: The wait is something never seen in any venue. It takes anywhere from 25/35 minutes just to take the order (if you take chips another 30 minutes pass) after which the wait for pizza goes well beyond an hour. Sitting at 9.30pm we get up at 12.30am. Pizza normal as are the prices. I had read in the reviews that delays often happen but this is absurd.

05/04/2025: From the chips to the pizza all without salt, the service was terrible, we waited a long time, half an hour just to order and an hour and 15 minutes for the pizzas, not only could two pizzas not be made because the ingredients were missing

06/04/2025: Cefalu, uno de los lugares más bonitos de Sicilia si no el mundo junto a un hermoso mar, un lugar perfecto para probar platos locales. Tuvimos un almuerzo excepcional comenzando con Caponata Siciliana, Pasta alla Norma y Pasta con Sarde, coronado con Fritto Misto. Excelente excelente excelente. Desde Cleveland con amor, alla prossima.

16/03/2025: Arrivati in moto con la mia bellissima mogliettina a Cefalù, eravamo con molto appetito e abbiamo trovato questa bella location con efficente servizio e con una buonissima cucina, prezzo abbordabilissimo consiglio vivamente

26/08/2024: Siamo arrivati a 5 min dall'apertura della piscina ed abbiamo trovato il cancello chiuso, citofoniamo e non risponde nessuno, abbiamo dovuto telefonare per farci aprire. La struttura appare trascurata e la piscina poco pulita! Per non parlare dell'enorme disagio creato dalla presenza di vespe. Impossibile stuzzicare un pacchetto di patatine. Alla fine hanno anche punto mio figlio, un bambino di 6 anni e non si sono neanche degnati di portare un cubetto di ghiaccio. Un signore che non so di preciso il ruolo che ricopre, si è permesso di dire che il bambino si sarebbe rafforzato e che era viziato dato che i nonni cercavano di confortarlo. A noi dispiace, dato che è una struttura vicino casa, ma non ci andremo mai più!

18/08/2024: Unfortunately I have to say that my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The service was poorly organised. We had to wait more than 1 hour and a half just to receive the first one, so much so that at 11.30pm we asked not to have the second one arrive. The food was of mediocre quality: the dish I ordered was decidedly undercooked. In summary, I do not recommend this restaurant. For the same price you can find much better options in the area. I give 3 stars because the staff was courteous, and really apologized for what happened. There is room for improvement because the potential is there. Thank you

01/01/2025: Excellent location, we went there for New Year's Eve dinner, excellent food and we had a lot of fun, half of it is a ballroom with excellent music, very panoramic, excellent and fast service, recommended for an unforgettable lunch or dinner, p.s. friendly owner and available

11/08/2024: Very nice place and wonderful staff. It's great with the family and the town is well positioned for various excursions with the Sant'Agata station just a few kilometers away. Good prices.

15/07/2024: Very friendly owner Fast service, they have gluten-free products. Friendly staff and they have fish, pizza and meat. A lovely place with a wonderful pool and games for children.

23/02/2025: Bad experience, arrived an hour after the guaranteed time when ordering, I found the delivery guy opening all the boxes because he couldn't find a pizza, the saddest thing was hearing the blasphemies fired at the Creator. Obviously the pizza was cold, dry and practically lacking in toppings. Never again, I'm sorry, especially for the swearing!

24/10/2024: Too expensive, we took a pizza with only sauce and frankfurters, a tray of frankfurters, a tray of chips, a bottled Coca-Cola for €18......, we're not there!

23/03/2025: Ho effettuato un ordine su just eat, e la primissima notifica dell’applicazione è stata “il ristorante ha preso in consegna l’ ordine, quindi non sarà a carico di un consegnatario di just eat”, includendo nella pagina dell’ordine anche l’orario di arrivo 19:55, alle 20 l’ordine risulta consegnato sull’applicazione, nonostante io in mano non abbia nulla. Dopo svariate chiamate effettuate alle 20:15 a cui il ristorante non ha risposto, decido invano di provare con l’assistenza di just eat, alle 20:25 provo a richiamare e il ristorante finalmente risponde, dicendo che tra 10 minuti saranno da noi. Alle 20:40 ancora nulla, provo a richiamare e espongo il problema (quasi un’ora di ritardo sull’ordine, e nessun avviso dal ristorante nonostante le molteplici chiamate) e vengo trattata da uno dei lavoratori in maniera sgarbata, dopo aver detto che la consegna era in ritardo di un’ora sento un “ok” e dopo ,telefono chiuso in faccia.

11/01/2025: NEVER AGAIN!!! I wonder how such an activity can still continue. 4 people, we call at 7.30pm for 4 small pizzas, we are told that they would not arrive until 8-8-30pm, we say fine, but let's not do it at 10pm. We wait until 8.30pm, no nothing arrives. We called and were told the pizza was on its way. Another 30 minutes, called at 9pm and same response. 9.30pm and no trace of the pizza. Taken by despair and hunger, we call back, and we are always told the same thing, even in an annoyed manner, that is, "they are coming". At 10pm, finally after 2 hours and 30 minutes, the pizzas arrive. Let me start by saying that it was Saturday, so you don't expect the order to arrive immediately, but you also don't expect that for 4 pizzas, literally 5 minutes from the place, you have to wait 2 and a half hours, nor that you are ridiculed by the presumed "owner". " who takes orders. The result? Cold and inedible pizzas, because they were clearly stretched out and cooked in a hurry. We will certainly never order anything again, and we recommend it anyway, and not so much because of the delay, but because of the way you treat those who bring you money and run your business.

23/02/2025: I ordered hot appetizers, simple pizzas and family pizzas, drinks, for about 10 people invited to the house but only after two hours from the estimated delivery, I managed to speak to the owner, who claimed that they had not received the order..... all false since the emails in my possession say something else entirely. He invents another one: he tells me that he accepted the order but he isn't sure that the Raider will go to take it out........do you want to hear another one? Via Wathsapp he tells me that the phone and the PDA orders were jammed....and finally, after he says: order in preparation, he canceled my orders.... conclusion of the evening, 10 people at home left fasting including a pregnant woman.......Bad service, full of lies. The truth is that you don't want to work. I'm not reliable. I have already reserved the right to act to protect my interests not only economically but also for the terrible impression they made me make.....

16/03/2025: Salve, ieri sera con amici organizziamo una cena (pizza) fuori porta, prenotiamo questa "location" qualche giorno prima... prenotazione alle 21 30, ci fanno sedere dicendoci è tutto pieno alle 22 20 in un tavolo da 4 noi eravamo in 5, già iniziamo veramente male, attendiamo per la comanda.... vengono a darci un po di "confidenza" solo perché li chiamiamo noi ripetutamente, per completare questa esperienza da non ripetere assolutamente, alla cassa vedendo che alla clientela viene offerto caffè /amaro, da noi a stento un arrivederci buona serata, ma a tutto questo caro gestore la invito a visitare la mia Ragusa dove il rispetto è l'educazione non manca soprattutto per chi ha un'attività.
