31/01/2026: Chicken arrived an hour late, all burnt, inedible, all raw inside, €25 spent in the garbage, on the phone they don't know what to say, they hang up on you twice saying the line has dropped, shameful

13/01/2026: Terrible experience. Pizza arrived 45 minutes late, poor quality ingredients, and pizza covered in oil. Never again.

24/11/2025: Terrible experience for a tragic Saturday night. I even ordered pizza at lunchtime for 9:30 PM, where I asked for punctuality for guests I had for dinner. I was guaranteed maximum punctuality. After 4 calls for information and requests, the pizzas arrived at 10:15 PM COLD, WRONG, UNCUT, and WITHOUT SLICES, as I requested. A bad impression on my dinner guests, given that we started eating at 10:30 PM. First and last time. NOT RECOMMENDED!

22/11/2025: The pizza was cold, the tomato was raw and in pieces, and it was a bit late. I understand it's Saturday, but you lose customers like this and gain nothing. The pizza was truly inedible. We pay, but we'd like at least decent service. I'll never order again!

04/02/2026: I celebrated my graduation a few months ago and was just disappointed. The buffet was miserable, and many people didn't even get to try anything. No one liked the appetizer, and what I'd ordered was simple. There were crostini, but they were so hard you couldn't even bite them. The cheeses, prosciutto, and bresaola were all in mini portions. For the first course, the ravioli were delicious, but it's a shame many people didn't get them. Apparently, they didn't know how to portion them, and my guests didn't get any. The second course was inedible: salty meat and dry, flavorless potatoes. Honestly, I won't go back after that bad experience. Not to mention the price, since we agreed on a price and then they went back on their own word. I forgot about the beautiful location, but it's a shame I wanted to take photos by the pool, and I'd been told so, and then I found all the lights off. The service was zero; the person in charge of organizing the event forgot the plates and cutlery, and I had to call back every time. The only treat was the cake I bought from a local pastry shop, "Papa," in Caltanissetta. It was absolutely delicious, and naturally, my guests were able to ask for seconds. Highly discouraged.

25/12/2025: Pinocchio in Partinico it's a Jump in the past, In both good and bad ways. The pizzas were tasty enough but the dough and the crust were substantially heavy. Still good the following morning for breakfast. The decor really hasn't changed in the last 30 years and the lack of modernity is keeping people away from it but I say try it at least once, give it a chance, don't get influenced by what you read and see. Around €15 per person, small parking lot.

08/08/2025: Last year I ordered gluten-free pizza and regular pizza to go. Prices are a bit high for the quality. The place needs some updating and a better atmosphere.

19/08/2025: Terrible experience… We had made a takeaway reservation for three pizzas at 8:30, we arrived there at that time and they delivered it to us 1 and a half hours later, I must point out that we stood there watching everything they did and the pizza chefs wasting time eating and laughing, the owner gave them the order to have pizzas prepared early just because they were his friends or family… disgusting, I should add that they took advantage of it because they made the pizza small, it was something not to be taken lightly.

04/08/2025: To eat here, you'll need to arm yourself with willpower and tranquilizers beforehand: the wait times are inordinately long and unjustified, especially considering that subsequent orders are often processed first, or that priority is given to takeaways rather than dine-in customers. The pizza isn't bad, but it's not worth the long wait.

20/11/2025: Beautiful location in the main square of the village where you can witness wonderful sunsets where you can glimpse the Egadi islands. On Saturday evenings and Sundays there is entertainment with music and group dancing, a pizzeria, where you can have snacks and drinks outdoors.

14/08/2025: Stop for lunch. Appetizers: fish, seafood salad, mussels First courses: all seafood, spaghetti with clams, risotto. Second courses: fresh fish and fried foods. Wine, water, coffee, liqueurs. Excellent lunch, excellent location and service.

25/10/2025: Tell me if this can be called pizza, with all due respect to those who work there! Ordered for a certain time, they were almost cold when we arrived. When we got home, the result was as pictured. The pizzas were misshapen, lacking in toppings, the dough was too thick, smaller than average, and I'll stop there... if we'd seen them at the time, we'd have insisted on making them again... but we won't be returning anyway.

22/10/2025: Stay away. Rude staff behind the counter. Wanted to buy bread without crums on top and pointed at the bread, the guy started screaming back at me. We lived in an air b&b in the same building wich was very nice but we never went back to that store.

18/10/2025: Very unfriendly person. She ask you to pay by cash even there are signs that you can pay by card at the entrance. She can’t say “hello”, “thank you”, nor “good bye”. Even it could be very nice place, the stuff here makes this place one of the worst experience in Palermo. Think twice before you spend your euro here.

18/12/2025: Terrible food, they can fool poor foreign tourists. Squalid and anonymous place, the woman behind the counter is rude and absent. We poisoned ourselves with two arancini, burnt on the outside with lousy oil and dry on the inside, without any sauce. The best at Famulari in Messina. Shame!
