26/10/2025: Truly an excellent restaurant! The owner, Giuseppe, stands out for his courtesy, helpfulness, and reliability: always attentive to his guests' needs and ready to make them feel at home. The seafood dishes are simply top-notch, incredibly fresh and cooked with great care. The pizza is also excellent, with a light crust and quality ingredients. The welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service complete a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for those seeking good food, kindness, and a passion for fine dining. I'll definitely be back!

28/06/2025: Crepes (savory) good, well filled and tasty, but waiting times too long for a crepe, service between discreet and sufficient. Another point is the plating, to be improved but there are the basics.

11/06/2025: Historic place in Conversano and over the years it has maintained the quality that has always distinguished this place and this family. If you want to eat crepes, this is the place to go.

04/11/2025: A REAL DISCOVERY! While staying in Triggiano these days, I discovered this pizzeria last night and was truly impressed. Especially for me, as a celiac, finding a truly good gluten-free pizza is a challenge, and this pizzeria was a real discovery! Even my boyfriend, who ordered a pizza with regular dough, was impressed. The kindness of the staff deserves special mention, a detail that makes all the difference today. We'll definitely be back.

11/10/2025: It's been under new management for some time now, with a renovated and very welcoming atmosphere. Varied appetizers and refined pizzas make this place a frequent destination. Francesco and his wife are always kind and welcoming. Always smiling. That's another reason why I give it a 5! P.S. The negative reviews all refer to the old management!

27/11/2025: I just went to the Ristorante dei Principi for lunch today. The head waiter offered us fresh tagliolini pasta with a lovely red scorpion fish sauce. It was delicious! I highly recommend it. Greetings from Sardinia. Professionalism and reliability.

24/08/2025: Very welcoming place, close to the sea but not in the city center. Convenient street parking. Professional and friendly staff. Traditional and non-traditional dishes, as well as pizza. The products are of the highest quality. We ate both traditional dishes (meatballs, parmigiana, seafood salad, cod) and pizza. Everything was carefully prepared and delicious, truly excellent. The pizza was also excellent, with a crispy and easy-to-digest crust. Truly excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

16/08/2025: I spent a pleasant evening with my family at this pizzeria in Polignano a Mare. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the staff were friendly and efficient. The pizzas were excellent, with easy-to-digest dough and delicious toppings. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this pizzeria.

16/11/2025: Reservation through The Fork. Excellent pizza, beautiful atmosphere, and very friendly staff. The wait time, however, is a major drawback. I arrived at 8:30 PM, and the pizzas arrived at 10:00 PM.

09/11/2025: We booked through TheFork on a Saturday evening. When we arrived, the restaurant was very crowded; they made us wait, but we were soon seated. The place is spacious and well-kept, the staff is kind and professional, and the owner immediately proved to be attentive and welcoming. We were very satisfied; the dishes arrived quickly, and it was a good value. We will definitely be back.

11/10/2025: Ordered takeout. The pizza dough was excellent, but the toppings weren't that great. Maybe it was the pizza chef rushing it, it being a Saturday night? I don't know, but it's a shame.

15/09/2025: A simple, unpretentious place with excellent pizza and friendly staff. I asked for an extra topping and they didn't add a single euro to the regular price. Definitely worth a try, and I'll be back with friends.

09/11/2025: A positive experience, good pizzas with long rising times and specialty flours: whole grain, whole wheat, or white. The best is made with good, varied ingredients. You can eat inside or outside under an elegant gazebo. The desserts are good, but the gelato is not.

06/11/2025: I dined at this restaurant two nights in a row. A wonderful discovery! The restaurant is beautiful and very welcoming. There's also a small covered and heated terrace. The staff is very professional and friendly. The food is superb! The fish and seafood are incredibly fresh. I tried the ceviche, the trio of tartare, the tuna steak, and the beef fillet (for meat lovers)—everything was perfect. They also have a good wine selection. If you're looking for a "real restaurant," this is an excellent choice. The prices are a bit higher than other restaurants in Bari, but it's entirely justified. They really go the extra mile! 😉 Thank you to the whole team; I had two wonderful evenings in your company.

04/11/2025: The soup for two for €60 looked like this (see photo). There was very little fish, and the tail in the photo was raw. To be fair, they replaced it, but the bruschetta was burnt.

30/10/2025: I was in Giovinazzo for one night with my boyfriend and our two friends, and while exploring the town, we stumbled upon this adorable restaurant right by the water. We decided to sit out on the patio since it was such a beautiful evening, and it ended up being the perfect choice. We started with the calamari — absolutely delicious — and followed it up with seafood pasta that was just as amazing. But the real star of the night for me was the cacio e pepe. It was the one dish I’d been craving throughout our Italian adventure, and Lo Schiribizzo delivered the best one I’ve ever had. Perfectly creamy, perfectly peppery, and paired with a crisp white wine — truly unforgettable. The service was great too. Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff made sure we were well taken care of the entire evening. I still dream about that pasta (and this place!). The atmosphere, the food, the location — everything was just perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area.

24/10/2025: Total disappointment. Pizza was just okay. But the service was completely disappointing. No empathy. Furthermore, we found ourselves in the middle of noisy and uninhibited groups. In short, for a meal as a couple, it was far from great. It would have been quite simple to move away from these groups for a little privacy. In short, we absolutely do not recommend this place. The disappointment of our week in Puglia in terms of restaurants, whereas until now everything had been very good.
