26/03/2026: Terrible experience. Pizza was par for the course: almost raw eggplant, 1 cm thick, sliced ​​lengthwise. It was like a vegetarian BBQ with the grill still cold. The caciocavallo was like foam rubber. The sauce was runny, like a pool of flavors. All accompanied by poorly chopped fresh tomatoes. The second pizza was the same, but with zucchini of the same thickness and texture as the eggplant. What can I say? A terrible experience for an undeserved 36 euros.

Honestly, I didn't enjoy it at all. I don't know what the pizza is like, but I wouldn't recommend it for fish.

30/05/2026: The menu is also available gluten-free and I noticed that they are very attentive, as well as very kind... I found the pizza (gluten and lactose free) good, soft and tasty... there is a wide choice of beers and an excellent homemade dessert production (also gluten-free)... I will definitely return.

26/05/2026: Good morning, I acknowledge your response, but I stand by what I wrote in my review because it accurately reflects what happened on Friday evening. I'd also like to point out that the pizza wasn't remade twice, but rather, I was served the same pizza three times, which I had already cut previously, with the eggplant still charred. No one disputed the fact that the chips were supposed to be crispy: the problem was that they were clearly burned. Furthermore, the pizza was initially raw. I should also point out that I wasn't offered any dessert and that I didn't receive a proper apology. The owner started arguing, claiming the pizza was normal as it was, and only after I got upset was I asked if I'd like anything else. Furthermore, I'd like to point out that only one of my friends went to the cashier when I paid, so it's untrue that other customers at the table complimented you directly at the cashier. The situation could probably have been avoided with a more understanding and professional attitude from the beginning, without needlessly prolonging the discussion in front of other customers. Personally, I felt that the controversy was fueled instead of immediately seeking a simple and peaceful solution. In any case, I wish you all the best in your work.

21/03/2026: I've been going to Solunto Pizzeria for years and am always completely satisfied. The location is impeccable, the staff are friendly and ready to answer any questions or concerns, and the food is excellent, made with quality ingredients and prepared with the utmost care and professionalism. I've known the owners my whole life, and the welcome is always the same. A visit here in the summer is a must; it's absolutely worth it.

It's a shame, though, that the website only shows photos/descriptions of burgers that aren't actually on the menu. So, if you're looking for something else, be careful. Reservations are convenient via WhatsApp. If you have small children, it's best to let them know in advance, or you might not find anything for them to eat. In conclusion, it's good... but please update your information on the website!

11/05/2026: They forgot half the pizza ingredients. We asked for a bottle of water and they didn't bring it. €1.50 cover charge is excessive, even if it had a sea view. Furthermore, the prices are exorbitant and don't match the quality of the food. The food isn't good quality; the sausages were cold, tasted like they were from the fridge, and there was too much oil on the pizza. The sausages were badly cut. The fries were incredibly salty. I even have a stomachache, and I've had heartburn. Besides that, the staff is very kind and respectful... the atmosphere is lovely, but the prices and everything else are awful.
