14/05/2025: We ordered at 8pm. Arrived at 10:45pm after a reminder, we were told that they had run out of ingredients and that as an excuse they would give us some free fried food. The order arrives, 4 out of 4 sandwiches wrong, one sandwich that didn't arrive and...the freebies weren't there. We call for clarification, they tell us that they would call us back. Clearly that didn't happen. Never again

14/05/2025: I leave one star because less is not possible. Two hours late, the slippers arrived not only with totally wrong condiments. In addition, a slipper was missing from the order made. Highly not recommended

08/08/2025: Last year I ordered gluten-free pizza and regular pizza to go. Prices are a bit high for the quality. The place needs some updating and a better atmosphere.

12/09/2025: Went there at 22h and wanted to have a pizza to go. I’ve been told that they are closing, even though working hours are til midnight. Very dissapointing!

31/10/2025: We ate there in late October. The food was delicious, and the portions were just right. The beer selection was very limited, and the spinach wasn't very cold. The view was spectacular, the atmosphere very peaceful, and the service was prompt. The restrooms were clean, although access was a bit awkward due to a narrow staircase.

26/10/2025: A lovely spot with a truly great view. We were the only customers, and after our visit, it was clear we wouldn't be coming back. The pizza was mediocre, and the salad was wilted/partially moldy. The server was grumpy and felt disturbed while we were watching football; we felt unwelcome. The tablecloths, made of a kind of paper fabric, were stained and wrinkled, and the cutlery with plastic handles was worn. It's a shame, the place would gain so much more charm with decent service.

14/08/2025: Highly not recommended. Old and outdated place, poorly maintained, poor service, long waiting times. Booked for 9pm, the first pizza arrived at 11.30pm and we were not told there was a set menu, so no transparency with the customer. Old toilets, no paper towels, damp and mould on the walls inside the place. However, at these prices, there are better places. This is my second time here and the last. Absolutely to be avoided.

25/10/2025: The cannoli are only colored; the cream changes color from white to green, but you can't taste them and you can't tell what they are. I've never been so disappointed. Absurd.

17/10/2025: We had a very pleasant evening here - this place is casual non-pretentious and relaxed. We had lasagne, salad and deserts. Salad was fresh and tasty. We loved the ice cream in a cup too. With beer and wine and a reasonable bill - what is there not to like?

14/08/2025: Stop for lunch. Appetizers: fish, seafood salad, mussels First courses: all seafood, spaghetti with clams, risotto. Second courses: fresh fish and fried foods. Wine, water, coffee, liqueurs. Excellent lunch, excellent location and service.

08/09/2025: Now, I'm not saying the negative reviews on this page are untrue. I'll just say that there's a good chance the authors of those reviews haven't understood the essence of this restaurant. This probably isn't the right place for a family dinner. It's definitely the perfect spot if your evening went something like this: we were a group of 10 people of various ethnicities, leaving Alcamo Marina at 7:30 PM, arriving at the Selinunte Archaeological Park at 8:30 PM, where we visited the Temple of Hera for free, scrounged a buffet at a small art exhibition, and attended an Asteroids concert. All this with approximately eleven and a quarter liters of Peroni, in handy 75cl bottles (Lidl size). Keep this detail in mind; we'll need it later. The concert ends, and at 12:37 AM we decide to go get some cannoli. We set off for Partanna, drawn by the presence of "Cremeria d'Italia" (which I suggest updating its opening hours). Fortunately, we found the aforementioned pastry shop closed, so we first spotted the bar and then the pizzeria (it was 1:14 AM). The waitresses not only told us we could order pizzas, but also that we could sit down and, more importantly, they didn't mind the aforementioned leftover beer. By 1:47 AM, I had finished enjoying the eponymous pizza, which was truly excellent, with truly flavorful eggplant. A companion of mine also introduced me to the Porcellina, which was also delicious. I hope that after this report, you've understood the high quality of this place and are able to give the negative reviews their due weight. Kind regards

25/10/2025: Tell me if this can be called pizza, with all due respect to those who work there! Ordered for a certain time, they were almost cold when we arrived. When we got home, the result was as pictured. The pizzas were misshapen, lacking in toppings, the dough was too thick, smaller than average, and I'll stop there... if we'd seen them at the time, we'd have insisted on making them again... but we won't be returning anyway.

