I tried Luppolo & Farina on a Saturday evening. Despite it being a busy day, the management was excellent, thanks to a careful distribution of reservations that prevented overcrowding. The service was very fast and the organization impeccable. The pizza, awarded the Gambero Rosso Tre Spicchi, is truly tasty and high-quality, and I much preferred it to the appetizers. Recommended for those looking for a high-quality experience, even on weekends.

I visited the pizzeria after winning a contest sponsored on their social media. I was treated to a tasting dinner that allowed me to try several dishes from their menu. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, each dish was meticulously described, and everything was a delight. I can't wait to return and try their delicacies again.
Highly recommended.

There's certainly more than one reason why it has the reputation of being one of Puglia's premier pizzerias. The restaurant is large, bright, and elegant. The service is more than adequate, and the pizzas are at your table in minutes, even when the restaurant is half-full. Another strong point is the choice between a "shallow" or "thick" pizza, with the typical "canotto" crust. The dough is definitely very good and easy to digest. I wasn't entirely sold on the toppings, but that's a matter of flavor, and the ingredients used are excellent. I found the classic burnt appearance excessive, which is the main reason for the 4 stars.
