23/05/2026: Very satisfied with the excellent quality food, despite a lot of people the service was very fast, a little disappointed by the very burnt potatoes but otherwise very satisfied, excellent pizza, I asked for a cutlet for the child and instead of bringing me that industrial stuff that I hate so much, they brought me the breaded chicken breast of delicacy 😊 I recommend it and I have already sent many of my friends there, as soon as I can I will return
05/05/2026: We've been back for the umpteenth time, and it's a no-brainer—they never disappoint. It's become a regular stop at Chiodo Fisso for us when we want a pizza that's a cut above the rest.
The amazing thing is that, even though they've always had plenty of choice, over the past month or so, they've raised the bar even higher when it comes to the quality of their dough. We tried the medium-thin and soft one, and it's incredible: incredibly light, a cloud that melts in your mouth. You can tell they've made a huge leap in quality in their research and production.
The pizzas are spectacular. We had the white one with crispy bacon (perhaps a sort of carbonara, but regardless of the name, it was atomic!) and the one with the freshest prosciutto and mozzarella in the center. Top-quality ingredients that pair perfectly with their beers.
But the real added value remains the staff. The service with Ilaria was simply extraordinary: professional, incredibly fast despite the place being packed, and with a cheerful demeanor that immediately makes you feel like you're among friends. Ilaria is truly the best!
If you're looking for a pizza that never ceases to amaze and want to try the new and improved doughs, this is the place. Highly recommended, but make sure to book! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