22/10/2025: Stay away. Rude staff behind the counter. Wanted to buy bread without crums on top and pointed at the bread, the guy started screaming back at me. We lived in an air b&b in the same building wich was very nice but we never went back to that store.

18/10/2025: Very unfriendly person. She ask you to pay by cash even there are signs that you can pay by card at the entrance. She can’t say “hello”, “thank you”, nor “good bye”. Even it could be very nice place, the stuff here makes this place one of the worst experience in Palermo. Think twice before you spend your euro here.

30/06/2025: Personale cordiale, ma importante fregatura nella proposta del gestore di un antipasto misto che abbiamo pagato come singole portate ( 70 €) . Totale conto € 150 per 2 persone più una pizza.

29/06/2025: Partiamo dai piccoli accorgimenti arrivando alle poche ma grandi lacune che portano il mio voto da 4, se avessi mangiato bene, a 1 stella. Partiamo dal non aver chiesto di fare lo spelling del semplice cognome durante la prenotazione telefonica l, perché durante la serata chi è venuto dopo, pur dando il cognome corretto, e ripetuto più volte lentamente, la risposta è sempre stata “no mi spiace non lo trovo”. Era scritto male e con una grafia illeggibile. L’ho trovato io nel suo foglio… Ma andiamo avanti… Abbiamo ordinato quasi subito con la sala piena e chi ha preso le ordinazioni ha accolto delle modifiche anche dopo aver inviato la comanda senza battere ciglio. TOP! Il vino è arrivato subito e anche piuttosto freddo ma ho iniziato a mangiare dopo ben 40 min. Almeno mi portavano due patatine e mi passava per aperitivo. Acqua e bibite a temperatura ambiente, in sala esterna ci saranno stati 30/31 gradi quindi sicuramente da rivedere tempi e modalità di refilling del frigo bevande. Una Coca-Cola è arrivata direttamente dal centro distribuzione bevande dalla zona industriale… 25 min per una Coca-Cola anch’essa calda… Andiamo alle grandi lacune: 1. Eravamo un tavolo non troppo grande ma servire gli antipasti e le pizze a mezzo tavolo e l’altro mezzo riceve dopo 30 min antipasti e secondi insieme… beh i tempi delle cucine, per quanto separate, devono e ripeto devono essere sincronizzate o comunque non di 30 min. Non si possono guardare commensali che mangiano, terminano, e digeriscono e io ancora devo attendere l’antipasto, che per dovere di cronaca non prevedeva cottura. 2. Non sono un esperto in merito alla freschezza del pesce ma dato il posto sicuramente lo era ma il sapore del risotto alla pescatore era coperto dal burro o comunque da un grasso vegetale ed era davvero sgradevole. 3.Pressing al tavolo un po’ troppo eccessivo. Nemmeno avevo finito e una signora mi chiede “posso?”… be direi di no. Le posate sono posizionate in modo tale da far capire al cameriere che non avevo terminato… non si può più mangiare con calma che pur di fare cassa ti spingono nel completare il piatto davanti e far sedere il prossimo turno! E questo locale non è un fast food… 4. andiamo ai prezzi: alcune pietanze direi allineate al mercato e all’altezza del locale, ma 10 euro per una pizza Biancaneve e 2 euro l’aggiunta, forse anche no! Non ricordo bene ma 10 o 12 euro una fettina di pollo panata al forno dura e secca che mia figlia mi ha detto: “no papi è dura…”. Ok i 10 euro ma mannaggia a voi almeno che sia cotta bene… 5. Forse un po’ di mancanza di trasparenza per quanto è fuori menù… chiedere sempre al cliente se vuole sapere il costo del piatto fuori menù prima di confermarlo, sarà poi lui a dirvi se vuole saperlo o fa Gates di cognome e non bada a spese 6. Un po’ border Line ma in un locale di questo livello secondo me è una grande pecca. Non c’è un fasciatoio!!!! Cioè ok in bagno avete il mobilio scuro e figo ma andare all’ikea ne comprate uno in noce, di quelli che si aprono e chiudono a filo parete, molto elegante, e lo fate dipingere nero. Semplice ma forse per voi NO.
